• Haber (6/5): Good, but I'd probably stay somewhere else - All of the staff here are so welcoming and kind. Our room was large, and the fact that we could watch the waves crash as we enjoyed our breakfast was super great. We never experienced something like that. We were under the impression that this was a beachfront hotel. While it is true you can see the ocean from the hotel, it is just a pool. There is no area on a beach to lay out and tan like I had thought there was from online. Additionally, it was very loud at night time when we were trying to sleep we just heard blasting music.

• Karol (2/5): - Śniadania były przepyszne, basen był czysty, obsługa była bardzo miła i pomocna. Bezpłatny parking na ulicy. Ogólnie stosunek ceny do jakości. Apartamenty z oknami na ulicę mają olbrzymi problem, bo okna nie są szczelne przez co hałas w godzinach wieczornych i porannych był bardzo uciążliwy. Płacąc prawie 400$ za dobę oczekuje się jednak standardu trochę wyższego niż minimum. W łazience kilka ognisk pleśni, akcesoria (mydelniczka, zestaw prysznicowy) w kamieniu, niedoczyszczony, w prysznicu plastikowa kotara zamiast zamykanego prysznica - efekt niezbyt przyjemny. Parking jest, ale przyjmie tylko dwa samochody. Brak windy też jest niemałym utrudnieniem przy wnoszeniu bagaży. W najmniejszym stopniu nie mieliśmy odczucia jak w "butikowym hotelu".

• Pia (7/5): Gut - für einen short stay - Das Bett war sehr bequem. Der Pool mit Blick aufs Meer ist wirklich toll. Man läuft in 10 Minuten in die Stadt. Ende April waren bei uns keine Partys vor Ort (was andere bemängelt hatten). Es gibt einen Welcome Drink. Beim Pool sind schon viele Fliesen abgegangen und auch die Treppen schon sehr abgenutzt. Meiner Meinung nach will das Hotel mehr sein als es letztendlich darstellt. Der Duschstrahl ist auch sehr lasch. Baustellenlärm. Klimaanlage direkt über dem Bett. Es könnte auch alles deutlich sauberer sein. Die Schirme am Pool mit grobmaschigen Netz bieten nicht besonders viel Schutz.

• Kara (7/5): Beautiful property, except for the oil rig next door :( - Right on the water, breathtaking views, amazing pool, great drinks, friendly staff, clean, great decor… The OIL RIG directly to the left of the hotel- eye sore and ear sore waking up to the beautiful ocean but then hearing oil rig go off at 830 am was unpleasant as you can imagine.

• David (7/5): Prima locatie, wel wat druk hotel - De lokatie is top, vlakbij Willemstad en veel restaurantjes. Parkeren over het algemeen ook geen probleem. Aardig bar en restaurant personeel. En ook aan de receptie werden we goed geholpen. De sushi avond is een topper, echt lekkere sushi terwijl ik niet zo’n fan ben. Elke dag schoonmaak, dat is tegenwoordig ook niet overal het geval. Helemaal top. Het is een wat druk hotel. De bar blijft in de avond lang open met muziek dus dat hoorden wij in de kamer. Personeel startte weer op om 7 uur dus uitrusten gaat niet. De DJ avond op vrijdag is helemaal druk. We hadden toevallig oordopjes mee voor in het vliegtuig en dat werkte gelukkig 😉. Maar goed, dat het wat drukker was hadden we vooraf in de recensies gelezen dus dat was wel bekend maar toch anders als je er midden in zit.

The feed was fine but nothing special but it took almost 2 hours to get lunch - a burger and a chicken Caesar salad. The entree along took almost an hour and a half to be served after we ordered it and then the order was wrong and not as we had ordered it. The wait staff was rather unfriendly and did not come and refill water while we baked in the heat wasting our afternoon and sitting in the heat.

