- RoadT448 (10/5): Myrtle Beach Fun - This is not a hotel but owner apartments so you make your reservations with the owner of whatever apartment you choose. We reserved an apartment 1015 on the tenth floor and it was facing the ocean. The apartment was nautical themed and had two bedrooms, two bathrooms. The owners provided everything you could think of to make your stay comfortable. We loved the place and would recommend staying there. The apartment had a patio facing the ocean.

There was nobody managing the pool and hot tub to ensure everyone was following rules.

We loved being able to communicate with our Host, Joe Brickler, when we had any questions or concerns during our stay here! He was wonderful to deal with and that was great! The Condo did need some updating but was very comfortable!

Didn’t tell us we would have to check in at a different location than where we were staying. Needs more things in the kitchen to be able to cook.

The parking situation, address was different than the room..took 2hrs to get the correct building checking in to find the location has no clean towels or washcloths had to purchase towels and wash clothes because they said they do not do room service it was late so No one got to shower until the next morning. But other than that it was okay.

- Jeampiero (1/5): Wouldn’t stay again nor recommend this place for the money spent pictures are too pretty for what it is don’t be fooled - The pools was the only thing we liked about this location The apartment was given to us dirty,we found a dirty diaper in one of the drawers there was trash behind the beds the refrigerator was very ugly spots of rust on them the pictures is not what you will walk in too the bathrooms had mold on ceiling the shower curtain very dirty the master bedroom bed was extremely uncomfortable we had to look high and low and change the batteries for the tv remote I messaged the host with no responce the elevators were always wet no wet sign people that worked there were always seating down witnessed a lady in a walker almost fall with so much water in the elevator

We came back off the beach one afternoon to a giant trash bag thrown in the floor with towels. The room was DIRTY. stuff was RUDE. It is an HOA in a retirement community be warned. Room was NOTHING like pictures.

- Alysa (2/5): - The oceanfront location The condo was filthy and all the cabinets and furniture were falling apart. Dishes and silverware were dirty, terrible bedding, no toiletries and one of the toilets wasn't secured to the floor.

Says it has washer in apartment. It does not it’s in the building and you have to pay four dollars to wash and dry a load! Overall an ok place but needs a lot of upgrading and cleaning! I also ask if the couch made a bed to which I was told yes. It doesn’t. We had a family of 6. I had to go buy an air mattress.

Carpet needs replacing, commodes as a low as the floor, Curtains on sliding glass doors are torn look like they are dry rotted, microwave completely rusty inside. Bedroom had a computer monitor for the tv!! Cabinets and closet door falling apart!! IT IS A HOT MESS!!!! The Unit 612 A HOT MESS! Cable went out. No TV Service for 1.5 days!!
Check-in STARTS at 4:00. We learned after 3 hr driven. That means ANYTIME……. AFTER 4:00pm can be as late as it takes for room to be ready! But you better be OUT THE DOOR at Checkout!!!!
- Tina (10/5): All in all great time and would recommend - Location. Stayed in several condos here before and have really enjoyed it. Love the indoor oil area and hot tub. Just wish some of the condos would provide cleaning products so you could clean before and after arriving. Instead of having to go and purchase them.
- TMC0924 (8/5): Be sure to ask if your room is Ocean Front or Ocean View - it makes a difference. - I booked this resort based on a visit with a friend who rented a unit for a month back in March. Every room in her building faced the ocean directly (beach front). I loved it so much that I immediately checked to see if the resort was available through RCI (my timeshare). It was, so I booked our week. I wasn't aware that there is a Phase I and Phase II for this resort. Phase II is what sits on the beach, so Ocean Front. The unit we were assigned to was considered Ocean View (it sat sideways on the property so it was only Ocean View). We did have a small view, but not what I was expecting. However, as I was somewhat disappointed in the lack of the Ocean Front view, there were some plusses in being in that unit. We had our own private pool and hot tub and there was less activity over in our unit as far as people coming and going. The other downside is that there was construction being done on the side of the building where we stayed so there was noise from about 8am - 6pm. It wasn't an issue during the day as we were out doing things, but it would have been nice to be able to sleep in while on vacation. Also, you couldn't really enjoy coffee on the balcony with all the noise.
The unit itself was fine, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a galley kitchen, small dining area and small living room. I think it was stated that it could sleep 6 adults (King sized bed, bunk bed, and a love seat that pulled out) but you'd be tight for space with 6 people in there. It was perfectly fine for 2.

Called to have them rectify their mistake on her behalf and was met with Tyrone, who was rude, entitled and clearly has ZERO customer service training. Don't. Timeshare. Here.

We go as a Timeshare owner, and the rooms are always clean and well kept. Great location between Broadway at the beach and Barefoot landing and all the restaruants.

