Not so much at the lobby restaurant, where orders and overall service was a little slow. Special thanks to the amazing concierge but especially to Mariana, Noor and Carlos with whom we interacted the most. Even before we arrived and during our stay helped us with tours, restaurants, change of plans with they attentive and knowledgeable service.
- Luis (10/5): - If I could give it a higher number of stars, My wife and I have done a lot of traveling. We've stayed in all types of hotels. This by far, has been the best experience we've had. We went with a toddler and a 6 yr old. The staff was super attentive not only to us but our kids as well. We arrived early on a red-eye flight. They were be able to get us a room early in the morning. The front desk staff would bring out different props/toys to cheer our kids up. The staff is constantly pampering you. The experience was so amazing, our oldest said that when we go back to Dubai, we have to stay there. They have a kids club which both kids enjoyed. The pool area is very spacious and kids of all ages and swimming skills can enjoy. The food selection is amazing. I highly recommend it. Thanks to all the team
- Humera (6/5): - The Four Seasons is considered the pinnacle of the hotel industry, however it fell short of my expectations of it. Firstly, I was not told about the adult pool closure or the main breakfast hall closure either, which should have been told at time of booking. The rooms are amazing, the service good but not great. They felt short staffed at times and that impacted the service all round. The biggest problem I had was the food! The prices are astronomical and yet the food tasted mediocre at best! For the price we were paying for example £50 for a burger!! You expect it to taste incredible but none of the food hit the spot! We are at other places with similar price structured and were amazed with the food. The pool is relatively small and it does the job but not luxury in the slightest. A real shame for a hotel I had high expectations for.

Next to hotel is a club with club music and attracting party girls for single man in the hotel. in front of the beach they have build a new island, so gone is the ocean view it is construction view (and noise). at 1000usd per night this is a sad story.

The water in the bathroom was not very hot even after repairing. The air conditioning was also not perfect and made a noise. We could near the people in the room above us. The staff were charming and went out of their way to secure dinner reservations for us in all restaurants.

- Anand (10/5): Unparalleled Service and Luxury at its Finest - I had booked this hotel last minute on the date of my flight as an option to allow me to get some business done while at the same time have a holiday with my partner, and without a doubt I made the right choice. It all started at the arrival with being checked into one of there Imperial suites which was immaculately presented and furnished. Definitely the most spacious suite i have ever had. Ashraf who worked at the door greeted us and showed us around the hotel and the suite. Great personality and always on a daily basis wished me a good day when passing, truly a gentlemen and a pleasure to have met him and seen him on a daily basis. The stay only got better after this with the hotel manager Cornelia visiting me and my partner by the pool early in the week to also greet us and check on our stay so far. I was grateful for her time as I'm sure she is a busy individual ensuring this hotel continues to provide the excellent service it does while remaining as pristine as it does. As the days went on i needed to start to lean on the services of the staff. Here i must mention Peter at the Concierge Desk and Alex who I believe manged the outside Pool/Restaurant area. It was these two individuals that allowed me and my partner to actually take a holiday while working too. Words can not express how grateful I was and still am for the two of them working together to arrange everything I requested with such care, from the tickets to Burj Khalifa, Private Helicopter, Private Dinner in

Unfortunately they didn’t have it, but the staff member was very helpful and did every thing in his power to secure me the product. All working staff are extremely friendly and helpful, regardless of how busy they might get with other customers. The hotel is beyond amazing.m, no words can give it justice. Our rooms had great skyline views but directly below our balcony was like a building storage yard!

In the case of FS Jumeirah Beach Dubai, the experience was not as expected: 1) Old hair in the shower (first night) 2) Mild lighting problems in the room 3) Noise in the corridor early in the morning 4) Fire alarm testing in the morning without clear early notice 5) Reception calls multiple times early in the morning even when DND sign was on 6) Some men operators and receptionists were not up to standard 7) Vallet staff very poorly trained. However, GR Manager and Reception Duty Manager handled matters nicely and kindly offered free airport transportation upon checkout - highly appreciated. In general, the stay was okay but lacks the typical FS touches/experience, which makes the overall value for money of the stay quite poor.

We used the pool, grounds, platform out off the beach, the pool villa and more. Everything was first class all the way. This is saying alot considering the kind of hotels/facilities at your disposal in Dubai. Four Seasons differentiates themselves still from the pack in my opinion. Also - food was amazing again. We at at Suq/Lobby Bar/Pool and Mercury....loved them all. FYI - We also noticed that they have installed a sea life barrier out on the beach to keep some unwanted creatures out. We went walking down the beach next to the hotel and were in some open areas and there were 1000's of jellyfish moving about!! Crazy! We only saw one super small one at this property so bonus for investing in that.
- Seema (10/5): fantastic stay at four seasons - My husband & I stayed at four seasons for 5 nights during September. It was our first time to visit Dubai and were looking forward to our stay at the hotel. The hotel is grand with gorgeous flower arrangements in the lobby area and Shai Salon. It offers plenty of choice with several restaurants and bars. We visited the mercury bar on two nights on the 6th floor and thoroughly enjoyed the drinks and shisha. There are two outdoor pools; one for adults and one for children. There are plenty of deck lounges available and a bar for food and beverages. The beach is clean with deck lounges and towels available when you return from swimming. The staff throughout the hotel will go above and beyond and are genuinely friendly and helpful and would like to thank them all for making our stay feel special. We would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to visit in the future!

- shaun (10/5): A lovely hotel with great service - The hotel is well located with its own private beach and two pools, which are well serviced. The overall facilities are amazing, and the gym is particularly good for a hotel. The rooms are large and very well decorated with very comfortable beds. There is also a reasonable size balcony. Most importantly the service as always is extremely helpful, competent and polite. A hard hotel to beat in Dubai.
