• Balázs (9/5): - Kedves személyzet. Szép, hangulatos szállás. A wellness miatt választottuk ezt a szállást, ami nem működött és ez ott derült ki, nem volt előzetesen tájékoztató.
• Szabó (7/5): Részben megfelelő - Szép környék. Sajnos a welness részleget bizonyos létszám alatt nem üzemelik be, de erről nem kaptunk előre tájékoztatást, így egyik nap sem tudtuk használni, pedig a szállás kiválasztásánál fontos szempont volt.

• Nóra (7/5): All in all it was a great stay but they should focus more on the mentioned issues. - Location is perfect. Small and peacefull. Hanger for wet ski eqipment is very usefull. Room arangement is good, lots of storage. Stain on the bedsheet, rust ond the drain in the kitchen, dogfur behind the couch. Couldn’t use wellness availability.

Apartmán útulný,čistý a pohodlná manželská posteľ a čo bolo pre mňa zásadne aj príjemne teplý. Objednali sme si aj raňajky pani ustretová hneď sa ma opýtala či si dám kávu. Świetna lokalizacja. kilka kroków i jest się na stoku. Poza tym niedaleko znajduje się centrum ze sklepami i restauracjami. Można tam dotrzeć spacerkiem. Bardzo polecam. Nie byl to mój pierwszy pobyt w Gardeni i na pewno wrócę na kolejny wypoczynek,

• Jiří (10/5): děkujeme za krásné zážitky a poskytnutý pobyt - Penzion je umístěn v krásném a voňavém prostředí přírody, kam oko dohlédne působí pohoda. Ubytování působí pohodou, bohatá různorodá snídaně rozšiřuje pocit blaha na duši :), posíleni a v pohodě odcházíme za svými cíli. Personál příjemný, pokoj poskytuje vše co člověk potřebuje k odpočinku a relaxu. Nevymysleli jsme nic co by mohlo hanit náš pobyt

• Adipur (8/5): Very good - Close to the ski resort, full apartment with all need equipments, has ski room with boot drier. Big rooms and living room area. There is a doorbell next to the entrance and that is too loud, one night somebody (maybe forget the key or sthg) and push the doorbell many times at midnight when everybody was sleeping. The room in the bedroom is really hard and uncomfy.

• Máté (8/5): Nice and tidy rooms but not a ski in/ski out apartment. - Nice and tidy room, good heating, furnitures were in good shape, bid 55inch smart TV. They have a heated and locked changing room where you can keep your ski gears. Usually there was no staff in sight around, which can be good for some who like more private places, but you can reach them with a bell at the reception. We saw stated about the apartment that it is a ski in/ski out apartment, however that is not true. You have to walk 10 minutes to the beginner slopes and 20 minutes to the red slopes. Wellness part is an extra 15eur per person for a limited 2 hours.

• Richárd (10/5): Holiday realm gem hidden in a valley - Well the hotel located in a cul de sac just a short stroll away from the ski slopes and 5-10 min from main restaurants. Design i think it's nice and modern and has an ample balcony too. Rooms are close to each other yet private . We had concern about having a family with child next door but we haven't heard not even a whisper. So it was brilliant Well I didn't like the fact we just had a quick short break 😅🤣

The apartment was easy to access, the room was good size, with a well equipped kitchen. The bed could have bean a bit more comfortable. We where not able to use the spa.

• Scott (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were very clean and the location nice and quiet. The playground was covered in snow and our daughter loved it! The playground even without snow would be amazing. I would definitely come back here again.

• Gabi (1/5): Bad - Absolutely nothing. The best thing here was simply checking out from this place. We ordered this place after seeing the high review and comments on booking, however we were highly disappointed. First of all, this place has 0 value for money, do yourself a favour and find a better place (there are plenty around). The rudest staff we have ever seen, we are traveling with 3.5 years old and 10 months old. They put us on the third floor with no elevator. They did not even suggested helping with the bags while we climbed with two children. The room was disgusting and there is no A/C and even no fan/ventilation. When we asked the reception to help us with ventilation they simply told us to drive 40 minutes to banska bystrica and to buy ourself (even though it was 30 degrees and we are with two infants). Also, although the hotel was empty they did not accept to give us the room on hour earlier (even though they saw we are sitting in front of the hotel and telling them we are with two infants in the heat outside. The shower was broken, and the sheets were stained.