- Shirley (3/5): Sorry to say but I would not recommend this unit to anyone until and unless it is thoroughly cleaned and clear of the mo - The view was fantastic! The bed’s comfortable and the living area was great. No decent furniture on balcony. Was not as clean as expected. The kitchen was pure tee nasty with mold and mildew on cabinet shelves and layer of thick mold directly underneath the upturned glasses that you would be drinking from. Could not use any kitchen dishes nor cooking utensils. Plenty of forks and knives but only two teaspoons in kitchen. I feel the kitchen should be supplied with necessities for at least four guests. Pans were nasty and tarnished or moldy. Really could not tell which. In cabinet where trash can was stored was not completely constructed and had a loose power supply in it as well as mold and mildew. The staff had nothing else to offer us when called about problems.

- Whitney (1/5): Absolutely terrible - The location When we arrived at check in we were told our room was not ready and were unsure when it would be ready. I explained to them we just traveled 8hours away with two toddlers that was exhausted from being in the car so long if they could please give me a time frame. I was told that housekeeping hasn’t made it to our room yet, so they were unsure how long it would be it could be a while because they were short staffed. I was sent between 2 different buildings 4 times. I assume they were tired of me going back and forth, and said my room was ready. I already expected the worse, if a room was cleaned so quickly. We get to our room, and it was FILTHY. Even had the guest prior clothing still in the room, dirty beds were remade. The beds were covered in someone else’s hair all over it, stains, and URINE. The pull out couch was completely covered in urine and it had of been there for a while. As soon as you pulled it out the smell was horrible! Everything was dirty, toe nail clipping on the floor, shower was nasty, the microwave was the worst of it all. Completely covered in mold, and broken on top of it. I called the front desk immediately and they said they were calling house keeping up. Which took hours, when she arrived she was super rude “wiped off” a sink and picked hairs off of one bed and told me they bring clean linen the following day. She continuously went back and fourth about when you can request linen and I asked her if she was refusing us clean linen, when they have someone else’s urine on them. She looked at the microwave and told me the mold in there was just “rust” as she wiped it to show me, yet it wiped right off on her rag. She called maintenance to bring us a new microwave, and said she would bring us new linen. She never came back. Maintenance how ever did, and did bring us a new microwave and he was absolutely great!

One thing about staying at this property is most units are privately owned, the main resort does still help support them but sometimes you have to travel up to the other resort for things that you may need.

- Miller (8/5): Very good - The room and was spacious and clean. It was quiet and relaxing. Definitely will stay again. We did not have a do not disturb sign for door. If extra linens were needed. We had to go and get them ourselves. Once we knew where to get them. It was no problem at all. We just were not informed of limited house keeping.

The adult party raging at all times. Adults in every corner of every pool area making out amongst other things. And a trashed hotel in the morning.

- johnhsc (2/5): Only stay here if you want the neighbors sewage falling on you in the bathroom - Worst experience I've had ever! When I arrived to check in no one was there so I called the after hours number provided and they told me they didn't know who I was. I told them I had my confirmation number ready, and they told me that wouldn't help so it took them another few minutes and finally they discovered that someone had already checked me in even though I hadn't arrived yet. They had me in a two bedroom two bath apartment style. It was cramped, the hallways are small, the beds are terribly uncomfortable, there was a weird sulfur smell throughout the entire place and you can hear your neighbors breathing not to mention every conversation they have word for word. I was told that I was going to be beachfront, but the living room was overlooking the pool (with loud children) and you could see a little bit of the beach out of the corner, and the bedroom overlooked the interior hallway where I could hear people coming and going all night... again, EVERY conversation. Also, in this particular location there are not very many people and not a lot going on. They have a restaurant attached to the building, but it was closed so I went to this pizzeria that was attached to my building. The paper thin pizza tastes like cardboard and the toppings were stale. I ended up throwing the majority of my pizza out. Earlier That day I almost blew my tires and messed up my car from running over Large rocks they had placed in the middle of the road that at one point was holding up by sign like it is in the picture below, but when I hit the rocks there was no sign anywhere in the Vicinity, somebody had just forgotten to move them so my car did… I had to move them out of the middle of the road so that someone else didn't mess up theirs. Someone was stomping around upstairs for the better portion of a night, and just when I was getting ready for bed my bathroom ceiling caved in and started flooding my bathroom. I called the emergency night line and Bill told me the general manager would be in touch and they would send someone from maintenance. They never sent anyone to my apartment and I never received a call. This all began at 8:30 PM so it wasn't incredibly late for the middle of the night, it was early evening. When I called back an hour and a half later, Bill told me the general manager had texted him And told him that they had been by the condo and fixed the problem. I had originally told him I was going out but I never did I was there the whole time and no one ever knocked or checked on me all while the leak was going from bad to worse. I asked Bill if they could move me to a different apartment or room and he said no, that was something the gentleman manager would have to take care of. I begged him to have the general manager call me But again I waited another hour and never received a call or a visit. I chose not to stay there any longer, and I'm assuming this will not be handled or dealt with, but I came home and ended my vacation I will absolutely NEVER go back And I would recommend anybody who wants to have a decent vacation DO NOT GO THERE!!!

