Sim (6/5): Decent - Clean, spacious, decent, provided 1.5 litre of water every day Housekeeping came in before 9am as I was still trying to sleep. I said no to them coming in and they took that as no house keeping at all that day. Other days I have left my hotel room later (would usually leave around 10-11am) but they came in before 9am. The restaurants didn’t really have vegetarian options but when I enquired about some of them the wisher took a long time to ask the chef (meanwhile I was trying to rush to have dinner for a wedding to go to) an then were the chef came to explain what’s inside the dishes, he wasn’t able to explain so I couldn’t eat there. Then I was recommended a Malaysia restaurant over the road by staff but when I went it was closed.

Lee (8/5): Free transport, jump scared - It is a decent hotel. The room is big and the window view is soothing. We had 2 queen beds, and a bathtub. The room is clean. The hotel sent us to airport with their transport for free. We paid $10/car for to and fro hotel and jerudong theme park, the journey is 5 mins. The distance from airport is quite far, by taxi 25 mins. It was not mentioned in the booking.com or any email from hotel about free transport to and from by hotel. We didn't know, we spent B$25 to reach there. Breakfast ( not much variety) were included. We were allocated to a room at level 3 near swimming pool, we checked in around 1230am, When we tap into the room, within 5 secs the TV suddenly turned on by itself, showed a long hair woman crying, the sound and the screen cause jump scared for the 3 of us. There were many mirrors in the room. When requested for towel, 2 male staff came together (giving an impression that they accompanied each other?) to deliver one towel to us. Though nothing really happened visibly, we felt hmm.... hmm...(You get it?)

Jonathan (8/5): Good for a stopover, but far from downtown - Breakfast was pleasant, they had a set menu which was tasty. The server was kind and friendly to our children. It was somewhat limited in terms of self-serve options but there was toast, a few sweets, cereal etc. It was quite a distance from downtown, I think we didn't realize how far it actually was, so for a short stopover, it meant spending more time in transit. It's a quiet location, the hotel is somewhat dated, the beds could have been comfier.

It was a mistake to visit this country as the locals not used to see Foreigners travellers! The hotel was empty and the reception staff the youngest girl lack professionalism The security guard lack the courtesy and the friendly way of communication, I was standing nearby the hotel entrance looking for taxi application ubur which is not working here I was nervous and frustrating, suddenly this guard asking me abruptly what do you want repeating two times!! Not even saying Hi to me as I am a hotel guest The location far away from the city centre, you should have a car

Marvin (3/5): Definitiv nicht empfehlenswert. - Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Wir sind viel unterwegs, in vielen Hotels und keinesfalls Nörgler aber hier hat nichts gepasst, bis auf das Personal. Im Zimmer hatten wir überall schwarze Haare, selbst nach der Reinigung in den Folgetagen waren diese noch da. Der Pool ist komplett heruntergekommen und die Poolbar gibt es schon seit Jahren nicht mehr. Zudem gibt es keine einzige Liege. Der Kinderpool liegt total im Schatten bzw ist obendrüber zugebaut. Das Frühstück hat nicht wirklich viel Auswahl. Lediglich die frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen waren gut.

Harziana (3/5): - I was asked to make a deposit of $20.00 upon arrival on the 20th December 2025. Unfortunately, the front desk did not issue ANY deposit receipt to me. When I checked out at 1.45 pm on 21st December 2025, he claimed that I did not make any deposit and insisted further that I make another payment of $10 for the late check out. I explained that I had a deposit of $20 the previous day but he still insisted that I never did so. I specifically remembered that I gave one $50 note, one $20 note, seven $1 note and 60 cents which amounted to $77.60 being $57.60 payment for the one-night stay and $20 deposit which he said will be given back once I checked out. He further insisted that I did not make any deposit and still asked for the $10 late check out payment. I asked him to text the man from the previous day who attended to me. He claimed that he already texted the man and that the man also said that he did not receive any deposit from any customer. No deposit receipt was ever issued which I found rather odd as I usually was given one everytime I went to other hotels. When I insisted on making the deposit, he reluctantly agreed and gave me back the extra $10. He looked dissatisfied with my insistance but had to give in to avoid further commotion as some of my other relatives happened to pass by and asked what happened. I'm rather dissapointed with the service there today as this was not my first time staying there, I have been going there several times already and never encountered this kind of incident all this while. The same thing happened with my niece who was staying there also. She made a booking through booking.com and made full payment of $300 through online payment. However, when she came in on 20th December, the front desk claimed that there was no payment being made through booking.com and she was required to pay full payment by CASH. Left with no choice, she had to make a 2nd payment by cash at the counter. I have been using booking.