• Michael (1/5): This is a hotel for drunken teenagers on spring break and not serious travellers or couples - nothing. staff was unfriendly and ineficcient. room was noisy , filthy and not what i requested /booked. The hotel lost my reservation. When I brought it to their attention they made it out to be my fault. The room i received was on top of a parking lot with maintenace works going on very early morining and loud noises from cars and people at night. This place is a gigantic tourist trap do not fall for the flashy pictures online. This is a hotel for drunken teenagers on spring break and not serious travellers or couples

• Sâmela (5/5): Hotel barulhento e em ritmo de balada - Localização e vista da piscina. O hotel é bem badalado e parece um beach Club. Muito movimentado o tempo todo, muito barulho. No check-in a limpeza do quarto atrasou 1h. Chegamos às 14h e fomos liberados para entrar às 16h. No dia 01/01/26 era aniversário do hotel e fizeram uma festa que durou até tarde. Teve queima de fogos às 22h, muitas pessoas rindo e gritando, música super alta, parecia que a festa estava dentro do meu quarto. O serviço do café da manhã é péssimo, demoram para atender e para levar o pedido. No segundo dia esperamos por 50 minutos. No dia 31/12 não conseguimos fazer pedido de comida devido à algazarra do local. Ralo do chuveiro entupido, parecia uma piscina quando ia tomar banho. Definitivamente não recomendo, quando se busca conforto, descanso e comodidades não é o local ideal.

• Adrienne (7/5): - It was a nice property in a nice, centralized area of Pietermaai. Many restaurants within walking distance and close fo a dive shop, which was perfect for my stay. The pool are was nice and my room was beautiful, with a sea view. Unfortunately my room was also over the bar area. If you're there over the weekend or a holiday, the party goes on later than on a week day, so just be aware of that. I was able to fall asleep, but I fell asleep to bass and laughter from downstairs.

• Renata (9/5): Bom custo benefício. - O hotel é confortável, bem localizado (é possível visitar o centrinho a pé e tem várias opções de bar e restaurantes bons próximos) e tem uma ótima área externa. Fiquei em outros dois hóteis na cidade e acredito que ele tem um bom custo-benefício. O café da manhã é no estilo a la carte e não no buffet, o que, entretanto, não prejudica a experiência. A comida é gostosa e alimenta bem antes dos passeios. Além disso, o bar do hotel é muito bom e faz ótimos drinks e comidas, sendo bastante movimentado durante a noite, o que é ótimo. Fui surpeendida com a necessidade de realizar um caução que não havia sido informado no momento da reserva. Além disso, o fato de o bar do hotel ser bastante movimentado gera bastante barulho nas sextas à noite. Nos demais dias da semana, não me incomodou.

• Nicole (5/5): Disappointing. I would not stay again and don’t recommend. - Nice view from the pool, comfortable bed, spacious room and closeness to restaurants. Checkin was late (past 3pm) and when we got into the room, we had major cleanliness issues (hairs on floor, counters and bed and stained couch and sheets). Had to ask the to go back and re-do. They resolve it, but not how I would like my stay to start. The whole ordeal took about an hour. They didn’t even offer a refreshment for the inconvenience. Another episode, at the pool, I ordered a drink and asked to charge to my room. I stayed at the pool for a couple more hours and nobody brought me anything to sign. When I was leaving, they yelled at me in front of other people as if I was trying to ditch without paying, so I told them to charge to my room again and they didn’t even know the number (which I had already told them). I did not appreciate this behavior at all. It was extremely rude and humiliating. Also, hotel is a little bit more run down than I’d have liked. Tiles are broken in the shower, dirty white walls in the rooms, stained couch and counters… I also did not have a hot shower on my second night, they did not replace toiletries the whole time I was there and there is limited parking out front. It’s not up to a 4-star hotel in my opinion, more like a 2 or 3. Other small things like employees messing around loudly at the pool area and restaurant, and chatting right outside my room window on their break at 10-11pm is not very nice or relaxing.

