• Tan_Ma (9/5): - Die Lage ist sehr gut. Liegt direkt am Strand und die vielen Restaurants und Bars sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir hatten HP, und das Essen war sehr gut. Das Einzige, was mich gestört hat, war der Föhn. Ich habe lange Haare, und der vorhandene Föhn war für mich leider unzureichend.

• Ryan (1/5): Definitely not 5 star - Location and sunbathing facilities Stayed at Constantinos The Great Beach Hotel in Protaras and I can honestly say if you enjoy sleep, edible food, or hotels that don’t look like they survived several natural disasters… avoid at all costs. The walls are apparently made from tracing paper because you can hear EVERYTHING — doors slamming, people arguing, kids running laps at 2am, and someone dragging furniture around like they were renovating the place overnight. Sleeping here is more of a suggestion than a possibility. The food was equally unforgettable, unfortunately for all the wrong reasons. Lukewarm mystery meat, chips with the texture of cardboard, and desserts that tasted like disappointment. Even the cats looked hesitant. As for the hotel itself, “run down” is being generous. Parts of it looked like they hadn’t been updated since dial-up internet was considered advanced technology. The lifts creaked like they were contemplating retirement and the rooms had all the charm of a motorway service station. The only thing ‘Great’ about Constantinos The Great was the relief of leaving.”

I couldent beleive that they give a space for weding celebration and it happend right under our room, our balconi... Two night in a row! We didn't sleep two night in a row. So it prety much spoiled the whole picture of hotel.

• Elena (8/5): В целом все понравилось, соотношение цена-качество отличное, но отель не тянет на 5*, требует реновации - Расположение просто идеальное, прямо на берегу моря, на шикарном и чистом пляже Vrissy Beach, за это можно закрыть глаза на некоторые минусы отеля. Отдельное спасибо за номер с видом из море. Уборка в номере хромала, один раз не дали полотенца для рук и ног. Постель не меняли вообще. Ванную и раковину не помыли. Сам отель большой, и видно что когда-то был красивый, но сейчас он требует реновации. Заметно что ремонт давно не делали.

• Deborah (3/5): Extremely disappointed with the after care service. - We have two visits over two weekends. First one was fine and all staff excellent. On our second visit the receptionist was very rude on checkout. Also a bag got left at the hotel. We called on the Saturday and Sunday and was told someone would get back to us. No one did so on Monday when we called we were told it had been thrown away. This bag belonged to a 9 year old and had her Easter gifts inside. Whoever found it knew it wasn’t rubbish.

• Emma (8/5): Had a lovely 2 night stay here, the hotel looks impressive staff really nice but I would say this is a 4 star hotel not - Location amazing and as we visited at the start of the season it was quiet and plenty of Sunbeds Our room was definitely not 5star bathroom door Frame majorly out of line and so big gaps in the walls…but this didn’t effect our 2 night stay

Kedves segítőkész személyzet. Vacsorára nem engedtek be rövid nadrágban. Ez számomra érthetetlen volt. Sokszor jártam itt de még így nem jártam.

• Christopher (5/5): Underwhelming - The hotel is classed as 5☆ but it was clearly not a 5 star and we paid 5stsr money. We ordered a dobed and was put in a room with two single beds The overall look of the hotel was dated and shabby. Some of the staff looked like they didn't want to be there.

• Rafaella (8/5): - Η εμπειρία μας στο ξενοδοχείο ήταν γενικά θετική, καθώς πρόκειται για έναν όμορφο χώρο και το προσωπικό, στη μεγάλη του πλειοψηφία, ήταν ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Ωστόσο, υπήρξε ένα περιστατικό που μας άφησε πολύ αρνητική εντύπωση, ιδιαίτερα σε ό,τι αφορά την εξυπηρέτηση. Ταξιδεύαμε με ένα μωρό 6 μηνών και είχαμε κλείσει ημιδιατροφή. Την τελευταία ημέρα της αναχώρησής μας, απευθύνθηκα στη ρεσεψιόν για να ζητήσω κάτι πολύ απλό: λίγα βραστά λαχανικά (όπως μπρόκολο και καρότο) για το μωρό μου. Η συγκεκριμένη κυρία στη ρεσεψιόν με ενημέρωσε ότι, λόγω ημιδιατροφής και επειδή φεύγαμε την ίδια μέρα, αυτό δεν ήταν εφικτό. Παρότι διευκρίνισα ότι δεν είχα κανένα πρόβλημα να τα πληρώσω ξεχωριστά, μου προτάθηκε να πληρώσουμε επιπλέον 20€ ανά άτομο για πρόσβαση στον μπουφέ, μόνο και μόνο για να πάρω λίγα βραστά λαχανικά για το μωρό. Θεωρώ πραγματικά κρίμα ένα ξενοδοχείο 5 αστέρων να δείχνει τέτοια έλλειψη ευελιξίας και κατανόησης, ειδικά όταν πρόκειται για βασικές ανάγκες ενός βρέφους. Η στάση της συγκεκριμένης υπαλλήλου δεν αντικατοπτρίζει το γενικότερο επίπεδο του υπόλοιπου προσωπικού. Από την άλλη πλευρά, θα ήθελα να ευχαριστήσω την κοπέλα στο μπαρ, η οποία ήταν πολύ ευγενική και πρόθυμη να μας βοηθήσει, παρέχοντάς μας highchair και δείχνοντας επαγγελματισμό.

