The Loft Penthouse features a unique, eclectic décor with elegant stone and marble finishes. There is air-conditioning throughout and bamboo and naturally lined ceilings. The master bedroom has a private stairwell access with views from the bedroom looking up the beach. The main bathroom has floor to ceiling glass, giving you a view overlooking the hinterland and Burleigh Centre. From this area there are adjacent views of a large pet carpet python, which is fully secured and you can watch him basking in the sun.

PHAKATHI (8/5): Great experience! The views were beautiful. Amazing pool outside. - Location and the views! The apartment was very much outdated, needs a lot of upgrades and TLC.

PaigeMC (9/5): Lovely place, lovely staff, great location - This property was right on the beach where the lifeguard operates, close walk to local shops and restaurants, we stayed during an off peak time so the price was fantastic and it felt like we had the building to ourselves because we rarely crossed paths with anyone else there but when we did, everyone was super friendly - it was also a very comfortable and homely apartment - it felt like we were in our own space and it was very easy to settle in instantly 3 very minor things - the parking space was pretty tight, had to reverse park in which made it difficult with the luggage we had, the oven would take forever to heat up and the elevator noise was quite loud and would wake the kids up in the morning but nothing major, would have the same thing in any apartment building 🙂

Narelle (9/5): Spectacular View - The view from the 20th floor was expansive and spectacular. There were glass doors right along the front with views to both Surfers Paradise and Burleigh. Even though there were 4 of us there were only 2 chairs on the front balcony. Also, the enormous lounge didn't have a coffee table to put mugs or glasses on. There were other small issues that required maintenance which was a bit disappointing for this standard of accommodation.

Rod (7/5): Wonderful views, great position. - View from level 9 apartment is stunning. Location great to beach and short walk to shops. Building has good amenities and very clean. Staff are very helpful. There is still a significant amount of construction going on around Burleigh with the tram line infrastructure which is operating night construction - loud if you are a light sleeper. Our apartment had been partially updated but there were some elements showing their age.

Arax (10/5): Would not hesitate to recommend Burleigh Esplanade Apartments, we could not have had a better time. - The location and view were exceptional. The walk to the James Street shops was 15 minutes. The walk to North Burleigh was 10 minutes. Coles was a 15-minute walk towards North Burleigh. The hike in the National Park was spectacular. We were surprised to see so many gorgeous lizards foraging. They are so still, and well camoflaged but the more you look, the more you see. They didn't seem to mind us stopping to stare. The beach is also beautiful. The water is very warm, we are from Melbourne and are used to cold water. The pool is great, and there are two spas and two saunas, which were excellent. There is a full kitchen with full sized fridge. The washing machine was clean. Incredible balcony to see the sunrise and the full moon of an evening, equally spectacular. Can't say enough how much we enjoyed our stay. There was nothing not to like. I wish we could have stayed longer. The rain poured on one day, but Uber Eats had us covered.

Nicole (10/5): Wow, unbeschreiblicher Ausblick - Absolut empfehlenswert! Die Lage wirkt im ersten Moment ruhig und beschaulich. Das weiß man zu schätzen, wenn man sich mal nach Surfers Paradies verirrt hat. Ich hatte ein Apartment im 22 Stock. Der Ausblick ist einfach überwältigend! Ich konnte stundenlang auf dem Balkon sitzen und aufs Meer schauen. Ausrichtung des großen Balkons ist nach Osten. Perfekter Sonnenaufgang. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, es gibt eine Frenchpress, Töpfe, Pfannen, Toaster und Co. Ein Geschirrspüler und das entsprechende Reinigungsmittel ist vorhanden. Den Müll muss man selbst rausbringen Das Bad ist sehr groß, jedoch ziemlich warm, da auf der Westseite. Die Dusche ist sehr groß und es gibt 2 Waschbecken. Der Fön hat richtig Power. Im 2ten Bad findet man die Waschmaschine und den Trockner. Das Bad und 2te Schlafzimmer darf nur benutzt werden, wenn man es bezahlt. Ich hatte ein Einbett-Apartment gebucht. Das Bett war sehr bequem, wie man es von Boxspringbetten kennt. Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer haben Klimaanlagen. Leider wird bis Anfang März an der Straßenbahnstrecke gebaut. Die Haltestellen sind gesperrt und der Bus fährt nur vereinzelte an. Das heißt vom Flughafen zum Hotel muss man 15 Minuten laufen. Auf dem Rückweg steigt man fußläufig in 2 Minuten Nähe ein, muss dann aber umsteigen. Was für mich kein Problem war, sollte man nur wissen. Generell wird überall im Ort gebaut. Für mich problematisch war, dass Nachts gebaut wurde. Das Schlafzimmer geht zur Straße raus und die komplette Fahrbahn wurde aufgefräst und neu geteert. Bei einfachverglasten Fenster helfen auch die Ohropax nicht. Das ist jedoch kein Thema des Hotels. Nach der Bauzeit gibt's direkt vor der Tür eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle.

