- Sandra (10/5): Convenient & good nights sleep - Great location in walking distance to Speicherstadt and Hbf. Friendly reception staff. Slept amazingly well with window closed and AC on, it was really quiet and comfortable and I’m usually not a fan of AC at night. Efficient and clean rooms, good mattress, large shower. While the breakfast selection was honestly amazing, so much yummy food and wide variety, it was overly crowded on the weekend at peak hours, so a system of max people per time slot would be helpful. Everyone was annoyed because it was so crowded and staff tried their very best to keep people’s mood up and the crowd at ease. Location right next to huge 10 lane street so sleeping with window open not an option but AC works well and we slept superb.

- Mateja (6/5): Gut gelegen, aber kein Wohlfühlfaktor bezüglich Zimmer und Frühstück. - Die Lage ist gut, 5 Gehminuten von der U-Bahn oder Busstation entfernt. Der 24 Stunden Service an Rezeption/Bar ist gut. Die Zimmer sind winzig. Bei einem Dreibettzimmer wird ein Zustellbett hineingestellt, dafür hat man dann gar keine Ablagemöglichkeit mehr. Platz für Koffer gibt es fast nicht. Der Frühstücksraum ist zu klein und es ist alles zu eng zusammengestellt. Bei vollem Haus gibt es Warteschlangen beim Eingang.

- Joseph (8/5): Clean, convenient, functional. - Simple, small room but well designed and fitted out. Excellent location close to Hauptbanhof and city centre. Shower rose pointed in wrong direction - could have been easily fixed. Breakfast was of rather ordinary quality.

- Bernhard (5/5): Insgesamt passabel, aber wir suchen uns beim nächstem mal ein anderes Hotel. - Frühstück haben wir nicht gebucht - war uns zu teuer. Lage: kurze Wege zum Bahnhof , Innenstadt, usw. Aber wenig ansprechende Umgebung. Hatten ein Zimmer gebucht für 3 Personen und Hund. Zimmer seeehr klein für 3 Personen. Durch das Zustellbett war ausserdem der Schrank nicht mehr nutzbar! Hund 16 Euro pro Nacht zusätzlich für 0 Zusatzleistung - ebenfalls recht teuer.

- Markéta (10/5): Maximální spokojenost,krásný hotel,v blízkosti metra a nádraží,kousek od centra - Hotel byl blízkosti nádraží (cca 10minut chůze),cca 3minuty od metra. Recepce otevřena 24hod.pokoje čisté,postele pohodlné.Snídaně různorodá,opravdu si každý vybere,všeho dostatek.

- Gabriele (8/5): - Sehr gute Lage, U- Bahn in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Zimmer groß, alles da, was man braucht. Wir hatten einen sehr schmutzigen Teppichboden im Zimmer. Nach unserer Reklamation bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer und als Entschädigung noch ein Freibetränk an der Bar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

- Esther (8/5): Prima uitvalsbasis voor stedentrip - Prima uitvalsbasis om de stad te ontdekken. Ondanks ligging in drukke omgeving was er weinig geluidsoverlast. De kamer was klein maar praktisch ingericht. Er was geen kluisje aanwezig op de kamer, de kamer was erg warm en je kon de airconditioning niet zelf regelen (werd centraal geregeld). Het baliepersoneel was niet vriendelijk.

- Lida (5/5): Niet aan te raden als je een goede nachtrust wilt. - De locatie van het hotel is inderdaad op loopafstand van het centrum. Het is fijn dat er een bar in het hotel is, waar je tot laat nog een lekker drankje kunt bestellen en een spelletje kunt doen of even gezellig kunt kletsen. Het ontbijt was erg druk maar wel prima. Het hotel ligt aan een 7-baans weg, waar de hele nacht druk (vracht)verkeer overheen gaat en naast een treinroute. Er is dan ook de hele nacht door ontzettend veel lawaai, zeker als je zoals wij aan de voorkant van het hotel slaapt. Zelfs met oordopjes hoor je het lawaai er doorheen. Tegelijkertijd was het in de kamer ontzettend warm, ik schat rond de 24 graden; te warm om te slapen. De airconditioning wordt centraal geregeld, dus je kunt zelf de temperatuur niet omlaag krijgen. Tenzij je het raam een stukje open zet, maar hierdoor is het lawaai vanaf de straat helemaal oorverdovend. Het was dus een keuze tussen niet/moeilijk slapen door de warmte of niet/moeilijk slapen door de herrie... Ook hebben wij bij aankomst diverse donkere haren in de douche/wasbak aangetroffen, dit was al geen goed begin. Wij hadden twee kamers met ons gezelschap en hadden gevraagd of we kamers naast elkaar konden krijgen, wat ons toch geen onmogelijkheid lijkt met zo ontzettend veel kamers. Er zaten echter zelfs 3 verdiepingen tussen onze kamers... Ook hadden we een 3-persoonskamer besteld, maar dit bleek gewoon dezelfde krappe kamer te zijn, waar in plaats van een bureau nu een smalle bedbank neer was gezet. Hierdoor was de warme, benauwde kamer nog krapper en was er nergens ruimte om drie koffertjes neer te leggen... Het bleek ook nog dat wij voor het weekend van 1 mei hadden geboekt, hetgeen een feestdag is in Duitsland. Natuurlijk onze eigen schuld dat we dit niet wisten. Maar hierdoor werden de kamers ineens >200 euro per nacht... Een bedrag dat dit hotel zeker bij lange na niet waard is. Kortom: dit hotel zou ik zeker niet aanraden als je een goede nachtrust wilt...
- Silvia (8/5): - Besonders toll fand ich die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück, die wirklich mit Rat und tatsächlich auch Tat für uns da gewesen sind. Danke! Die Lage war für uns okay, da wir zur Markthalle wollten. Das Zimmer war fast perfekt; dazu hätte noch ein kleiner Kühlschrank und eine Wanne gefehlt ;) Das Frühstück war jetzt nicht besonders, aber okay. Von allem etwas, aber der Kaffee hat irgendwie komisch geschmeckt. Ich würde mir stark wünschen, wenn es wenigstens an einer Stelle pro Etage Mülleimer für Mülltrennung gäbe. Außerdem finde ich es immer etwas an der falschen Stelle gespart, wenn die Kissen auf dem Bett sehr klein oder nur für jeden eines vorgesehen sind.

- Claudio (8/5): Sehr gutes Geschäftshotel - Sehr freundliches Personal. Ausstattung gut P Man weiss in der Garage, wenn man fremd ist, nicht was rot und blau bedeutet. Es sind zwei verschiedene IBIS hotels. Woher soll man das wissen.

- Birgit (9/5): Ich komme sehr gerne wieder, wenn ich mal wieder in Hamburg ein Wochenende verbringen möchte. - Super schöne Lage. Man erreicht alles auch gut zu Fuß. Gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Schönes Frühstück. Nette Bar und nettes Personal. Ich bin mit meinem Computer nicht ins WLAN gekommen. Das war etwas ärgerlich, weil ich auch arbeiten musste im Hotelzimmer. Aber ich habe einfach meinen eigenen Hotspot verwendet.
