• Linnea Lucie (6/5): Helt ok plass, sentralt og fine rom. - Enkelt og finne fram, stort rom og stort bad. Ekstremt mye støy fra gaten, startet allerede tidlig på morgenen til langt på kvelden. Dusjen fungerte ikke første dagen, men personalet kom tilslutt og fikk den i orden, vannkokeren fungerte heller ikke.

La rue est très bruyante c'est du simple vitrage. Nous avons payé la taxe de séjour en liquide et nous n'avons jamais reçu la monnaie..

• Chiara (9/5): Alloggio consigliato. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Host molto disponibile e gentile. - La posizione è centralissima, perfetta per raggiungere a piedi tutti i luoghi principali del centro storico Romano. La stanza e il bagno sono molto spaziosi; pulizia e accuratezza nei dettagli. Ruben, l’host, che abbiamo chiamato perché non riuscivamo a chiudere adeguatamente la porta della stanza nel giro di pochi minuti ha raggiunto la struttura e ha risolto l’inghippo. Lo scarico della doccia era un po’ intasato e non defluiva bene l’acqua. La zona molto centrale, soprattutto la notte, è molto rumorosa. Forse si potrebbe investire un po’ sull’insonorizzazione.
• Natasha (7/5): Perfect Location - The hotel is in a perfect, very central location, yet it is surprisingly quiet outside, which made our stay very comfortable. I visited with my husband and daughter, and we all really enjoyed it. We had a small issue with the air conditioning, but the owner personally took care of it promptly, which we truly appreciated. The bathroom is spacious, and having a cafeteria right next door was very convenient for breakfast. The property could benefit from a bit of a facelift, as some areas feel slightly worn (for example, the main entrance door appears scratched). The walls are quite thin, and we could hear noise from the neighbouring room. The room itself lacked a chair for sitting, which would have made it more comfortable. Although the bathroom is a good size, it would be more practical with a bench or some cupboard/storage space for toiletries.
• Massimo (9/5): - La camera è ampia e confortevole, molto comoda e pulita. Anche il bagno è grande e spazioso. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile e risponde subito ad ogni richiesta. La posizione è ottima, vicinissima a piazza Navona e a due passi dal Vaticano. L’unica pecca è che la stanza non è insonorizzata e si sente praticamente ogni respiro degli ospiti vicini. Pur essendoci un bollitore e una macchinetta per il caffè a cialde, sarebbe gradito poter fare la colazione. Andrebbe disistruita la doccia perché si riempie d’acqua quando la si fa.

• Rosanna (1/5): Pessimo. Non ci tornerò mai più. Prezzo alto qualità bassissima, anzi INFIMA - Solo la posizione centrale, per il resto è assolutamente da evitare. La stanza Lancillotto era piena di muffa ed umidità, non c’era il bidet ed era anche sporca. Pur essendoci solo il bollitore (negli altri b&b di solito c’è almeno la macchina del caffè con le cialde)non vi era a disposizione neanche una bustina di tè. All’ingresso del b&b si trovano bidoni carichi di immondizie che ti danno un sontuoso benvenuto. I mobili sono anche tenuti male, lenzuola ed asciugamani SPORCHI E MALEODORANTI. Sconsiglio vivamente questo posto a chiunque desideri dormire serenamente e ci tenga che l’igiene sia rispettata.
• Dorota (8/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - blisko Placu Navona, w uliczce pełnej małych sklepików i kameralnych knajpek. Mieszkanie czyste, codziennie sprzątane i wymieniane ręczniki. Możliwość zostawienia bagaży przed i po wymeldowaniu. Dobry kontakt z wynajmującym. Jedynym minusem jest to, że mieszkanie znajduje się nad pubem. Dla osób mających problemy ze snem to nie polecam tego mieszkania, bo słychać głośne rozmowy. My byliśmy tak zmęczeni intensywnym zwiedzaniem, że aż tak bardzo nam to nie przeszkadzało.

