Close to venue we were there to attend & walked to Jimmy Changa’s as they literally shared the parking lot. Breakfast was excellent. The rooms were phenomenal. Loved that the 1BR King Suite WAS literally a suite where the BR was completely separate from living room, dining & kitchen areas by an actual door. The bathroom was grrreat too. Drawers in the vanity, spacious walk-in shower & full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap & body lotion. This is by far the best setup I’ve stayed at & in the future, no matter where our travels take us, we will look for Home2Suites by Hilton first. Hmmm 🤔 Can’t think of a single thing. Wish I would’ve taken some pictures to share with y’all.

- reginaldj234 (10/5): A Night of Relaxation and Pristine in Katy, Texas - The Location of the Hotel is excellent. The atmosphere of the surrounding area is relaxing and void of "Big City" calamity. The hotel is not constrained to the noise of the city which made the sleeping experience rewardable. Along with that, the service was in my opinion, "Top Notch". As a Hilton Lifetime Diamond Member, I have had the pleasure of visiting many Hilton properties, but the employees and staff of this location receive an A+. I have to mention the Desk Clerk, Crystal Alberto. This young lady went above and far beyond to make the stay extremely rewarding.

Breakfast was good and the area was clean and stocked. Overall, a good one-night stay. Lots of highway noise since it’s right on the access road. For some reason my car alarm kept being set off, but management was very responsive when I asked them to check. There is 24-hr parking surveillance to give piece of mind.

Within a few minutes I was checked in to the room I wanted for an extended stay, had my bottled water, and was off to my room. When I travel to Houston, which is quite often, this is the only Hotel I want to stay at!

One evening I had a lovely conversation with the manager on duty about our shared NYC experiences, which made the stay feel especially welcoming and personal. The breakfast was enjoyable and a great way to start the day, and I appreciated the overall calm, friendly atmosphere of the hotel. I have stayed at several hotels in Houston and this location, the cleanliness, and friendly staff have made it my go to every time now. I don’t even consider other hotels anymore. Prices are great and CVS in the parking lot is convenient. The only change I wish the hotel could make is I wish there was some type of ultra high speed internet for video games. I have lots of down time at night while here alone in Texas and have been spoiled with gigabit internet at my home. 😅🤣 Jazlin at the front desk is amazing and has been very friendly and accommodating . 10/10 would recommend Jazlin. Genuinely a pleasure to talk to a few times a week while I am here.

She had a flood of people coming in for check-in and also had people calling from the rooms needing stuff. She seemed to be doing the work of 2-3 people! She resolved the issue I had and my son and I were able to get up to the room and everything worked out.

After the 4 hour drive from Dallas, I am always welcomed by smiling and friendly faces that make check-in a breeze, usually from Jaz or Vee Vee. I sometimes will bring my dog along for the trip and being “dog-friendly” is a significant understatement! Just as I am greeted with warmth and kindness, so is my dog (he even knows exactly where they keep the treats and will do some tricks to get some). The rooms are great, I love that I have a fridge, sink, and dishes throughout my stay since I’m often there for 4-6 days at a time. The breakfast is always excellent and coffee or tea available at anytime in the lobby is a life saver. I love this place and tell all of my colleagues to stay here any change they ask for recommendations!

- KCdogmom7 (10/5): Excellent Location & Guest Services - This was our birthday vacation and choose this location base on its proximity to the things we were planning to do. Heads up if you GPS doesn't take you to the hotel put in Jimmy Changas (it's a restaurant in front of the hotel). The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, not far from downtown if you're want to go to a basketball game. If you're going to Houston, I'm sure you're aware of the traffic so plan accordingly. The hotel was great! You can tell from the moment you park the parking area is well maintained, then when you enter the lobby and greeted by the staff in our case the manager Jazlin the sole purpose is for you to enjoy your stay. Our room was located on the 4th floor and away from the elevators (as we requested) and the rooms and well as the lobby is extremely clean with a modern look. The room was comfortable with quality furnishings and a kitchenette which is what I love about the Home2Suites chain. The ambiance is a simple yet stylish theme. Last but definitely not least was the manager Jazlin, you never know what type of service you are going to receive and guest services can be lacking. Well not here, Jazlin goes exceedingly above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay here. Not only did we receive it during our stay, but I witnessed her interaction with multiple guests, and she provided the same service to EVERYONE! We were there for 9 days and it's seemed like she was there every day and night (though she wasn't). I shared with her that her job should be paying VERY WELL for the dedication and just the love she shows in her role and to the job! Her rating is definitely 10 out of 10 stars!!! I would also like to say a special thank you to ViVi and Debra who also provided awesome guest services as well. We would highly recommend this hotel and if we ever visited the area again this would be our go to hotel.

