- Damian (4/5): - Ubicación, limpieza Nos despertaron 6 veces los huéspedes durante la noche porque fueron muy escandalosos no respetando en absoluto a los demás huéspedes. Tuvimos que salir 3 veces a pedir a recepción que se ocupe de que haya silencio y la reacción fue de absoluta apatía y no se esforzó en absoluten hacer algo al respecto o disculparse. No nos dormimos hasta las 4 de la mañana.

La atención del personal muy amable y atenta. Seguramente volveremos ahí. La lejanía del estacionamiento (15 min a pie), pero pues en Guanajuato es complicado por las características de la ciudad

El servicio de recepción es muy bueno

Tambien si te hospedas en los cuartos que estan seguiditos a la recepción, hay mucho ruido, las paredes dejan pasar el sonido de tooodo lo que pasa. Por ultimo el agua caliente del cuarto iba y venía, duraba como un minuto el chorro caliente y despues frío y después caliente. No regresaría al lugar.

- Mason (8/5): NO PARKING AVAILABLE!!! - It is a cute hotel and the service was friendly. The room and cleanliness was acceptable. The only issue I had was the listing says there is parking available. This is incorrect, and the clerk only recommended the closes spot to park which was full. I couldn't find any overnight parking garages, so I had to pay a ticket the next morning for parking over the one hour limit for street parking :(

Es scheppert aus allen Rohren. Auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern schallt aufgrund des spartanisch eingerichteten Betonbaus jedes Geräusch quer durch alle Zimmer. In der Nacht quakte die ganze Zeit zusätzlich ein Handy-Lautsprecher oder Fernseher in der Rezeption…
Mal für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise ok, aber nicht für einen längeren Aufenthalt, zumal es auch kein Frühstück/Restaurant gibt. Allerdings sind gleich vor der Tür genug Shops, um morgens frischen Kaffe und was zu Essen zu kaufen.
