Guest Reviews
- Lieve (1/5): I would not recommend anyone to stay there. - NOTHING Very RUDE and unfriendly personnel, very bad breakfast, very badly located!
- Pete (4/5): Felt like the place was on its last legs. - Fairly inexpensive. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Close to the highway. Indoor pool was closed indefinitely. Gym had like 2 pieces of equipment. Room was dingy. Had the feel of a residence inn.
- Shelby (10/5): We ran into issues at our first hotel and were left without a place to sleep. Comfort inn was able to accommodate us and - They had rooms open when we ran into a problem at our other hotel and were able to get us in after a long day of travel. The view was just the parking lot. Can’t change that though.
- Edward (7/5): Good hotel. Normally pleasant staff but not this time. - Pet Friendly, clean, great breakfast. Have stayed multiple times. Front desk personnel were always pleasant and friendly. Morning staff were pleasant as usual. This stay the afternoon into evening staff were two guys who couldn't even manage a polite hello. It was clear they felt meaning the desk was interfering with their life.
- ROBERT (7/5): DECENT STAY - The room was clean and comfortable. The sower was good bathroom was large everything worked. Breakfast was OK but no sausages or bacon. The only meat was hash. No english muffins We arrived after a long day of driving only to find that they didn't have our reservation. After a lot of searching they found it nut it was for the previous night. I explained that the previous night I was in a Comfort Inn in PA. And that they had already charged me as a no show for that night. I think Bookings SW should have caught that I had a booking in 2 hotels for the same night When I spoke to them about it they said that their SW catches if you book more than 1 room in the same hotel but not if you book more than 1 hotel for the same night. I think that it is possible that a family might want more than 1 room in a hotel but it is impossible for them to want more than 1 hotel forthe same night. Bookings SW should flag if more than 1 hotel is booked for the sam night
- Steve (10/5): - Clean and great restaurant in the parking lot
- keith (10/5): -
- Strate (6/5): - It was covenants It smelled bad and the shower made a horrible sound.
- Jennifer (9/5): -
- Paul (5/5): Wifi ? - Location Wifi was horrible, it is necessary this day and age, especially with children, tv channels were just as bad, for the amount I paid for the room it was a giant inconvenience.
- Ian (5/5): Suited our purpose - It was ok Eggs cooked differently
Hard boiled?
- Mark (10/5): -
Nada a reclamar.
- Veronica (5/5): fairly good may go again but wasnt worth 200$ a night - i liked the friendlyness of staff when i pulled put futon was chips and popcorn and toys under it that it wasnt cleaned up there was no extra sheets pillows or blankets for the futon but did call front and she retrieved them quickly but no blanket warm wasnt that warm heat was on 70
- Olivia (1/5): Hotel was overbooked and they did not have a room for me when I showed up!! - Showed up to the hotel and was turned away despite having a reservation!! When I made the reservation, I notified the hotel that I will be arriving between 10-11pm which was approved by the hotel which they notified me through the messaging on Booking.com. When I arrived at 10:50pm, the front desk staff told me that earlier in the day, they realized they overbooked for the night and they did not have a room for me to stay at. Instead of notifying me earlier in the day when the hotel realized their error (which would have given me more time to make another reservation at another place), they did nothing and waited for me to arrive and tell me in person that they did not have a room for me. I was four hours away from home and it took me another hour to find an available room since the majority of hotels were already booked for the night. Whoever is managing this hotel clearly does not care about the customers.
- David (9/5): all good - good no gluten free bread or other option
- Sikoski (10/5): -
- Dave (9/5): -
- Wynn (10/5): - Everything
- Joel (7/5): - About what I would expect from a comfort Inn, the bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The hotel felt a little “sadder” than typical Little further from Mount Snow, where I skied, than I would prefer to stay
More expensive than I would’ve expected to pay for this type of accommodations
- Paolo (7/5): Clean and comfortable room, great price, but disappointing breakfast - The room was very clean and comfortable. Great price over a long weekend. The staff who welcomed us was not very friendly. The breakfast buffet was disappointing, with most of the things already finished at 7:30 in the morning.
- Paul (9/5): -
- Bak Kon (8/5): -
- Jacqueline (8/5): Nice, easy, convenient stay - Clean, good location, room large N/a
- Gretchen (10/5): -
- Susan (7/5): The hotel was adequate and met our needs. - The breakfast was great. Good hot food and a big selection of other types of food. Love the mini waffle maker. Staff behind the check in counter was very friendly and helpful. The TV connection was poor. The picture quality was faded in and out. The shower had a high pitched sound some of the time. The room key needed to be reprogrammed to let us in the room once during our stay.