- kathylO4721JU (10/5): Clean! Attentive Staff! Easy Parking! - Came in late and was greeted by Adam. He got us taken care of quick! Made sure we could see our vehicles from our rooms. Jessica made sure we had our toothbrushes and accommodated my request for things. Woke up, came down for hot tea, and Ms. VeeVee is not only beautiful but takes pride in making sure everyone in the lobby is good and area is tidy. Strongly recommend this location, looking forward to returning.

We each stayed in separate rooms with our fur babies. I wanted you to know how grateful my family is that we were allowed to stay at this location with our fur babies, we have 6. Not only were we welcome there, but your staff is TOP NOTCH!!! For background, our house caught fire on 10/8. We did not have a safe place to stay. The first person we saw was Jazlin Samuels. She was a smiling friendly face when we were checking in. She was empathetic and compassionate during a very difficult time for our family. Every time I saw Jazlin she was smiling, as well as always friendly and helpful to other guests at the hotel. Debra and Vee Vee were also amazing!! Always friendly and helping us with scheduling when our rooms would be cleaned. I did not get any of the housekeeping staff’s names, but they were always polite and respectful of what little belongings we had. The buffet always had delicious food, with a variety to choose from. I didn’t catch the lady’s name who was in charge of that, but she was also amazing! I was grateful for the gym space so I could continue my physical therapy. I had major spinal neck surgery at the end of July and am still recovering from it. Which brings me to the office chair in the room…. IT WAS AWESOME!! It supported my spine and I was able to sit in it for over 30 minutes!! It is rare that I find a chair that I can do that in since my surgery. The bed was also very comfy. I was worried it would make my pain worse because it wasn’t tempur pedic, but it kept my pain under control. I was very grateful for the kitchenette with full fridge and microwave. The hotel itself was always clean and smelling FRESH!! I didn’t complete the survey online, by the time I had time to fill it out it expired. I just felt that the staff needs to be recognized for their hard work, compassion, friendliness and professionalism. If anyone ever asks about a place to stay in Katy…. My answer is Homne2Suites off Westgreen!!

- Robin (7/5): Comfortable stay after a difficult check-in experience - Close to my parents’ home in Katy so convenient for my stay; room has plenty of space for relaxing during down time. The check-in process was not coordinated with Booking.com so they had no record of my reservation when I arrive. I had been traveling for half a day from Europe and arrived at 10:30pm and it took nearly an hour and several calls with Booking.com to resolve the situation, which was exhausting. I have never had this issue with checking in for a Booking.com reservation before so I don’t know if the fault lies with the hotel or the app booking system.

From the moment we checked in, the team made us feel welcome and cared for. What could have been a stressful time after several delays, turn into a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Special thanks to Jazlin Samuels and Vee Vee and their incredible team: Ruby, Luz, Yesica, Elisa, and Yecenia. The Team went beyond to meet our needs with kindness, professionalism, and a smile. Our space was always spotless, and their help making sure we were doing okay was very kind. Their hospitality made all the difference. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well designed. For us the Hotel location is very convenient just around the corner from our home. Home2 Suites felt less like a hotel and more like a second home. We’re very grateful and we recommend this location to anyone seeking comfort, and a team that treats you like family.

The only thing we noticed was the restroom door wouldn't lock with a broken latch, and a very noticeable stain on the restroom wall by the toilet. Other than that, everything was great.

Jazlin, Debra, and VeeVee were very impressive. I appreciated the fact that they made us feel right at home. We were made to feel important and was very attentive to our needs. The hotel itself was really nice and it smelled good. I have been to many hotels and they don’t always smell nice. We also loved the suite and was very excited about having a full refrigerator. Most hotels have those small refrigerators and you can barely put anything in them. The rooms are spacious and clean with plenty of storage space and countertops. The rooms were well maintained and the kitchenettes available in the rooms made our extended stay here very convenient. The staff that works here are all wonderful and always happy to accommodate any of our needs. In addition, Jazlin Samuels was a guest service supervisor who went above and beyond to make our stay a comfortable one. We were staying here while a family member received treatment at a major medical center and she routinely checked in on us to make sure we were doing well. She was always kind and smiling. Having someone like Jazlin on the team makes any establishment a great one. I highly recommend Home2 Suites in Katy if you’re looking for an inviting and comfortable place to stay.

Even though I was several hours early for the daily checkin, Ms. Jazlin Samuels made sure the housekeeping department knew a guest was waiting and expedited the preparation of my room. I was so pleasantly surprised — I’ve never had a front desk supervisor call to expedite getting a room ready when I arrive several hours early.