- Excursion57677487911 (10/5): The view, the resort and the sun. - Very few places offer a view like Sands Beach Club. The sandy beach is right outside your door and every day was sunny and pleasant.

Then after the door was fixed the key wouldn’t work again and I had to walk all the way to ocean Annie’s to get help to get my card to work again.

- Susan (5/5): How about some effort - Great location and view from the room was fantastic. The suite needs a lot of updating. Old furniture, carpeting, fixtures and more. Such a shame the owner put minimal effort and money into this rental. It could be so cute! It was nothing like the photos shown on Booking.com. The door handle was hanging off the sliding glass door. The place needed a good cleaning. It was only one night so we made it work.
- Dana (1/5): Unbelievable not in a good way!! - Worst customer service i have ever experienced. Not just the hotel but also Booking.com!! When i arrived to the hotel to check in i was told they do not have the oceanfront room i booked. They can put in another room for the night than move us to oceanfront in the morning. While this was all going another women was complaining about roaches on her room. Another gentleman that also booked with booking.com was told they have no room for him Booking.com over booked the hotel. Also at this time there is a restaurant/bar attached to the hotel. I watched People in the lobby fighting, walking around with blunts,stumbling drunk. I had 3 14 year old girls with me. We did not feel safe. We went to find another hotel for that night to find out Booking.com has over booked the entire strip!!! So we had to go back. I have to say the room was pretty nice. Not the cleanest but we weren't completely unhappy for the night. I was told they would definitely have a oceanfront the next day. I went down to the desk the next morning. They told me our room will be ready at 2. We decided to get the car packed because we were told we would be in the building down the rd where we originally wanted to be. Went to lunch and came back. Go to the desk and now they only have one oceanfront avaliable in the building we were currently in. We go the this room and it only sleep 4 when I needed 5. I go back down to tell them this will not work. They told me we can use the sleeper sofa. No not when I booked beds for 5 people!!! So my only other option at this Point is to go back to the room we just left. We unpack the car again go back to the first room to try to start our short vacation. But it got worse the next morning we wake a dripping sound to find water dripping out of the light/ ceiling over the bath tub and water all over our floor into the hallway!!! That same night we had no water because of a hotel emergency
- Revmeade69 (10/5): Winter Vacation - Great place for vacation. Ocean view and beach area was excellent. The desk clerk and staff were great. Condo was clean and comfortable. Everything was in place from the kitchen to the bathrooms . Beds were comfortable and the setting was perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better place to relax and enjoy. Certainly hope to come back soon.

Seem like it wasn’t vacuumed properly or the bedding wasn’t changed properly. Also there was no covers for the sofa bed and it had stains on it.

- Jackie (4/5): Disappointing - Property was clean,parking lot was spacious as well It was a comfortable area however staff were not helpful, we did not receive a parking pass and according to staff because of the rooms we were staying it was privately owned so they could not give us a pass even when we showed our reservations. Joseph was very nice and helpful as much as he could be.
We did not get daily housekeeping, there was a washer and dryer near by, but the dryer ate our quarters ($2) so we were left with wet clothes
Would’ve been nice to know we would not get housekeeping to prepare. 6/10

- Terri (10/5): Very nice condo. - The location is perfect, and the cost is affordable. Staff was friendly and helpful. They left us clean towels and emptied our trash in the condo, which is basically all we wanted during the week. We liked being able to walk out onto the beach from our condo and not having to lug chairs a long distance. Our condo was clean. They have lots of amenities here, a pool, tennis courts, and a restaurant. The beds. Hard as Fred Flintstone's rock bed. I had to use every pillow we had to make myself a padding to sleep on because I could not sleep on a hard bed.
I wish we had a screen door on our balcony so we could leave the door ajar and not worry about bugs at night. But understand the issues with screen doors at the beach. They blow off during bad weather, so next year we may bring a net so we can open our balcony door at night because the sound of the waves is amazing from any floor you are on in this establishment. We have been on the 11th floor and the 6th floor, and it's pretty good.

Excellent service we experience with the maintenance Manger when we arrived late and needed assistance of an unexpected situation. All turned out much better than needed. Great service when you need to call for service after hours. Best part of Myrtle Beach area also.
