Hotel management was quick to get us situated in a different room, and we had no issues after that. Buffet/ lunch options were decent. The hotel is located in a central area close to several tourist sites. The staff at the front desk and the restaurants provided us with excellent service time and again during our three day stay.

A standard but spartan room, breakfast was very good but I would avoid eating/drinking in the rooftop lounge as it was extremely expensive and not particularly appealing. One big drawback to the experience was that almost all the front facing staff harassed both of us for a google review of the hotel with their name on it, it became almost rude when asked by the same person four days in a row for it - very disrespectful in the end.

• Adrian (8/5): Nice hotel - A nice hotel in the middle of Bengaluru, parks across the road and if you into cricket the stadium is only a 10 min walk as is the Metro station. Staff were very accommodating, if you not on an expense account give the overpriced rooftop bar a go, no view but very expensive. That said there is not a lot around.

Booking was found promptly. Food and Beverage - Price point- Too expensive for some dishes. Fish was served delicious and outstanding presentation by chefs. Housekeeping - Very helpful towards guests needs. Must improve on coming a bit faster than usual with requests. Overall guests requests were very slow. Pillows were only 2 for double occupancy. Amenities were also not put for double occupancy.

We stayed 5 nights because the location is central and was very convenient for our interests. However, the rooms have a muggy stink due to lack of bathroom ventilation and windows in the room didnt open so couldnt cross ventilate. The room smelled damp and of soap all day and night! Each day room cleaning would take away 2 towels and leave behind 1!! I had to chase them in the hall each day to ask for another set since we were 2 people staying in the room. One evening when i found them after coming back to find a single towel, they said they were out of towels!! Unbelievable!! Ordering food from restaurant was another affair - food is incredibly over priced for India!! Every dish is Rs499 when it is sold outside for Rs149!! And they would deliver food consistently without silverware. I had to call them back each time for silverware. Ordered food is not delivered until minimum 1hour after order is placed. Bed is horribly bouncy and uncomfortable when 2 people sleep in it. They do not have choice for pillows. Their breakfast buffet is Rs550 for 2 but IDC that is 2min walk outside you can feast for Rs300!! Our door entry card had to be constantly rekeyed since even having it sitting on the nightstand with no exposure to anything made it deactivated!
• Verified traveler (2/5): - I had requested for a smoking room but I didn’t get it, after I checked in they told me all the smoking rooms were booked. The pictures are quite different from the rooms. It looks big in the pictures but it’s really small. It felt like an OYO room.

Staffers Mani, Mohen, and Zeba were especially friendly and kind in helping answer all of our questions about the tourist sites we visited and helping us arrange transportation. Hotel is located near Cubon Park, which is a nice green space to walk - the park is closed to traffic between 6:00-8:00 in the morning and is a nice place to walk and to see the local residents walking, doing yoga, and relaxing. Historic and cultural sites are a short car ride away. Great restaurant on the lower floor is an easy way to try a lot of South Indian foods.

The restaurant is very good for breakfast and the service at the hotel is top notch. While it was on a busy road, my room (6th floor) was perfectly quiet. I had a nice view of the greenery around the stadium. I highly recommend this for Westerners looking for a hotel that does the basics very well. The rooms are small, but the bed and shower (etc) are great.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - We booked two rooms from Colombo Sri Lanka for 3 days.Well worth for the price we paid. Excellent friendly helpful young staff. Extremely nice. Made us feel very welcome. In the heart of the city. If you are going to travel out of city a bit difficult as severe traffic. Food was excellent and affordable. Very tasty a la carte menu. We will definetly recommend for for anyone business and family both as the IBIS promise is delivered. Easy check in and easy check out. Welldone IBIS . Keep up the good work.

• Arti (2/5): - I stayed in ibis delhi this month and loved it. Staff there were outstanding the room cleaniliness was excellent. We were ending out trip in bangakore and we were looking forward to it but ibis bangalore is a shame. Poyabka ia a rude staff and was unhelpful at checkin. Somu was a good staff and the boys at the security scanner both night and day shift were great. Breakgast was poor quality compared to delhi as well. Room was not cleaned on time. We stayed there forn4 days. The guest service staff always had an excuse. Not an ibis sort of experience.
