- Rebecca (8/5): Very cool well decorated quiet spot - Hosts were great. Beautiful quirky motel in walking distance to the Santa Fe plaza and many galleries. A bit rustic - torn paper-like blinds in room let in bright outdoor light at night and blazing sunlight in the morning making it hard to sleep. Handrails on stairs are rough and cause splinters. Keys hard to use in old doorknobs.

- Addie (10/5): This is a great place for a beautiful, well-located stay in Santa Fe. - This is our second stay here and we have been so impressed by the friendliness of the staff and how we were treated so well. It was wonderful to have an experience that didn’t revolve around some corporate nonsense.

Arrived a quarter till check in. I thought the check in woman was going to have a coronary as there was only one housekeeping staff. Totally fine but a bit over the top. I really didn’t think the room was that clean. No soap in the shower dispenser. Walls are thin.

- Schiffer (10/5): - Location is excellent walking distance to downtown Sante Fe. The staff is exceptional very warm and friendly. The room is warm and cozy with a Nespresso coffee machine that I really enjoyed for morning coffee. Absolutely loved this place.

- Cynthia (9/5): - Location is amazing. Within walking distance of both the Plaza and the Railroad Yard. Rooms are very clean, simple and beautiful. Not much road noise at it is slightly off of Agua Fria and there are several trees that help shield the noise.

We arrived early and were able to park under the building. So very clean outside and in. The breakfast was enjoyable and had above the standard fare offered at most hotels. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. We were pleased there was a small refrigerator and microwave in our junior suite. Some of the blinds were not working. Our mattress was on the soft side which doesn’t suit us personally.

We booked room 8 with a kitchen, which was useful to us as we were there for 4 days - didn’t cook but the sink and full size fridge was useful. The room was clean and spacious. The property was tucked away and quiet. We were walking distance to many many good activities and food. Breakfast was tasty - it is indeed continental, but you get a warm breakfast burrito every morning with yogurt and cereal if you’d like. NA

- María Jose (9/5): Beautiful hotel in a very nice and quiet neighborhood but people need to pay attention to the breakfast options. - We stayed in Santa Fe for almost a week and stayed there the whole time. it’s a very nice and affordable option to enjoy Santa Fe, the inn is lovely and the rooms are very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and attentive, they explain everything during check in and take you to the room directly to explain and show you everything. We needed something during the stay and they helped us immediately, they also allowed us to park before check in so we could walk to town. The rooms are very clean too and ours had a small private backyard that was great. The place is located in a very quiet neighborhood around 1 mile away from downtown and it was a very nice neighborhood with lovely houses and very close to the railyard district with restaurants and bars. The breakfast is limited. It only has burritos as the main option and they are spicy, they should have a non spicy option for people that don’t like spicy food. I appreciate the thought behind it and the burritos are great and some are homemade but not everyone is into that. You also need to get to breakfast right at 8am or before 8am because sometimes there are not enough burritos for everyone and one day we were stuck with cereal and toast ( they probably put more later but not 100% sure). They offer bread, bagels, cereal and drinks which is great and we appreciated it but it would be great if there is another option for the main meal and more quantity. Our room was also in the first floor and we could hear a lot the people from the second floor, the roof which is made of wood cracked a lot when they were moving around and it got very loud sometimes.

Defini - The property was located in the Perfect spot close to downtown. You could walk everywhere. Also walking through the neighborhood there was so much art everywhere and you were close to a bike path. Beautiful murals painted everywhere. It was so safe. I walked every single morning it was like visiting Italy. The breakfast was incredible. Incredible. There were burritos and bagels boiled eggs, wonderful coffee. In the staff, there was so friendly so kind but the breakfast was huge. I loved my room. It was adorable clean very southwestern. It was definitely a boutique hotel. There was nothing I didn’t ask about property. I loved every single thing the people the staff how clean it was how quiet it was and right outside my door was a little court area. It was perfect.

- chris (10/5): Great access to Santa Fe plaza - The location was great. The managers very helpful and friendly. Bed was very comfortable and we loved the huge tub. The blinds were broken and we needed to wedge in paper to keep light out. A small table to eat at would have been nice.

