• Verified traveler (10/5): - In den Apartment war alles dabei außer TV, nur 1 Programm, aber gutes Internet. Das Zimmer groß genug für 1 oder 2 Personen, die Küche. Tram Linie 44 in der Nähe bringt euch zur S bahn 45 und zur Schottentor, Zentrum. Die Lebensmittel Geschäften sind nicht so weit von der Wohnung.

• mark (6/5): Enough for 2 person but... - The shower was dirty,had to clean up.You get 2 towels would say medium size and 1 small size towel for hands.2 small bottles of shower gel enough for 1 bath and 2 small pieces of soap.I recomend cleaning all the glases and dishes whatever you want to use.I did the mistake to not wash the glass and got herpes next day.The bed was nice big but very unconfortable.The matress was 1 of the worst i seen.The location is really good,you can find almoust everything close ( Bila,Lidl,many shops including shoping centers).
• MASA (4/5): 開かない鍵、燃えるドライヤー - 場所が中央部でないのでどの路面電車でどこで降りれば良いか分からず調べるのに一苦労。場所も夜だったのでなかなか見つかりませんでした。 因みに路面電車44番でFamilienplatzで下車すぐ。U2（ロックグループではありません）でUniversitat駅で降り、上に上がった地上に乗り場があります。始発駅でUターンしているので一方向しかありません。 アパートメントの住所表示板は上の方に有り薄汚く見つけずらいです。 夜の十時に着きました。表の玄関ドアは来ていたメールに電話するとあっという間に開きました。ただ中は真っ暗。ボタンを押すと明かりが全館、1分間程点灯します。 部屋玄関のキーボックスからメールの暗証番号を回して鍵を取り出し開けようとしましたがどうしても開きません。1分ごとに電気は消え、時間ばかりが経ちます。 そこで意を決っして国際電話になるなと思いながらスマホでヘルプに電話しました。そしたら私の名前を聞かれ言ったら聞き取れないからアルファベットを一文字ずつ言えと言われ時間が かかるので嫌でしたが 仕方ないので言いました。　 そしてすったもんだの末、技術者を寄越してくれる事になりました。 待つ事、約一時間で漸く到着。技術者でもやっぱり開きません。 そこでその人の持ってきたスペアキーでやるとすんなり開けられました。 その技術者は室内にあった食事用ナイフを持ってきて鍵をいじり、直しながら誰かが鍵を無理やり激しく揺さぶって開けようとしたからこうなったんだと言いました。あんたというわけじゃないけどね。 私は一応ダンケシェーンと言っときました。 そしたら少し嬉しそうにしました。 もらったスペアキーでもやっぱり開けずらかったです。 いかにもちゃっちい備え付けのドライヤーをつけたら中の電熱線が瞬く間に真っ赤になり匂いが出て何と中で炎が上がり、慌てて消しました。おお、怖っ。 ただ調理器具や食器は揃っており、部屋は清潔で一人っきりで自由にできて滞在中は快適でした。

• G. + E. (8/5): Sauberes und ruhiges Apartment - Pünktliche Schlüsselübergabe, trotz Hauptstraßennähe relativ ruhig, Café zum Frühstücken direkt um die Ecke. Uns hat es gut gefallen und gereicht, wir haben uns nicht selbst verpflegt, aber auch dafür war die Ausstattung ausreichend vorhanden.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Ottimo mini appartamento - Un monolocale accogliente e pulito, con tutti i confort (tovaglie, angolo cottura, frigorifero, tv a schermo piatto, letto matrimoniale e brandina, mobilio nuovo, riscaldamento) in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Il ragazzo che mi ha consegnato le chiavi è stato molto gentile. Non l'ho più visto, perché il check out consiste nel lasciare sul tavolo le chiavi, ma mi ha detto che per qualsiasi problema potevo chiamarlo. Zona un po' lontanuccia dal centro, ma egregiamente servita dai mezzi di trasporto (tram, metro). circa 50 euro a notte, ma li vale tutti.
• Maurizio (8/5): Buono per viaggi di lavoro. Parcheggio limitato - Location poco vivace. Servita bene dai mezzi pubblici. Molta difficolta a parcheggiare l'auto. Il parcheggio piu conveniente era a quasi 2 km di distanza comunque servito dai mezzi pubblici. Il centro è a 20 minuti di tram.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Nettes apartmant in ruhiger aber zentraler lage - Uns hat dieses apartmant gut gegallen.man hat eig.alles was man so für ein paar tage braucht! Waren eig.sehr zufrieden!
