• Guest (5/5): Superb location, value for money - It helped to know the local language, then the staff was accomodating and helpful. The rooms are old and run down, there is no wifi, they play live music at night which is very close to the rooms

• Doreen (6/5): Pleasant - Air conditioning and good size room with a balcony. The bathroom looked moldy. It needs renovations. Monsoons have taken its toll on the building inside and outside. For the price, I was expecting better. TV didn't work and no internet.

• Michelle (2/5): Disappointed. I stayed only for one night. - Nothing, except the staff who helped us with whatever was possible Rooms are bad, mosquitoes were all over the place. They definitely need a lot of work. Cupboards were full of dust. The bathroom was dark and cupboards were falling apart.

The cottages are not clean and painted. Local do toilet at sorounding. Inside premises should be cleaned daily. Lack of care. Food is too costing. • Raghuvir (8/5): Good one..... - There was no complimentary breakfast in the tarrif. We had to spend for the same on our own self. This appears not correct in the present scenario. While most of the hotels have complimentary breakfast.
• Durdundeshwar (1/5): Totally bad - Did not like any thing Premises is dirty. No cleanliness maintained. All garbage thrown besides the liquor shop. Food is not good.

• Rajasekharan (7/5): Lovely Stay with great location - The location The washroom/Toilet: Definitely needs a revamp...if the toilet is revamped then this property can become great and cannot be matched by even any expensive or good property around considering the location and cost effectiveness.

Hospitality of the staff.. feels like government staff.handling property. They have nothing to do with customers.. no service unless you ask.

• Katherine (5/5): Cheap but grubby - The position was great, the restaurant had nice service with open kitchen. They did offer twin beds that we needed. It was very cheap. Appreciated the hanging rack. The kettle and tv did work. On arrival reception could not fully explain why a message came through on Booking.com asking for prepayment via bank transfer. Attempts to contact the hotel via messages or phone did not get through- maybe it’s the wrong number in the site? Anyway we paid and it is obvious that management stay in their cool office while ordering staff around. The room was grubby. Gaps in windows meant we had to plug holes at night to keep mosquitoes out, although the bathroom louvre windows were just an open invitation. Shower could do with written instructions. Like previous reviews, used food trays were left outside rooms for days.

• Shreya (1/5): Bad - Horrible condition of room, very impolite staff, the rooms were smelly, walls were damp, the rooms smelled of damp and fungus, terribly dirty floors, Nothing to like about the property. We fled from it otherwise we would have fallen ill

Just to wish.. the place is very very dirty and ac working condition is pathetic. Location is really awesome..but not value for money at all

The lights so white like an hospital. No WiFi, no breakfast included. Not worth it.skip it. I think it's a gubernamental property, very bad maintenance, almost an horror movie.
• Arun (9/5): Superb - Spacious rooms. Clean and tidy bed, Linen etc. Nice outside view You do not provide Sampoo. No intercom. Also room service payment have to be made for every single order. No tea/coffee, Sugar milk sacthe create inconvenience to those who get up early and find it difficult to get tea coffee from room service.

Dirty smelly bathroom, room floor and walls 4. Dusty balcony with insects 5. Non-functional air-condition with broken compressor (even after changing the room ) 6. Absolutely no pest control - you can spot all sorts of insects including ants and roaches 7. You can not sleep before 10:30 PM even if you want - the live music at foodland restaurant will not let you sleep and they do not care also

• Lara (8/5): Comfortable and great location - The staff were very accommodating and polite. The room had a large TV, comfortable bed and great water pressure in the shower. The variety of shops in the complex make it easy to buy anything required. The location of the property is fantastic. Its right next to the beach and its also easy to get public transport (which stops right outside the gate)

• Raghava (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely location. Right on the beach. Had a minor issue convincing the reception that I have already prepaid room rent before reaching the hotel. But they were very cooperative and gave room well within the scheduled checkin time.

• Naxi (7/5): Great location. Sprawling complex. - The green environs, plenty of privacy, great location, good food. Poor overall maintenance. The AC was leaking condensation through the false roof in the bathroom.