L'alloggio è bello e confortevole, super centrale e con affaccio sulla piazza. Nei pressi c'è tutto l'occorrente, market, bar, ristoranti, farmacia. Lo consiglierò sicuramente a tutti i miei amici e parenti

• Dennis (9/5): Explore, enjoy and relax - Had a great time, overall location was excellent, roomy room, great host, easy access, felt more like small apartment style and not hotel, had daily cleaning, great bathroom/shower, friendly staff, could not beat the location to all, close to the hop on hop off bus route! The only thing for us was the room windows were at street level on side alley as the room was lower level with no view and people sitting on the window stoop. Host should put some nice plants or decor on outside window stoops to deter sitting and view of something out the windows. needed extra small tables/chair

• Andrea (7/5): Buena estancia - La habitación estaba genial, muy bien ubicada, además nos dejaron entrar en cuanto la tuvieron lista sin tener que esperar a la hora de entrada. También la habitación estaba limpia, cambiándonos toallas todos los días y la cama. La cama grande era cómoda la individual no. La habitación era triple y la cama individual era un mini sofá cama muy muy incómodo. Por lo que tuvimos que dormir los 3 en la cama grande.

• ROSA (9/5): - L'arredamento dell'alloggio, moderno, confortevole, pulito, allegro e in ottima posizione. L'ingresso dal civico 86, pico accogliente. Si potrebbe procedere ad una imbiancatura e a sostituire i contenitori dei rifiuti con altri più adatti alla struttura.

• Mónica (5/5): - La cama El sitio no estaba muy limpio. Las sábanas parecían estar muy limpias, pero como hacía frío sacamos el nórdico del armario y estaba muy muy sucio. Pedimos cambiarlo juntos con las sábanas que tenían varias gotitas de sangre.. y nos las cambiaron sin problemas, además nos hicieron la cama y nos pusieron funda nórdica y las sábanas muy blancas y limpias. Las toallas limpias ,pero cuando pedimos cambiarlas alguna estába manchada. Una cosa es que no te hagan la cama y otra que no te cambien la mini papelera del baño. Solicitamos una habitación con placa ducha y nos la dieron sin problema, pero la habitación estaba en un semisótano de un antiguo edificio que la entrada estaba bastante sucia, y la habitación olía a humedad, y tpco te atrevías a abrir las ventanas para airear pq estaban muy pegadas al suelo de la calle y muy sucias las rejas. La verdad, que para ir con mi madre en silla de ruedas no ha sido lo mejor por la estancia en si.. pero por ubicación ha sido espléndida.

• Verena (8/5): Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut! - Die Lage ist perfekt. 5 Gehminuten zur Engelsburg, 15 Gehminuten zum Petersdom und zum Trevibrunnen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir konnten unser Gepäck vor dem Check-in und auch nach dem Check-out in der Unterkunft zwischenlagern. Da die Fenster nur einfach verglast sind, hat man die feiernden Leute von der Gasse sehr gut bis ins Zimmer gehört. Auch die Sauberkeit lässt ein wenig zu wünschen übrig. Kalk im Bad, Ablageflächen nicht Staub gewischt.

Check-in was supposed to be until 8 pm, yet when we arrived before 7:30 pm, they told us we were late. We had also requested an extra person, which they confirmed for €35 + taxes (which in Rome we understand are €6). When we got there, the third bed wasn’t even prepared, and they charged us €50 for the extra person

There is no reception, one has to travel somewhere else first to collect keys - inconvenient. The coffee in the room is revolting - A small coffee machine can be much better, even if the guest has to buy pods. There were no big towels or a blanket on the bed, I found towels in next door room. The blanket delivered next day. The safe wasn’t working but also repaired next day but no instructions how to use it.

• Lidija (10/5): Excellent location, cozy room beyond expectations, amazing shower, super friendly staff - Great location, the room exceeded my expectations, very comfortable beds and an amazing shower. WiFi didn’t work in the room, but it actually felt like a nice detox from the city noise. Staff was absolutely wonderful – very friendly and responded to all my questions quickly.