- Allison (7/5): Good stay in Brattleboro. - It was what I needed at the time. A restaurant with takeout right there. Clean and comfortable Not a great place to walk to get somewhere.
- Cynthia (10/5): - Friendly and helpful staff
- Melody (8/5): Feels like home away from home - The staff is always friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and clean. This particular hotel is our go to when we travel to Brattleboro.
- Lopez (8/5): -
- Corrigan (7/5): -
- Claudia (10/5): - swimming pool a bit larger will be great.
- Angela (9/5): -
- stephanie (9/5): - Matt at the front desk was very accomodating. My t.v. wasn't working and he came up to fix it. The noise from the heating unit in my room. Kept me up alot.
- Beverly M (7/5): -
- Beverly M (6/5): -
- Jasmine (10/5): -
- Soo-hyun (10/5): -
- Hayley (6/5): - The room was not clean. Blood spot on the inside of my bed sheets. Mirror and bed frames dirty. Shower floor slimy.
- Kenneth (9/5): -
- Marcheski (6/5): -
- Veninger (8/5): It was better than I expected. - Breakfast was great, the bed was great, and the general cleanliness and quietness of the property was great. The man at the check in seemed like he wanted to kill himself. Very unwelcoming. There was trash from the previous occupant under the nightstand that I wouldn’t have even noticed if my dog hadn’t tried to eat it immediately upon entering. Not cool.
- Richard (8/5): -
- Cortney (4/5): You get what you pay for - The entry was warm and inviting. The bathrooms were clean. The shower made a high pitched noise when in in use. The bed linens were clean, however behind the bed was nasty. The carpet was stained. This place just needs to have a good clean and spruce up
- Tim (6/5): - Outside of the property was dirty and being worked on. The room itself was ok. Not worth the price I paid.
- James (8/5): - staff helpful. Smoking area was one of the best I have seen.
- Nicole (8/5): -
- Pamela (6/5): - Old stinky food left in the refrigerator. Stink up the room. We put it in the hall. Never cleaned up
- Lyndsey (10/5): - Absolutely perfect stay for a business trip
- Cheryl (10/5): - Friendly staff at check in. Lobby and breakfast area nicely decorated for fall.
- Paula (10/5): - Staff was so friendly. Good options for breakfast. Great location. Very clean. AAA had a cheaper price than being a member
- Rafael (10/5): -
- holly (9/5): -
- Sharon (8/5): Good value stay - Comfortable, clean with friendly staff. Restaurant right next door and we were served quickly. Out of town but quiet and plenty of parking. Breakfast basic but included. Nothing we didn't like. Good value comfortable stay.
- Pam (6/5): Night staff had no personality. Friendly staff on day time. - It was available TOOMS WERRE. BIG. I don’t like carpet.
- Alfredo (10/5): - Clean room
- Terry (6/5): - Check in staff not very welcoming or helpful felt like we were inconveniencing him
- Mary (10/5): - Very clean and comfortable! The staff is very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious! Will stay here again!
- David (9/5): Nice but could have been quieter at night. - The location was excellent for our needs Noisy guests. The people in the room above us were very loud walking an talking. Was it the people or the hotel structure?
- John (10/5): - Room was clean and well maintained. The staff were very helpful and considerate and the breakfast was excellent.
- Patricia (8/5): -
- Tom (10/5): - Friendly staff. Close to restaurants. Excellent breakfast in the morning
- Rosalie (5/5): Good place but needs cleaning staff to support the rooms. - Breakfast was fine with many options. The young man at the desk for afternoon/evening was fabulous and so helpful. Not having room cleaned each day was a disappointment. The toilet in our room had not been scrubbed in a long time and was really awful.
- Danh (6/5): - staff was nice however the room cleanliness is subpar. We found hairs all over the bed and in the bathroom along with spider webs in the bedroom. .
- Michelle (10/5): - Check in was easy and there is coffee available 24 hours a day!
- JOAN (10/5): - It was just an overnight stay. The room was very clean, the staff were helpful with questions. I will definitely book again.
- John (8/5): Clean linens please - The staff was very welcoming. We appreciated the hot breakfast. I would give a perfect 10 if not for the bed.
We found hair(not ours) in the sheets and make up stain on one of the pillows. Housekeeping need to make sure the bed sheets and pillow cases are clean and free of hair and stains from previous guests.
- Steve (10/5): - Friendly people
- Frank (8/5): -
- Virgen (9/5): -
- Victoria (6/5): - Room was clean for the most part, the shower could have used more attention. There was a lot of hair in it.
