They made my life so easy. I was able to do work and complete my meetings etc. Nice and clean hotel. Safe and easy to find. Good meal services too. Attentive staff.

We were promised a 3:00 check in and Didn’t get a room until almost 5 because they were still cleaning in it. They said they were taking money off our stay and then charged me for the full stay at check out. “Complimentary” breakfast still cost money, a picture online had a hot tub, no hot tub. A lot of money for really nothing!

So the room that was pretty expensive $400 a night barely accommodated 4 people let alone 5. If this was known prior to booking we could’ve just booked two rooms. So one of us had to try and sleep on a tiny sectional couch. False advertisement

Come on. - Convenient location to freeway In order to get coffee with breakfast guests either have to purchase the "hot" breakfast or pay $4. I'd expect for $375/night there would be coffee (other than the in-room coffee maker). Ridiculous given the cost.

• 547patsyh (2/5): I won’t stay here again. - Bad! I really do not believe there was a manager at all. Absolutely NO hospitality. The rooms are dingy and outdated. Fitted sheet was put on upside down and was too little. The complimentary breakfast had NO coffee. We could pay $4.00 for a cup of Keurig coffee. Really? The entire breakfast was a circus. What hotel chain doesn’t offer complimentary coffee? Does Hilton Garden Inn know how poorly this one is ran?
• Cheri (4/5): - Poor water drainage. Toilet barely flushed.Bathroom shower drain did not drain. Tub filled with water during shower with filthy hair and matter from past visitors. Long hairs all over room and bathroom. Bed looked like someone had laid on it prior to our arrival, comforter disheveled. Rooms and halls were musty and humid. Very noisy booming music/party that was in the conference room till2am. Party took over the bar and only one bartender for the party and regular guests.

• Mikayla (7/5): Overall a good stay but not my favorite hotel - The location was conveniently located on a strip of multiple hotels and close to a Walmart. There were a few more shops in the same area. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. We didn’t use the pool (last night of a long road trip) but did have the continental breakfast. Which was fine - didn’t include any protein, any hot food items were an additional charge. We just had bagels, yogurt and cereal and we were content. There is a $100 hold, I don’t mind there being a hold but this is the amount on hold when I visit places like Boston. It is a hold - I was just surprised by it. Coffee is not complimentary at breakfast, it’s $4 per cup for a self serve. Our room smelt like wet rug when we got there, when we left we let the front desk know as the smell hadn’t gone away when we checked out in the morning. She was very prompt on having room service check on it.
• Sharon (4/5): - I like the setup of the room!! But the floor was cracked, you could a big gap in the entrance door, the bed was tilting and the floor felt uneven. Needs to be checked out. Major!!

• Syed (2/5): - 1. The room toilet had pooped in it. 2. The room sink had hairs in them. 3. The room shower had hairs on the wall and in the tub. 4. The warm water was not working the next day. This did not get fixed until evening. 5. They moved us into another room after a request. The room was smelling like suage. I paid over $700 dollars for this type of service? I hope the Senior Management reviews this and compensate for the inconvenience.
• Martin (6/5): - Was not able to check in until after 4 pm and even then the room wasn't even completely ready. The door was open and there were no towels. Looked clean except maybe not vacuumed as we found a couple goldfish crackers. the rest of the hotel looked clean and the stay was fine.

• Dr (1/5): Bad - There was no hot water 2 days in a row and I had to take freezing cold showers! There was also black hair noted in the bathroom and shower upon my arrival (my hair is blonde).
• Jeanne (6/5): - In general, my stay was good with a few minor issues: Refrig in originally assigned room did not work, so staff graciously moved us to a different room. In the second room, the tub drain was very slow, causing the water to build up in tub during showering, increasing risk of fall hazard (soft water and suds make for a slippery tub). A/C rattled a bit making falling asleep a bit difficult.

The couch would not sleep 2 medium sized people. The breakfast that’s “included” but an extra $18 is a pass. Bring your own oatmeal packet or frozen waffles.
• Mark (10/5): - The stay was great. We had an issue with the a/c not working in our room. The front desk attendant that afternoon was very helpful and friendly. She came up to our room till see if she could fix it, but was not able to. She got us into another room. She always asked to see if our room was okay where we left the hotel for dinner. She was always friendly and had a smile on her face! Would definitely stay here again!
• Necole (8/5): - First room we were given was not vacuumed, had food and stuff on the floor. We went to check in desk again, received keys to a new room. This was was clean. We brought our dog. They had a good green area for him to use plus poop bag station. Breakfast was decent. Plenty of choices for everyone but only one choice on fruit, melon. Really like they had soy milk though. Overall, not a bad experience. Would recommend. Just check your room first before you get your stuff and family.

It went off and on for awhile. My room was cleaned, but the towels were not replaced for what was taken out. Otherwise, it was good for our purpose.

• Rebecca (3/5): Awful - Location and two friendly staff. The male representative on shift during the night was not helpful, he first put us in a room that had no way to close the curtain because it was broke, one of the beds had blood on the sheets bed made but linen was not changed. Asked for extra towels none were provided. Switched us to a different room and the toilet stool wouldn’t flush, hair in the tub and the blind wouldn’t rise. The room was cold turned the thermostat up to 70, it stayed at that temperature for about 30 minutes then it went to the temperature it is set to be at, it was very cold. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. No worries about staying here, the quality assurance has gone out the window. The person in room 416 pace and walked hard on the floor from 1:30am to 6:30am and the started playing loud music till we checked out. Did not get any sleep!

Charisma was the clerk I spoke to the day before my stay over the phone to answer questions I had, she was also the one that checked us in and out. She was so helpful and kind, she answered all my questions and was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
