It looks like to be lost in a jungle. The services prices are oversized. Everything in this hotel (spa, transfers, food) was so expensive. The swimming pool was freezing inside.

• Cintia (10/5): Simply Amazing! - Maison Dalabua in Luang Prabang truly surprised me because the photos do not do it justice at all. The hotel is much bigger and more beautiful than I expected, with several stunning ponds throughout the property and an absolutely gorgeous swimming pool. The restaurant is excellent — the food was outstanding and we ate incredibly well during our stay. The rooms and bathrooms are also magnificent: spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. But the absolute best part of this hotel is the staff. Every single person was incredibly kind, welcoming, and friendly, and they made us feel at home from the very beginning. A special thank you to Ken, who was exceptionally thoughtful — he showed us around the hotel when we arrived and even came to say goodbye to us on our last day. That level of care and hospitality really meant a lot to us. I highly recommend this hotel and I can honestly say you will not regret staying here.

Service is impeccable, with much attention to small detail. Ken, the Manager was very kind and accomodating, and ready to help. Room size is adequate. Clean and Immaculate rooms. Aircon is cold. Wifi works. Pool lounge is nice, pool is a bit small but sufficient. Spa service is so-so. Manda, hotel resto is in the midst of a pond filled with lilies, flowers, very picturesque. Perfect for a date night, and food is great too. one of the better places showcasing traditional Lao cuisine. Should not miss this place! NA

Uit het centrum en toch op wandelafstand van alles. Een ontbijt om u tegen te zeggen. Voldoende zetels aan het zwembad. Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel. Niks, alles was hier heerlijk.

We experienced a small issue with hot water during our stay, but the staff handled it promptly and professionally, making sure the problem was resolved quickly.

The staff were all very nice and friendly. Breakfast was amazing. The rooms lack natural light, but there are plenty of outdoor spaces to use and we didn’t spent too much time in the room anyway.

Would recommend anyone who loves - I loved the ambiance, the well kept grounds and rooms, the restaurant . Pour les nageurs, la piscine est agréable et dois faire 20 m Même si nous avons été surclassés car la chambre deluxe donnait sur un mur (chambre 113) la nouvelle chambre était quelconque avec peu de mobiliers pour ranger ses affaires. Nous étions au RDC et nous entendions tout des voisins à l’étage. Malgré tout avons passé un très bon séjour à Luang Prabang.

From the moment we walked in we were welcomed with warmth and kindness (we came in very late, dirty and muddy from our hiking trip). We were the last guests in the restaurant and the staff again only welcomed us with warmth and friendliness. Room is spacious and clean, breakfast excellent. Le rapport qualité prix est incroyable, bien au dessus des autres établissements qu’on a pu faire au Laos. Difficile de trouver qqn chose à redire car tout était parfait. Si vraiment on devait chipoter : la piscine était un peu froide mais c’est tout à fait normal vu le début de la saison sèche et le climat actuel, les vélos prêtés n’étaient pas très safe car les freins ne fonctionnaient pas très bien.

The pool area - the pool was quite small and not really designed for swimming, and the area was quite sheltered from the sun. At best, one might have to move seat every hour or so.
• Paul (10/5): This is a fantastic hotel and we had a wonderful few days. It is a lovely , clean hotel in the most central location p - Great rooms , restaurant, and gardens. Good location and great staff.
• Kanokwan (9/5): - Eberything especially Breakfast, and hotel staffs ... Nothing
• Waka (8/5): - The garden is beautiful. The breakfast was very nice. Sometimes the shower water would not get hot.

• Annika (10/5): I stayed at 3 different properties in Lurang Prubang. Maison Dalabua was the 4th and my favorite. - Extraordinarily beautiful grounds, extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Comfy bed.
• Marine (10/5): - Un petit bijou dans un écrin de verdure et de calme au centre de Luang Prabang. Les chambres sont de belles tailles, très bien aménagées, avec des grands lits très confortables et de splendides douches à l'italienne. Très très propre. Personnel accueillant et souriant. Le petit-déjeuner est magnifique. Nous avons aussi tester le spa (excellent) et le restaurant le Manda de Laos (très bon). Rien, tout était absolument parfait.
• YEW HEAN (10/5): We will be returning ! - The lotus ponds and lush garden and the friendly smile and staff service. Some blankets for the feet would be nice when the weather gets cooler outside having breakfast or dinner in the restaurant.