Edward (9/5): Rainy day visit. Mt Tamborine visit - Comfy beds and well outfitted. Nice views. AC worked well. Kitchen well outfitted with dishes and pans The WiFi was out for 2 days. After 2 days they offered to let us use an adjacent apartment’s WiFi. Why didn’t they offer that on the first day? I asked for a small credit since we had to pay roaming on our phones to get internet access and they refused to credit us. Our son couldn’t do his online classes without internet. I think a small $15-20 credit per day would have been fair. The other thing is we arrived at night and the apartment had no AC on upon arrival and it was very warm in the condo and took a good while to cool down it was a 96 deg F day. So very warm. I would suggest they turn on Ac even if on low before arrival so it’s not heat soaked. Also they only give a towel per person and I think a few extra towels would be nice. We also needed paper towels in the kitchen, a bottle of oil for the skillet would help in preventing sticking of food cooking, and salt and pepper and a few basic spices in the cabinet would help out for travelers. Overall this is a very nice place. I would recommend it. We only had these few minor issues. The WiFi was a pain since our kids had online classes and had to wait 2 days to do some of their classes since it’s hard to do with a phone.

Right across the road from the beach and conveniently located in between Burleigh heads and the North Burleigh surf club. Views from balcony were amazing! Room was very spacious and clean. Fantastic outdoor pool and bbq area. If I was going to be really picky, I would say the apartment was a bit dated (for example, the outdoor furniture was quite old and had torn cushions). But certainly nothing to make your stay uncomfortable!

We arrived after 4pm and signs for the lockbox weren’t very clear had to ring after hours to find key lockbox.
Michelle (10/5): At the quiet end of Burleigh - lovely apartment- great living area size - beautiful 180 degree views of the beach and lo - Lovely decor with good size rooms, great quality appliances and furnishings, looks like a recent renovation. Plenty of off street visitor parking. Location was in the middle of the two Burleigh surf clubs but there were flags set up on the beach right across the road. Had the best of both worlds - beach never overcrowded and a leisurely 10-15 minute walk to and from dinner spots helped to walk off the Christmas calories. Small matter for us - the third bedroom overlooking the beach had lovely view but was the only room not air conditioned - that being said the sea breezes were cool and our family members had no issues sleeping with sliding doors open - provided breezes and sound of surf without road or neighbourhood noise. Would still stay again.

Anything below 10 floors may be a bit restricted by the Norfolk pines. Would highly recommend if your wanting a great view. Pool and facilities were very clean and inviting. We will be returning next year. Furniture and cabinetry were a bit worn, had an issue with the tv not working sometimes but that was probably operator error ?

Great views out to ocean. Nice pool area. Good parking. Unfortunately the road works that look to be very long lasting were terrible and started 9pm at night and went all night extremely loud and very difficult/ impossible to sleep through. Not knowing this prior to arrival was very disappointing. If there were no road works nightly (except Fri and Sat) the apartment would be dated but excellent for what we wanted.

Each room had a balcony which offered 360degree views. You could watch the sunrise from the living room balcony and sunset from the bedrooms! The location was also perfect! Everything you need was within waking distance and the beach is right outside the door! It doesn’t get any better than this! If you are staying in Burleigh Head, this is the place to stay!!! I was traveling with my family of 5 and we needed 3 bedrooms. Everyone in my group was very happy with their individual spaces. Libby was also very friendly and informative. Thank you so much for our amazing stay!!! I hope to be back one day!!

John (10/5): A sensational apartment in a stunning location. - The apartment (number 45) was on the 22nd floor looking out over the ocean, along the coast towards Surfers' Paradise and for miles inland to the mountains. All stunning views, especially of the sun rising. The lift was very quick. The apartments was huge and had a great balcony. Although, we didn't use the kitchen, it has all of the facilities that you would need. The TV provided a wide range of channels, and the air conditioning worked well - in our case to provide additional heat as our visit was in the winter. The bathrooms had excellent showers and the beds were the most comfortable we had ever slept in. Libby the manager was super-helpful on our arrival and throughout, and organised an early check in as we arrived in Brisbane from the UK in the early morning. The complex has a games room and a nice outdoor pool that was heated. Parking was provided in the underground car park which like all others requires some careful parking skills. Burleigh itself is a beautiful and fantastic place, and more reflective of Australian life than Surfers' Paradise. Lots of great places to eat and drink - we especially enjoyed the Big Burleigh Brekky at the Surf Club which was a 10-minute stroll - although some places closed quite early in the evening as it was off-season. The rain forest national park at the southern end of Burleigh is well-worth a walk round. Just an amazing stay, and we were sorry to move on. Leaving!!
HELEN (9/5): Beautifully decorated light filled apartment in convenient location. - Lovely big light filled apartment in convenient location, only a short walk to beach and to shopping centre. Immaculately clean. Beautifully decorated. Comfy beds. We stayed in July and found the main living area a little on the cool side. Air con in bedrooms but not in main living area. The provision of a heater or a couple of throw rugs would have helped.

Location was perfect to be able to walk to all shops and amenities. Also some good leisure walks close by. The heated pool and spa were superb. Nothing comes to mind.
