won joon (1/5): 디즈니랜드 버스가 아니라면 예약을 권하지 않습니다. - 디즈니랜드 원툴입니다. 셔틀 버스가 있어서 디즈니랜드 아침 일찍가서 늦게 오기 편합니다. 1. 일단 위치가 별로입니다. 역까지 10분은 걸어야 하는데다가 메인 역이 아닙니다. 2. 청소가 제대로 되지 않습니다. 청결하지 않습니다. 3. 가장 최악은 싸가지없는 직원 응대입니다. 다른 리뷰에도 몇 번 언급이 되어있지만 직원들이 대체적으로 성의가 없고 대충 대답합니다. 그래서 여러분이 찾아보지 않으면 잘못된 요금을 내거나 시설 이용이 어려운 경우들이 존재합니다. 제가 겪은 바를 말씀드리겠습니다. 제가 분명히 미팅룸이 이 호텔에 있는 걸 알고 예약했는데 저녁에 노트북을 사용할 온라인 회의가 있 서 미팅룸이 같은 곳이 있냐니까 저기 로비가서 하랍니다. 제가 '회의'라고 했는데 로비가서 하라는 곳도 웃기고 로비에는 그냥 대기 의자밖에 없는 곳입니다. 다른 직원한테 다시 가서 물어보니까 이 호텔에 그런 곳은 없다고 합니다. 결국 맥도날드가서 주변 소음 다 들어온 채 회의하고나서 제가 3층 가보니까 미팅룸이 떡하니 있더라구요. 그래서 나중에 채팅창으로 미팅룸 있는 거 아니냐고 물어보니까 무료로는 이용이 불가능하답니다. 금액도 말 안 하던데 자꾸 물어본 저인거를 알고 이런식 식으로 응대하는건가요? 노트북으로 온라인 미팅한다니까 저기 로비가서 하라느니 (? 뭔 헛소리신지 노트북을 로비에서 어떻게 합니까) , 우리 호텔에 그런 곳은 없다느니 장난하는 것도 아니고 한국인이 싫으면 예약을 받지마세요.

RIE (8/5): 子供も楽しめて大人もくつろげる夏休みでした。 - ガーデンプールの使用時間の制限があまりなかったので、とても楽しめて良かったです。また、周囲にもお店が多く便利でした。プールサイドに飲み物を持ち込めなかったのが不便でした。時期的に子供にまめに水分補給させたいのですが、ウォーターサーバーまで行くのが億劫でなかなか行かず大変でした。

Luke (4/5): Okay but if you are booking for the facilities, prepare to pay through the nose. - Quiet room, friendly staff. A few nice restaurants and shops around the base of the hotel. We chose this hotel because of the pool and being summer, not realising it costs an extra 600 yen per person to use the pool in a few short hour time periods. We had promised the kids they could swim, so it ended up costing us $132AUD(2 ppl) for them to be in there a little over an hour. Spectators also cost 600 yen. It isn't a theme park, it's a pool. We would have stayed somewhere closer to the central attractions without a pool if we had known. Hotel room dated and small with 3 beds and a pull out couch.
Meredith (8/5): Even though we didn't really like Shinjuku as a place to stay, the hotel room was quiet and comforta - Rooms were really well set up even though very small. Overall staff seem to process you like a number. Not overly welcoming or helpful. Maybe they are so big dealing with so many people that you're just a number to them?

Bonnie (8/5): I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. The concierge staff were very helpful as we did not speak Japanese. T - The hotel room was very comfortable. We stayed two weeks and it made us feel like we were returning home every night. We stayed in and dined in the Harmony room. Unfortunately none of us enjoyed our meal and did not return. We didn’t want to “fine dine”. We just wanted to have supper in a comfortable atmosphere. The restaurant was empty other than ourselves.

Tan (8/5): Value for money stay. Convenient with bus stops and shuttle to Disney. Fabulous Staff! - The staff at the hotel was fabulous. They were friendly and very helpful. I like that the hotel has shuttle to Disneyland and the limousine bus stop is just right in front. The hotel was convenient with restaurants, supermarket just right beside. Rooms were very clean but just a little bit dated. A little touch up will definitely refresh this hotel. Should provide free onsen to hotel guests, didn't understand why it was chargeable.

Annie (9/5): A wonderful stay, despite one flaw. Highly recommend. - There is so much that I liked about the property that it is hard to know where to start. The location was ideal for me, I have various disabilities and having a supermarket, 100 yen shop and pharmacy downstairs meant that everything I needed was just a short walk away. The decor is beautiful, soothing and stylish. The staff are helpful & polite & thorough. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable, I was worried about the mattress being too firm for me but I actually slept better in the hotel than I do at home. The bathrooms do smell of sewers, however my stay was over 10 nights and iirc they didn’t always smell. Despite the sewer smell I would still stay here again. In fact I plan on doing so. That should tell you what a great hotel it is otherwise. I hope they will figure out how fix it, perhaps with some sort of filter or liquid in each drain but either way I will be back.
