Sobretodo la gente de recepción El trato de la gente, francamente la gente de recepción y la reserva se portaron pésimo. De nada sirve reservar con Booking por que la gente del hotel te exige que pagues inmediatamente o pierdes la reserva. Fueron prepotentes y desafiantes

Mi habitación muy limpia, amplia y la cama muy cómoda y la terraza!...y la tranquilidad en general del hotel!...se descansa muy bien! Los alimentos en el restaurante muy ricos...recomiendo mucho la pasta con camarones, y el omelette de la granja! El servicio del restaurante solo es hasta las 5pm Por lo mismo, recomendamos cafetera y frigobar en las habitaciones. El WiFi no funcionó muy bien. El agua de la alberca estaba muy fría No salía agua fría de la ducha, lo reportamos, pero no lo arreglaron

• Francisco Javier (6/5): - Aunque la edificación no es nueva tiene un aspecto "mediterráneo" agradable y original. Buena ubicación. El restaurante y el servicio en él es bueno. Todo lo anterior se pierde porque necesita garantizar los servicios básicos como son: agua, agua caliente, drenaje en regaderas. Pésimo. El personal de mantenimiento con buena disposición para dar la cara, pero no así la persona en la recepción. Aunque no está en una vialidad de mucho tránsito, la hermeticidad de las puertas y ventanas deja que desear ya que se escucha mucho el ruido de la calle. Finalmente, el hotel NO hace cargos a la tarjeta que dejas en Booking, te piden que hagas transferencia si quieres garantizar tu reserva, ya que no se comprometen a respetarla, si no haces este pago. Primer hotel en Booking con el que me pasa.

For example drawers for clothes or some place to put toiletry in the bathroom. A table would have been useful also. The room was humid and the bath had a funny smell.

• Ruy Hector (6/5): Agradable pero con problemas de mantenimiento en general. - El precio es competitivo y el lugar en general es agradable: una casa bonita ubicada en una zona relativamente céntrica. El ambiente es tranquilo y el espacio resulta agradable para una estancia corta. Las habitaciones de la planta baja tienen muchos mosquitos (al llegar había varios alrededor de la cama), las regaderas están viejas y sin buena presión, estuvimos dos días sin agua caliente.

We could hear a lot of the upstaris room and what seemed to be a water pump or something.

La atención del personal fue muy amable y siempre se mantuvieron en contacto a mis preguntas o solicitudes. En la habitación se percibía un poco de humedad que se que puede tratarse y además es entendible por la cantidad de lluvia y humedad en el ambiente. La relación precio-calidad es justa.

Un poco anticuado en algunos detalles, se nota que le dieron una buena mano de renovación hace poco, pero faltan algunos detalles, sobre todo de mantenimiento y limpieza. Detalles: la ropa de cama en nuestra habitación no era la que se ve en las fotos sino de más baja calidad, manchas de humedad en el baño, falta de sardinel y cortina de plástico en la regadera (se sale toda el agua al bañar), cables salidos/desordenados en la TV del cuarto. Ruido toda la noche de la habitación que estaba encima de nosotros (pasos, arrastraban muebles). El desayuno incluido solo es café, fruta y pan dulce...

Un poco complicado regular la temperatura de la regadera, sale muy caliente o de repente se enfría, pero fuera de eso todo bien.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Mucho ruido y mal mantenimiento. - El hotel es bonito, pero tiene muchas áreas de oportunidad, se ve que es de los años 70’s por lo que le falta bastante mantenimiento, aunque dicen que esta remodelado le fallan varias cosas, la principal es que se escucha demasiado ruido de la calle en las habitaciones, no sellan bien las ventanas ni las puertas, es demasiado molesto escuchar tanto ruido de coches toda la noche, entra demasiada luz en las habitaciones pues las ventanas solo tienen cortina delgada, entra demasiada luz apenas amanece, los baños descuidados, el lavabo y regadera muy percudidos parecieran que están sucios, bote de basura sucio y sábanas no tan limpias, camastros viejos, etc.. El hotel tendría mucho potencial si le invirtieran en mejorarlo.

• Maurice (10/5): Gorgeous 20th century hotel located at proximity of nature/river, Excellent restaurant, pool, garden - The view on the forest; the noise of the river to help you sleep; free and healthy breakfast; super friendly staff; room with a balcony; very clean everywhere; safe hotel with security at night; walking distance from city centro; confortable bed; nice swiming pool surrounded by gorgeous garden. Internet is weak at times due to thunder and rain; More variety of tea if possible;

• Goldy (10/5): Restful, friendly place - small, quiet, friendly place, enjoyed the forever spring city with they landscapes and the cabana type rooms, Restaurant Helios has a tasteful menu no Restaurant for dinner

• Jorge (10/5): Increíble - Es la tercera o cuarta ve que vamos, nos gusta mucho, el servicio, las instalaciones , el restaurante , todo súper bien , el Gerente siempre atento

• juan g (4/5): Mala Opción - La verdad el Hotel NO es excepcional, no entiendo porque esta calificación, No hay aire acondicionado, cortinas adecuadas (viejas) no cuentan con cafetera y/o otros amenities, poca agua, la comida muy mala y lento el servicio, en general no lo recomiendo esta engañosa la calificación.
• Roque (8/5): Very good - It is a very beautiful hotel and service is incredible.
• Rebolledo (8/5): Nice place, nice people, breakfast extremely slow but decent. - Room was spacious , clean and they followed the law in regards to service animals. No dining option in evening . Had to order delivery and then the “waiter” brought over silverware . Terrible step from sleeping area to bathroom. My partner and I both fell , he hit his head and I practically broke my hand (pic included)

• Francisco (4/5): - Una pésima opción! No hay servicio de restaurante por la tarde noche (tuve que pedir Uber Eats), habitación llena de mosquitos y sin aire acondicionado (solo un ruidoso ventilador). De verdad, Par no volver.