Обслуживающий персонал замечательный. Парковка рядом с отелем. В СПА девушки сделали нам обалденный расслабляющий массаж от кончиков пальцев до кончиков волос💯 Фен надо привощить с собой свой, в отеле еле дует.

Çok seçenekli, her tadı barındıran, mükemmel bir kahvaltı veriyorlar. sebzeler, peynirler ve diğer kahvaltılıklar. Pazar gün şampanya sunumu ise çok ince bir düşünce ürünü. Otel özellikle seçtiğim bir otel. Her fırsatta gidip tatil yapmak için mükemmel bir otel. Konumu, personel ilgisi, özel isteklerime elden geldiğince çözüm üreten benim için dört dörtlük bir mekan. Harika bir hafta sonu geçirdik.

• Augusto (6/5): Non vale quello che paghi, frequentato da troppi cafoni. Buona la posizione. - Posizione, Piscina esterna, vicinanza alla passeggiata e alla spiaggia, la camera vista mare, letto king size comodo, la terrazza vista mare, spiaggia e mare bellissimo. La colazione esterna vista mare. I gatti 🐱 Non corrisponde neanche a 4 stelle. Nonostante in fase di costruzione siano stati utilizzati materiali di pregio, attualmente tutto è rattoppato. Cibo abbondante ma di media qualità. Comunicazione pessima, hotel imbiancato per nascondere tanti difetti, crepe, cavi volanti, placche water rotte, amenities non cambiate quotidianamente, collegato a tour operator di massa, le persone a cena in costume o pantofole, gli ospiti maleducati con i piedi sui divani. Solo due ascensori lenti per tutti, ospiti e personale. Feste private fino a notte fonda che impediscono di riposare e tavoli spostati già dalle 7 di mattina. Docce della piscina interna insieme ai water, sempre sporche e allagate. Ascensori con lo scotch che regge le pulsantiere!!! Non ritorneremo.

Its is advertised as 5 star hotel but in reality its 4 at maximum … It is very old and outdated… The cleaning standards are horrible! The daily cleaning does nothing except made your bed…. Food is mediocre. At lunch / dinner even if you ask a glass of water you have to pay for it… Small tv in the room that is not working… (no channels). AC not working (only heating)… you have to sleep with open balcony door and hear the drunk British guests that scream till 3AM.

• Lucy Ann (7/5): Beautiful Setting - The area is beautiful, and the hotel is in the perfect setting with an ideal location for the beach. Tina, the duty manager, was incredibly helpful and assisted us in relocating to a room that was much better suited to our needs than the original one. On arrival, I found myself placed in a room located on the ground floor. Unfortunately, the noise levels were quite disruptive, even though the hotel was not particularly busy at the time. As someone who doesn’t drink and prefers to go to bed early, I was disturbed by noise coming from the communal bar area. The food was average and did not meet the standard I would expect from a five-star experience. Although we had booked an all-inclusive package, we chose to dine out on three of the five nights, which made the trip more expensive than originally planned.

• Jamaine (5/5): Definitely not a 5 star, more like a 3/4 star. - The lobby area is very nice and feels high-end, and the lady working at the spa was lovely and welcoming. The location is excellent—right on the strip and close to the beach—and there is plenty of parking available, also Tina was lovely to speak with. The bath had visible rust around the drain, and the dressing gown had what looked like a blood stain on the inside, which is unacceptable. The toilet constantly ran and didn’t flush properly—we had to adjust the internal pump each time to get it working. The air conditioning “cold” option wasn’t available between October and May, despite being listed as included, which felt misleading. The walls also seem very thin—we could clearly hear someone in the next room snoring. There was also inconsistency with the dress code. On the third night I was told I couldn’t wear shorts to the inclusive dinner and needed trousers, yet this wasn’t enforced on the first two nights.

• Kyriacos (9/5): - Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Καθαροί χώροι, καλό και βοηθητικό προσωπικό, ήσυχο μεγάλο δωμάτιο, πολύ καλό πρωινό, μέτριο προς καλό το δείπνο. Μέτριο το γυμναστήριο Μικρές αστοχίες στην καθαριότητα του δωματίου. Άλλαξαν μόνο μια πετσέτα μπάνιου και ξέχασαν το χαρτί υγείας, όμως γενικά όλα okay
• Kia-Lisa (7/5): Hyvä - Aamiainen oli hyvä ja monipuolinen. Sijainti keskeisellä paikalla. Hotellin yleisilme siisti. Kuntosali pieni mutta perustoiminnot sieltä löytyi. Äänieristävyys huoneissa oli huono ja kaikki aulassa järjestettävä iltaohjelma kuului voimakkaasti huoneeseen. Pientä freesausta vaatisi pinnat ja tekstiilit.

• Niki (6/5): - The atmosphere of the hotel and the overall vibe is really nice. Most places in the hotel were renovated. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice view. The sauna, gym and indoor pool were great. The food was terrible, the quality was low, highly processed and the taste was not up to standard for a 5 star hotel. There was no sign for housekeeping in the room and because of that they opened the door twice while we were in the room. The staff didn't feel very accommodating. Overall the hotel facilities are 5 star but the rest didnt meet the standards.