- Andy (7/5): -
- Terri (4/5): - A tired property, clean but v overpriced.
- Valerie (10/5): - This was a nice stay, thanks
- Lamber (5/5): -
- Amy (6/5): - felt dirty in there. turned on the shower and it was brown water for a good
- Carol (7/5): Other than what was mentioned above, the stay was good. - It was nice and clean. The employees were very caring and kind. The shower had some dark spots on the surface that appeared to be mold and some of the tiles were cracked. The breakfast was fine but on the day we ate there, they had eggs and creamed chipped beef. No other meat option was available.
- Mariam (6/5): Good - Perfect l’occasion for a night, to rest . Very confortable beds .
- Jamie (10/5): - Lobby and room is clean, well maintained. Conveniently located. We felt comfortable in and around the hotel. Indoor pool is small but nice. Breakfast was decent.
- Trevor (6/5): Better than a tent in the woods, but should be $90 - The front desk staff was polite and friendly, but that's about all that was ok. No ice machine. Hotel room was very hot and stale inside when we arrived, with a strong musty wet carpet smell in the air. Air conditioner could not keep up with the heat of the day, it took literal hours to cool down to 70F. We couldn't even stay in the room for the first hour, and the temp in the room was uncomfortable until 7pm. Would have left immediately if we weren't so tired from hiking all day. As it was, we just touched nothing, slept on top of the blankets, and got out early to go home and shower. Partly because the in-room alarm clock was set for 4am, who knows when it was last reset by housekeeping... Nice touch. Would not recommend or return, at $200 a night, this is a gross scam.
- Janice (8/5): - The rooms were clean when we checked in I was a little surprised to find out that they are only cleaned every three days but don't travel a lot so i'm guessing that is just what is being done in these times. We were able to get towels when needed and made the beds ourself.
- Deborah (8/5): - Mildew in tub. Cracks in sink. Clean. Linens were good. Lighting in room was good. Plenty of outlets
- Gail (10/5): - Everything was great but for some depleted breakfast items.
- marina (10/5): - Great location for an overnight stop. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Walking distance to fantastic restaurant. It's in the same parking lot. Nice breakfast. Very happy with my stay.
- Seb (10/5): - Really good staff!
- Nancy (6/5): Not worth the money - This hotel is misrepresented on your website. I was sure I booked a king suite and because we arrived late it seemed liked we got whatever was left! Great desk check in person and comfortable bed. We were stuck in a tiny king room with the soda machine and ice machine actually taking up space where the room should have been. They were within 2 feet of our door. Mold in corner of the bathtub. Steps leading into hotel were awkward and indoor pool was in the basement-which should be stated on your website! We did not stay for the meager breakfast after tasting the watered down orange juice. Not worth the money.
- Judith (10/5): - Clan
Comfy
- Jason (6/5): Less than perfect - A little outdated. Needed to use washer/dryer and was frustrated with lack of availability and poor quality. Front desk staff was great, breakfast good.
- Nancy (10/5): -
- Kimberly (10/5): - Nice hotel. It was clean and the staff was great! It was convenient to the downtown area.
- Maria (8/5): - The breakfast lady was very nice
- Rebecca (4/5): - Would not recommend staying in this area. Rundown. Found a nice restaurant on the river and that was the only redeeming thing about staying in this town.
- elvin (10/5): -
- Julie (6/5): Stay if you have to - I gave the ratings I have because the lobby, lobby furnishings, carpeting and general condition in the lobby was very dirty. I almost walked out.
Things improved when we got to our room. It was cleaner. The beds very very comfortable but dated.
I spilled some water on the bathroom floor and used a wash cloth to wipe it up and the wash cloth was black from the dirt in the bathroom floor.
Breakfast the next day was interesting. The person who was coordinating and cooking breakfast called out and 8 am. Breakfast runs from 6an to 10 am. By 9 there was little left.
It was sufficient for a one night stay but I would not stay here again.
- elizabeth (6/5): - Can hear people talking from outside near the smoking area, bringht and early at 6am.
- Shelby (10/5): - Not a luxury hotel, but fair prices. Mainly we liked the staff--friendly and REALLY helpful
- Susan T (8/5): - Great location. Staff very nice. Problem at breakfast. The person who does breakfast walked out. The front desk person was trying to manage everything. It was busy and no food when we arrived at breakfast. I am sure this is not the norm
- Joaquin (5/5): - Location The property needs to renovated.
- Donna (10/5): - Very clean and comfortable!
- Thomas (8/5): - It was clean & comfortable!
