Miranda (5/5): Whoever manages the place should coach and communicate expectations to team. - The beds were nice. I wish the bathroom door locked or fully shut. The staff was hit or miss and weren’t all on the same page with anything I asked. Communication seems like it lacks here. I’m writing this from the breakfast area where it’s 9am and the girl is cleaning up and told me they close soon. Literally took my table placement off while I’m sitting here.

They are very accommodating, friendly, and down to earth. Linda, the manager there greeted me with wine when I checked in and my good bag in my room had the most delicious snacks. My room was clean all the time and smelled good! This trip was the best I've had coming through Cleveland so thank you Hotel Indigo!
O8374LFashleys (8/5): Calm and Quiet but Dated - The location was right off of the exit and was easily accessible for my business trip and all the events we had planned around Beachwood. The atmosphere was calm and quiet during my stay. My room was the perfect temperature and the pillows and bed were comfy. I was unable to visit the steakhouse onsite as our company had dinner planned each evening (highly suggest Bar Italia), but I was looking forward to trying the Hyde Park steakhouse because I have visited the one in Columbus and loved it. The only downfall was the cleanliness; the bathroom had some mold in the upper right-hand corner of the shower ceiling due to moisture. The sheets and room were very clean. The hotel itself is a little dated, but I felt right at home and the staff was nice and very attentive during my stay.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a great atmosphere. I would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to coming back!
BevinDPT (8/5): Hard worker- Bella - Hotel was very clean. Welcomed at the front desk by Bella. Very polite and professional. Even provided me with w bandaid that I needed for my finger. I had requested a feather free room (allergy) prior to arrival. A mistake I made was not checking the pillows prior to bedtime. At 1015pm I realized all the pillows were Down. I called downstairs and Bella said she’d look to try to make it right. 5 minutes later a knock at my door delivered 4 non-feathered pillows with an apology. Any other chain hotel would have told me “too bad housekeeping is gone for the night”. Bella went above and beyond to accommodate a mistake and made it right for a good nights sleep. Kudos!

Henry (4/5): - Very dissatisfied when the TV does not work, room change is the solution, then I'm asked to go down and get the keys. Same request when left with no towells. Staff was generally nice after those requests especially @ breakfast bar. Noisey barn doors for poorly lit bath provided no privacy.

Mary (9/5): Quality boutique hotel - The hotel is well located and easily accessible. Close to restaurants and shops. We liked the equestrian theme as we have horses. Bedding was comfy with quality linens and pillows. Front desk was always friendly. Highly recommend this hotel. We'll be back No bath available due to water restrictions. No breakfast unless you want to pay - seemed sterile and unappetizing, so we ate elsewhere.

441taliab (2/5): They are Con Artists! do not give them your business let alone your credit card number - So Pathetic. I booked for one night on line for 219 for the night. I show up and they want my card to verify. when I check my credit card statement two weeks later they not only charged for the night, but they charged an additional 435 dollars in a separate charge!!! How dare they! And the room was noisy with loud rumbling in the walls/floors. What a joke. Con Artists of today

Ally (10/5): - Kyle at the front desk was amazing. The shower wasn’t working well in our original room but he was able to get us into a new room and brought the new room key up to us. He was on top of it and was so friendly. Hotel and room was very clean as well
Hilary (4/5): - The mattress had a large brown stain on the side. We told the front desk and they offered to change our room. It was late and we didn’t want to take the time to change rooms. We were offered breakfast , but that does not make up for the lack of care for the room and facilities. But we wanted the hotel to change the mattress out . The staff said they would speak to housekeeping. The next day we inquired about what had been done and were told I don’t know. We should have moved. Hopefully the sheets we slept on were clean , but the lack of respite we and concern will prevent us from ever staying at this property again.

Safari650247 (10/5): Friendliest staff- super helpful! - This is a LOVELY hotel and I was so pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful staff. Raven at the front desk is so kind and also super helpful. When I was having trouble connecting to the internet, she came to my room to help me troubleshoot. There are two lovely housekeepers as well that were so friendly and delightful. I believe one is from the Ukraine and the other one is named Emily. I ran into them a few times throughout my stay and their friendliness was a bright spot in my travels. Thank you to this excellent staff!

Chris (10/5): Wrong hotel??? - We originally booked hotels, indigo in Cleveland downtown. When we arrived, they rudely told us we were at the wrong hotel and sent us 20 miles to what they said was the correct hotel. We were told that sometimes hotels.com will book the next closest hotel of the same franchise if they are sold out, I don’t know if this is true or not, but it was not convenient for us. Ultimately the hotel we stayed at was very charming, and the staff was very friendly.

Joanne (8/5): 2nd class citizen? - Check in was fine: the room was fabulous. We had two bathrooms in our room! Very nice, clean and coolly air conditioned. What I didn't like is not having breakfast the next morning I thought I was given breakfast with the room? Apparently not. Some guests, did however. I don't know what qualified them and not me? Walked out the next morning being miffed.

Andrew (8/5): Solid - The hotel is attached to a really nice steakhouse. The hotel is good but not amazing. The bathroom had long hairs in the shower and on the sink. Not a big deal, just kind of gross. The bathroom doesnt have a door, just a sliding panel which doesn’t offer much privacy. Overall, it was good. AC was good, bed was good, check in was easy.

Steven (6/5): Recent Stay - The hotet gets two things really right: the mattress/pillows and shower. We purchased the morning breakfast for $12 per but found the food and service to be a bit off. Dry omelettes and tough french toast caused us to not use what we'd paid for on two days of our stay. We also weren't sure about how our room was being maintained. We didn't get towels one day and had to go get them and the room didn't appear to be serviced for three of our four days. The bed wasn't made on three of the four days. We weren't sure if that was normal or not. The location is great and the staff we encountered were really friendly.

John (2/5): - This is an old property that was cheaply renovated years ago. Everything about this hotel was either cheap, broken, not working, or simply nasty. The shower stall was tiny and leaked so badly that by taking a shower the entire bathroom was flooded. Air conditioning didn't work properly and neither did the TV remote. I couldn't get out of this hotel fast enough.

Ralph (6/5): - The hotel was fine place to stay and the staff did their best, but it wasn't a great property. Set in an industrial park with easy highway access this is convenient, but not much more. Also the sliding doors to the bathrooms was weird and did not feel private.