- Matthew (8/5): Cozy and quaint place in a great location. - The location was fantastic and convenient. Also in a super quiet area. We were able to walk to dinner. The fitted sheet on the mattress was a tad too small and slipped off during the night.
- Glenn (5/5): - Breakfast was good. Location excellent. I slipped and fell in the shower. There is no anti-slip protection in the bathtub. It is very slippery. This is a very basic (and inexpensive) safety feature that all hotels should have. In 2024 a woman was awarded 31 million dollars due to a slip and fall at a Santa Fe restaurant. This issue should be addressed immediately. Less serious, one of the window blinds had broken slats, affecting privacy.

The breakfast area was very cute and comfortable. The air conditioner did not work up to expectations. There was a note about not setting it below 72° or it would freeze. Also, the pillows were flat and not comfortable.

- shu (10/5): - Allen was incredibly kind and welcoming, and he gave us fantastic recommendations for local food and museums that made our trip so much better. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a room with a kitchen and a private patio, it was such a nice touch. Each room has its own unique style, so we’d definitely love to try a different one next time. Breakfast was delicious, highly recommend staying here!

- Mike (1/5): Very very disappointing - Cute Everything. Very old and run down. Breakfast wasn’t til 8. We are on a business trip so my fault for staying here. But we moved appointments because everyone bragged about the burritos I was told the night before to get a receipt in the am. Oh well. Well after trying to find staff to print a receipt with no luck it was 8:15 and no coffee, no burritos , just cereal. We left. The older lady in the kitchen said sorry. So that just doesn’t cut it. If you are just into the art scene and just hanging out. Then this place is probably for you.
- Holly (8/5): adorable little B&B - very cute. limited number of rooms so its quiet and cozy. its tucked back off the road so it feels safe. Very nice couple that checked us in. We had ants in the bathroom and we could not get the TV to work.. although we did not try very hard or ask for help. Who needs to watch TV anyway!

Had a nice stay at the Inn and enjoyed the breakfast. The only thing that I was not comfortable was the blind in one of the window we stayed was broken to one side and it felt like anybody can see us from the outside.

While we did not use the Kitchen much other than for the refrigerator, it was nice to know we had a small kitchenette for our needs. Thank you for such a nice stay. The continental breakfast was very tasty and much appreciated. Jerry Parking was of a concern....but that seems to be the general trend in downtown Santa Fe....We did use an Uber in order to be able to park our car on the Guadalupe Inn property and not have to worry looking for a parking space after the days activities ended. The only other complaint was that the shower head appeared to be defective and was very low on flow/pressure making bathing a bit of a challenge.

- Laura (9/5): Glad we tried this place. Nicely decorated, sweet sitting spaces outdoors, very central. - Staff were really friendly and responsive at check-in. Older couple doing a great job as hosts. Decor was tasteful and seemingly authentic Santa Fe. Clean with nice pictures and furniture. Local quite central. And there's a great wine shop down the street called Susan's, with bar service and outdoor seating. Don't miss. Might be nice to label some of the parking spaces to save a few for larger vehicles. Some spaces were tighter than others. But we were thankful to have on-site parking.

The location was great. This was a cute boutique hotel we would stay again! PS the staff were amazing 🙏 receptive and full of local information. Only two things- pillows need to be replaced as very thin and toliet needed a new part - both of which we informed them of on checkout.

I especially enjoyed chatting with Alan. I also loved the decor and overall look and feel of the room and dining area. Some street/deck lights filter through the blinds into the rooms at night. If it affects your sleep, I recommend bringing an eye mask.

- Morgan (8/5): Great spot, recommend highly - This was a great little spot and I would stay again, traveling with my mum and daughter it was a well appointed room, quiet and clean. The mattress could probably do with a replacement as it was a bit bowed on one side and my daughter turned the tub jets on which were not so clean but .. the tub had jets so.. first world problems. All in all it was lovely, just would’ve slept better on a firmer mattress
