• tamara fernanda (3/5): Gran desilusión ! - Buena ubicación Desayuno completo Parrillas ok Mucha falta de mantenimiento en general cancha de pádel, sector de juegos… Me han cobrado más de lo que figuraba en la reserva de booking y a una tarjeta que inicialmente me habían dicho que no podían cobrar por no ser titular. Mala gestión por parte del personal de check in, no me han dado ninguna solución. Me a desilusionado mucho este lugar!

Habitaciones “normales” sin esperar demasiado pero el baño estaba en malas condiciones (pintura, etc) El mejor atractivo del predio es la parte recreativa que ofrece, pero está todo en pésimas condiciones Pool : mala ubicación y estado de la mesa palos triángulo y bochas dañadas. Ping pong: paletas y pelotas pésima calidad y dañadas. El piso de la habitación de juegos estaba roto con desnivel y peligroso para caminar. Cancha de pádel : descuidada , red dañada, tienen solo dos paletas viejas y pelotas que no pican. Además de querer cobrarme más de lo indicado por booking , lo peor en mi estadía fue la mala gestión por parte del personal de check in , que por un fallo administrativo del hotel tuve que perder una mañana entera haciendo cuentas para poder explicar cuál era el cobro correcto, todo en vano ya que finalmente cobraron lo que quisieron. Esperé durante dos días el llamado telefónico del responsable de reserva de este hotel, cosa que nunca sucedió. Esto llevó a que tuviese que iniciar reclamo con booking, que fue solucionado como corresponde. Muchas gracias booking !.

• Rui (1/5): Deception - Location 4 stars is very overrated. Bathroom was a joke, dirty and old. Towels were all different and old in bad condition. Breakfast was poor, not even butter was available…. Only one pillow per person (thin) asked reception and they re answer was the hotel was full no more were available. I consider this hotel does not correspond to the 4star mention in service or quality of the facilities. Too expensive for a 2 night stay.

Colchones pésimos (dos somier de una plaza unidos que se separaban o hundían al acostarnos ,almohadas que eran trapitos ( no priorizan el buen descanso de los pasajeros) Humedad en la habitación 17 (en este caso) Pileta exterior sin mantenimiento ( en n estos días estaba para usar ,25/26/27 de noviembre ) no es temporada aún ,pero la venden como si estuviera apta para usar ,el fondo lleno de verdín. Pileta climatizada bien , pero las instalaciones están abandonadas prácticamente . Ducha un 10 ( el baño está hecho a nuevo) Desayuno un 6

• Lisandro (8/5): Excelente ubicación y atención. Volvería sin duda - La atención fue muy buena en general, es ideal para ir en familia con mascota. Las instalaciones prácticamente no las usamos, pero parece ofrecer bastantes servicios (pileta climatizada cubierta, mesa de pool, juegos, etc.) El desayuno fue bastante pobre. Esperaba algunas cosas saladas.. (jamon, queso, o algo asi). Solo habia unas tostadas que parecían sin sal. El jugo de naranaja era Cepita (o simil). En cuanto a lo dulce habia muchos budines y ese tipo de cosas, 2 mermeladas y medialunas... pero esperaba al menos manteca o dulce de leche ya que no soy dulcero. No es algo por lo que no volvería, mas aun cuando voy a Cariló a disfrutar en familia y con mascota!
• gerardo (1/5): Una pocilga, evitenlo a toda costa - La ubicación Una pocilga, parece que no le hicieron mantenimiento o limpieza desde que lo abrieron en 1960. No te podes bañar sin inundar la habitación; las paredes están tomadas por la humedad; los colchones son muy incómodos, deformados y de pesima calidad; la sala de juegos tiene el piso todo levantado por la humedad, la mesa de pool y de ping pong están muy deterioradas y encima no hay espacio para jugar; el sauna listado entre los amenities no funciona y tiene su acceso trabado para que no sepas que está ahí; el desayuno no deberia siquiera llamarse desayuno es una mesa de postres, tenes 1 sola opción de jugo "tang", la unica opción salada son unas tostadas duras como una piedra con un queso crema sin gusto alguno, no hay manteca, las medialunas estaban viejas.

• Natasha (2/5): Old, run down, horrible. - The location was great, right in the center of Carilo. Everything it was completely run down, everything was dirty, humidity on the walls, and completely outdated, breakfast was very poor quality, the room was terrible, the microwave let out a burning smell, the plugs didn't work, there were no bulbs for the lamps in the room, and some ceiling lamps didn't have bulb either. No bath mat was provided, and when we asked for it, the receptionist said she would provide an old towel, which is exactly what they did. The kitchen was old, and didn't lend to actually cook in it. The bathroom was horrible; the shower would leak, and the bathroom would just overflow with water. The entire experience was terrible. And I consider it expensive, anywhere else in the world, you would get something much much more reasonable for that price.
• Pablo (3/5): good location, friendly staff, but highly old and under-invested facilities. - Location is good, close to the beach and close to the centre - the staff tried their best on a limited situation. nevertheless, facilities are dated and many items borken (we got the shower head broken when we arrived that showered all the bathroom! - The kitchen is limited and slightly on the dangerous side - drawers will fall apart, etc. The staff do what they can, they are friendly and try to help, but the place has not been invested or maintained properly in years,.