O café da manhã é um detalhe a ser reconhecido, PERFEITO. A gente escolhe no cardápio as opções, que são muitas e variadas, vale a pena comprar a hospedagem com café da manhã - o café abre as 08hrs. Bem localizado, fomos a pé ao centrinho, para as praias, depende de qual, mas com carro alugado sem problemas. Recomendo um restaurante próximo - Mi Familia - sem defeitos. Quero voltar a Curação e com certeza me hospedaria novamente.

• Silvana (8/5): - Location is perfect. The room is very nice, staff are very nice. It is really noisy. Not the fault of anybody but if you are a light sleeper it will be a problem. All hotels are next to each other in this area so all would likely have same issue. Windows are tropical windows, so basically a plexiglass which means it feels like you are outside in the crowd… restaurants are super close to all windows so basically until they close the restaurant (11pm -1am) it is very loud.

• Rachel (10/5): Curaçao? Must stay at Saint Tropez! - Small and quaint! A relaxing atmosphere with pops of awesome fun! The staff are beyond kind, and the view can’t be beat. The rooms are perfect and beautiful and the cleaning staff was very efficient. Honestly and truly, there wasn’t anything we didn’t like. It was perfect.

• 489haleyg (2/5): Spare Yourself & Safeguard Your Vacation: You are not on vacation to clean. - My recent stay was disappointing and far below expectations. A colleague recommended the St Tropez Boutique Hotel after staying there almost exactly one year to date from our stay. When I sent her photos of the property she remarked if she hadn't have seen my booking, that she would think we weren't at the same place. The property is wildly unmaintained. The rooms and pool area had clear signs of neglect that impacted the overall experience. Specific examples include: cigarette butts throughout sand in pool area, bathrooms in pool/bar area unclean, the small lounge tables were filthy; overly fragrant room deodorizer (the kind that smells like it is covering something up), unclean clothing closets (thankfully I wiped all the shelves as red lipstick was on one of the primary shelves and would have ended up on clothing), all surfaces in room were dirty, continuous leaking of air conditioner (directly above TV), filthy carpet, dusty, and overall in need of a deep clean. Communication with reception was essentially nonexistent. Requests for assistance were met with slow or minimal responses, and there seemed to be little accountability for poor communication or unresolved issues. It is sad to see a place with a great "vibe" depreciate due to general maintenance and appropriate communication. The location was wonderful - walking distance to excellent restaurants, historic sites, and local flair (around every corner there was poignant street art). The bar staff/auxiliary staff - Jamir and Anna Belle were wonderful however due to their roles were unable to assist with the above stated issues.

• Serge (9/5): Heerlijk hotel met uitstekende service. - De enorme gastvrijheid van het hele personeel is bewonderenswaardig. Ik kom op veel plaatsen, maar de vriendelijkheid en professionaliteit waarmee iedereen zijn werk doet is in de huidige tijd zeer zeldzaam. Het eten is bovendien van zeer goede kwaliteit. Ik wil eigenlijk niks negatiefs schrijven, want daar was mijn ervaring te mooi voor. Als ik dan toch een verbeterpunt moet noemen is het de aanschaf van een paar goede parasols, zodat je de keuze hebt om bij het (overigens fantastische) zwembad in de schaduw te kunnen liggen.
• Michelle (9/5): - We hadden een ruime kamer en echt een enorme badkamer. De bedden lagen heerlijk. Het was mooi schoon en we hebben heerlijk bij het zwembad gelegen. Het personeel is echt fantastisch, stuk voor stuk enthousiaste mensen die het oprecht leuk werk vinden. Ook in het restaurant kan je heerlijk eten. Het doucheputje spoelde niet goed door, waardoor er best veel water bleef staan. Maar dat was ook eigenlijk het enige nadeel.

