احمد (6/5): - اتصلت وبلغت موظفه الاستقبال سعوديه اني غادرت الغرفه وتقدر تسوي شيك اوت . تاكدت أخذت الاسم ورقم الغرفه . تفاجأت ثاني يوم جوالي ماسكت من كثر الاتصالات وانا كنت في موقف تقريبا صعبه جدا ارد . اضطريت اطلع واجاوب خفت لأيكون احد لاسمح صار فيه شي إلا موظفه الفندق تقول حاب تمدد يوم إضافي ولا تغادر . يعني قمه عدم الإلمام بالعمل ومافي تعاون بين الموظفات وعدم احترافيه إلا وحده وقت الدخول ممتازه .

Richard (8/5): Comfortable say in a convenient and scenic location. I would gladly return. - Breakfast - The food tasted great and offered a nice variety of options. I especially like being able to order a freshly made omelet. The dining area was clean, well-maintained, and quiet, which made for a pleasant experience. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere felt comfortable and welcoming. The location is excellent, with nearby shopping, several nice restaurants, and close proximity to the water. We were able to enjoy a relaxing and scenic walk along the waterfront. I booked a room with a double bed, but upon arrival I was assigned a room with two twin beds. The internet connection was slower than expected and experienced occasional interruptions. Staff later advised that an alternate connection was available, which may have improved the experience. At breakfast, we arrived near the end of service and the juice had run out, although I'm confident the staff would have refilled if it we had asked.

The location is not right by the sea, you cannot walk to the shore, you have to drive. The food delivery man cannot go upstairs due to the "Manager" own policy which is not tolerated by clients. The property needs to be renovated. There is a parking spot behind the hotel but you have to walk all the way through to get to the reception

Ali_98 (4/5): أعتذر عن خروجي السريع من الفندق، لكنني لم أستطع مقاومة الإزعاج - الفندق ممتاز ومكانه جميل وتعامل الموظفين رااااائع كانت توجد حفلة بجوار الفندق والصوت كان شديد لدرجة أن أثاث الغرفة يهتز وهي بالدور السابع بصراحة لم أقاومه وبدأ الصداع حاول موظف الإستقبال نقلي لغرفة أخرى وكان الصوت مزعجا بها أيضا بصراحة لم أقاوم وخرجت خروجا نهائيا من الفندق خلال ساعتين لأن الحفلة ستبقى لمنتصف الليل (كما قال أحد الموظفين)

Awwad (2/5): تجربة لن تتكرر - لا شئ عدم الاهتمام بالنظافة وتوفير المناشف بالطلب عدم وجود روب استحمام ضعف بوفيه الفطور ورداءة جودة الطعام المواقف يلزم للخروج الاستدارة من خلف الفندق مرورا بالبوابة الرئيسية التي عادةً تكون مسدودة بسيارات النزلاء الجدد مما يستدعي الانتظار حتى عودة النزيل واخراج السيارة وهذا الموقف تتكرر معي مرتين خلال اقامتي لليلتين الفندق بشكل عام لا يرقى ان يكون بوضعه الراهن من فنادق الاربع نجوم وانا ارى ان تصنيفه لا يجب ان يتعدى نجمتين مدير بوفية الافطار المدعو وليد رفض اخذي قارورة ماء صغيرة من الطاولة ويقول انها محسوبة ب6 ريال حسب زعمه علماً انه قام باعطاء اثنين من النزلاء الهنود قارورتي ماء امامي الفندق مشغول بشكل كبير بالجالية الهندية وقنوات التلفزيون هندية اكثرها

Queen Alima (5/5): I think they must care more about clients. - The location is really good, I enjoyed the nearby corniche. I stay there for 3 nights, they didn’t clean the room or put toiletries. No tea, no water ….
