- John (8/5): - Shout out to Kathy that was working the front desk. She was very friendly and helpful. When I reported the TV wasn't working properly she came to my room to try and fix it. When she couldn't she transferred me to the room next door. She was very apologetic and had a helpful, positive demeanor.

It seemed like someone had been living in there smoking meth and they barely cleaned. Dirty towels, busted open ac which was filthy and gross to run, the tub had cigarette burns on it like someone passed out smoking in there.
- Mandy (1/5): -

- Tasha (4/5): Awful COULDN'T describe it.. 😡 - Location was close to shopping centers We arrived approx 930pm and very exhausted from the drive. Check in was successful and young man was polite. As we go in room with belongings all looks good upon unloading and I go to use bathroom to discover black long hairs all in tub and a dirty pair of underwear on back of bathroom door. Upset but tired I rinse tub out and proceed to want some sleep I take a shower for the knobs to strip out and water pouring no way to shut it off. Contact office and young man working and owner come up fix the knob with new and water now shut off. I pull back covers to discover black long hair all over pillowcases on bed. Never given another room. We had no choice to continue with this room rental as the monies were already rented from my account for 2 days of stay.. next day proceed little shopping, grab bite to eat and visit family few hours and return approx about 6ish Pm. About 7-8pm our grandson is downstairs by truck and all sudden a car comes flying into parking lot double parks in spot woman jumps out and starts yelling and attacking our 10 yr old grandson about how he was in her way and needed to get upstairs . My husband tells her slow down and stop talking to our 10 year old in that manner as it turned out she was owners wife and verbally abusive and in office as trying to explain to on duty recepectionist and woman very understanding and apologizing over and over and being polite as I was in a calm manner and this owners wife screaming call police and threatening. We were told just go to our room and continue our stay and cops wouldn't be involved and that no fault of ours however owners wife is an very unpleasant and very dangerous driver and aggressive towards guests. Watch your vehicles and definitely not safe for families with any children. Won't attend nor ever return to think we average 75$ per night for this dirty experience IT WAS AWFUL AND NEEDLESS SAY OUR WEEKEND TRIP WAS AN TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! NO COFFEE NOTHING IS OFFERED TO GUESTS.
- Johnathan (1/5): Absolutely worst hotel I have ever had to stay in - Location is all the property has going for it There was bugs absolutely everywhere dirty towels and rags up on the shelves the fridge was disgusting I cleaned it before we used it when I brought the infestation of water bugs to the attention of the front desk worker he only offered to switch rooms as bad as they where in that room they would be just as bad in every other room they wouldn’t even give us extra towels for the shower highly don’t recommend staying here and we will never stay again
- Dupree (1/5): - No breakfast..no coffee Scrappy manager
- Pearly (1/5): Horrible - Nothing It had roaches and bedbugs had to switch three different rooms would rather get a refund
- LAURIE (6/5): - Was clean. Check in staff was awedome! Friendly and quick! Parking is limited and beds not comfortable but clean place.
- Devin (2/5): - I pulled in around midnight. Needed some sleep after an all day drive. Front desk guy was asleep when I walked in. German roaches were on the floor and in the tub. Property was gross. Bathroom door had black mold on it. I couldn’t get out fast enough. NEVER EVER AGAIN!
- Gary (6/5): -

- Dominique (2/5): - Would not even check in staff was rude and not at all helpful. Never again
- Rebecca (5/5): - Easy check in Bathroom needs to be clean and updated
- Sonya (2/5): Will not be staying here again - The lady who checked us in was friendly The location was horrible and when we went to the office at 7:30 am to let them know we would be checking out I stood there for 30 minutes and nobody was there or came out. We went back at 8:30-9am and same thing. When someone finally did come out it looked like she had just rolled out of bed

- Josh&Rebecca (10/5): Friendly service - Employees are always helpful and nice. Dixie has been great in assisting us with her genuine smile and courtesy. It's always nice to stay at this hotel. The pool hadn't been cleaned. We was outside about to get in and noticed there were a lot of bugs, and debris floating all around. We didn't think it would be safe or sanitary. Usually we don't have this kinda problem. This is the first time in 4 years since we've been staying at this hotel. Other than that we like staying there.
- Canasia (10/5): -
- BONDS (1/5): - The place is infested with roaches, real nasty. Don't stay there. Everything. Nasty infested with roaches bad.

- Christy (1/5): - Nothing I made the reservation for a friend and as soon as he got in his room I was on the phone with him and the owner came and was fussing him out told him he had to leave my friend asked why he would not give an answer said he had to get off the property or he was calling the cops So I had to leave where I live and go there to find out what the heck was going on So I had to make reservations at another motel down the road. This motel has issues and I would not stay there if it was the only place that was left
- sosa (10/5): -
- Julie (10/5): - Had issues with our tv when we first checked in, but the staff was super quick to resolve the problem.

- Francheska (9/5): Superb -
- Terry (8/5): - Good hotel for the price. Nice staff and close to highway.
- David (3/5): Decent enough to stay. But needs maintenance work. - The staff person was very nice. There was a water leak at the front door. A puddle! The room was full of moisture. I didn't notice the water inside the room until the next morning. The faucet at the sink was very loose and moved around when turning it off and on.
- Simmons (5/5): Passable -
- Shianna (10/5): Exceptional - Clean, good to stop for the night to rest.
- Schroeder (4/5): Disappointing -
- kinjuana (6/5): - Over night stay. Nothing special.

- Laura (10/5): - Fine
- Patterson (10/5): Exceptional -
- Patterson (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marius (1/5): Bad - Location The staff in Motel 6 charged us double time for one stay. First by booking. com and second, pay by cash at the Motel. The owner of Motel 6 didn't want to cancel the reservation on booking.com. and rnot refunded the money. Both booking.com and Motel 6 didn't work with us to refund the money after 12 hours spended time on the phone with them. I didn't receive money back from booking.com and paid more for one night stay from 1am to 7am.
- Jeff (10/5): - Two Thumbs Up!
- Amy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chris (5/5): Passable - Location Omg, room very dirty and dated, floors dark, they never mop. Scrubbed floors ourself, this came of floor. Front staff lady very nice. Owners very nosy, stared at you constantly, wierd
- Robert (10/5): Exceptional - We needed a place to rest because we were in a car accident and the manager was able to check us in early. He was so accommodating.
- Brian (2/5): DO NOT GO HERE - The Wendy's next door The roaches, the broken AC, the area, the mold and the dirt
- Bobbie (6/5): Pleasant - The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very small and there was no toilet seat cover... nothing to place your clothes on.
Too close to a busy road... loud traffic.
- Tarik (10/5): - No issues. Always stay here.
- Cornette (1/5): Bad - They wouldn't let me have the room and I lost my money
- Fabian (1/5): Bad -
- Ed (4/5): - On June 5th through the 7th 2025 I was in Dalton for a convention and I stayed at the hotel 6 near Dalton State University. I specifically reserved and was given a handicap accessible room, in my case Room 101.
The website showed a very accessible fully ADA compatible bathroom with very well appointed roll in shower with a handicapped seat and adjustable wand. It looked perfect for my needs.
I was indeed quite frustrated and shocked when I entered the hotel room. While the bathroom was exactly as shown on the website, there was absolutely no way to reach the bathroom. A 98 lb granny shuffling sideways might have had enough room to get between the bed and the furniture to get to the bathroom but there was no way at all for someone in a wheelchair or power chair or even a walker to get from the door past the queen size bed into the bathroom to actually use the amenities.
It is disingenuous to advertise and State that you have a handicapped room when there's no way to access that part of the hotel room.