• 424debbys (2/5): Unprofessional, Disrespectful, and Deeply Disappointing - ⭐☆☆☆☆ Unprofessional, Disrespectful, and Deeply Disappointing As a guest visiting Curaçao from the U.S., I was invited to attend what was supposed to be a beautiful poolside performance by DJ Shine at St. Tropez — scheduled from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, what unfolded was a textbook example of mismanagement, poor communication, and outright disrespect from the venue’s ownership. Despite multiple prior attempts by DJ Shine’s team to confirm call time and setup details, St. Tropez never responded. Not once. Still, her team arrived early enough to allow for proper setup and prep — only to be greeted by Michel, the venue’s owner (and, bafflingly, also the opening DJ), with the incredibly rude and unprofessional line: “Who are you?” DJ Shine calmly explained who she was — only to be told she “should have been there at 10 AM,” a time that was never communicated to her team. But it gets worse. Michel then chose to mock her for using Serato Pro with a laptop — which, for anyone who actually works in the industry, is standard among professional DJs in the U.S. and globally. His exact words: “What professional DJ uses Serato?” Spoiler alert: That would be nearly every professional DJ in the U.S. After being blindsided and disrespected — DJ Shine and her team made the professional choice to walk away from the venue altogether. I, along with everyone else who came to support her, was left in disbelief at how poorly this was handled. Let’s be clear: This wasn’t a scheduling issue. This was a complete failure of professionalism and hospitality — starting with the top. The entire debacle could have been avoided with a single email, a respectful tone, and a basic understanding of how to work with talent. St. Tropez presented itself as a luxury destination, but behind the palm trees and poolside music is a management team that seems allergic to accountability, communication, and respect. I will never return. And I strongly advise any artists or guests with professional expectations to think twice before engaging with this venue.

• CARLOS (8/5): - O lugar é muito bonito e em localização privilegiada. O ocean club tem ótimas opções. Único problema foi o mal cheiro que vinha do banheiro. O problema talvez seja do esgoto, pois a propriedade ao lado tinha um vazamento de dejetos para a calçada quando chegamos.

Glad we stayed in the area that we did as it's withing walking distance of downtown, and several cool areas with tons of restaurants (the food was amazing). The hotel itself is nice and we enjoyed it. There was work going on outside the hotel that seemed to be sewer related. This led to some nasty smells. The hotel actually had to move us, but put us in a much larger room, (apartment) which was great. Do know that this hotel does not have any beach access, but does have a nice pool. Personally, if I'm by the ocean, I don't care about pools, but it was within our price range so we compromised. And, we actually walked to the Avila resort a couple of times and took advantage of their day pass.
• Chandler Nicole (10/5): - This hotel is centrally located you are able to walk towards the city center easily as well as to restaurants. Also the hotel has a restaurant with great food and a beautiful view.

There was also construction going on during our stay which woke us up at 7am one day. There is no complimentary water in the mini bar. They do however provide vouchers for a free non alcoholic drink per guest. Every Friday night they have a dj. We were also provided with free vouchers for drinks for that night. The dj plays house music the entire night which is not okay. My fiancé and I are both of Caribbean descent so it would have been nice to hear other genres. The food and drinks at the restaurant/bar were good. They also serve hookah which was good as well. There is a lot of rust at the bottom of the pool by the steps to enter the pool. My fiancée and I paid additional money for breakfast each morning, the breakfast meat is only pork which my fiancée and I do not eat. It would be nice to add turkey and/or beef sausage and bacon to the menu

• Guest (8/5): Prima stek maar let op voor extra servicekosten! - De bediening was heel aardig, servicegericht en vrolijk. Mensen hadden er echt zin in. Dat draagt bij aan positiviteit en energie. In de prijs van booking heb ik specifiek gekekekn naar wat er onder de prijs viel. Daarin stond dat alles inclusief is qua accommodatie. We werden achteraf gecharged voor dagelijkse servicekosten 30 dollar per dag! Dat is veel en niet conform afspraak. Heb ik ook aangegeven want we hebben maar 4x gebruik gemaakt van de schoonmaak.
• K (7/5): Beautiful hotel in perfect area. - Beautiful property right on the water! Pool is nice, and the bar is right there. Perfect for pictures. Drinks are also good! I didn’t get to try the food but I would go again. The “sea view” room is not a sea view room. You see a sliver of the ocean but your view is obstructed by the bar and other buildings. You go on the balcony and you’re above the courtyard, not the sea. So beware of that.
