- Deborah (10/5): - Location was EXCELLENT! Personnel were kind! Food was good. Front desk was responsive to requests.
- Terence (8/5): - My only bad comment is not the hotel’s fault, but road repair/paving on the main road was very unfortunate.
- Foreman (10/5): -
- Krista (10/5): Good pool, breakfast, location. - Great location N/a
- Evanoff (10/5): - Super clean and comfortable rooms. Plenty of space. Pool and Jacuzzi were awesome! Really nice fitness center. Amazing location right next to old mill and amphitheater. Great breakfast. Only weird quirk was that in the evening, the third floor started to smell like campfire smoke. Likely something in the HVAC and probably a holdover from previous forest fires. Not a problem and went away by morning, just odd because everything else was so well kept and clean.
- Mitchell (10/5): - Spacious rooms. Very comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Breakfast choices very good. A $12 fee for parking.

- Tiffany (7/5): - The location is wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful. We appreciate the hot breakfast and coffee. The gym is convenient and clean. Our room was really hot unless we left the fan on constantly but that was loud and hard to sleep with.
The hot tub was just warm, not hot. That usually is one of the main reasons we like to book there. We asked the staff what the temp was for the hot tub and they said 99⁰, which has not very hot and relaxing. The jets were spraying upward and out of the water at everyone. The second day we tried again but the water was really cloudy so we stayed out.

- Cheryl (7/5): It was good. - It was very nice and clean. We didn’t know about the concert venue next door. It made our room shake.
- Angela (6/5): It was good until the billing issue. - Location ⸻
I stayed here Feb 14–16 and had a terrible billing experience. Despite providing two cards at check-in, my debit card was charged the full $857.27 and still has an additional $398.64 hold days later. This mistake caused overdraft transfer fees and stress. Repeated calls to the front desk went nowhere—my voicemail to the manager was ignored, and the staff member I spoke with was rude and dismissive. The room itself was fine, but the unprofessional handling of billing and lack of accountability made this stay very frustrating. Travelers beware.
- Barry (7/5): A bit over priced for what what you expect to pay - The location was pretty good but very car congested with no traffic lights or stop signs. But lots of roundabout which I don’t like.
The “free” breakfast, not really free, was appreciated but far from gourmet quality.
The shower was decent and having a pool and a small exercise center were nice.
The beds which seemed as stiff as a park bench didn’t leave me with a back ache. I’ll get to the point. The room price was crazy expensive. Honestly Bend is somewhat of a tourist trap city so everything here is very expensive including hotels and food. This was my first and probably my last time in Bend. For the $350 per night cost I could have stayed at The Four Seasons Hotel. On top of the room charge they held my credit card for a $30 incidental charge. Bookings.com really needs to take look at this and update the quote they provide to their customers. This oversight left a bad taste in my mouth.
- Zhen (8/5): - Had a breakfast there, cooking oil seems over the best time
- Darlene (10/5): felt like we were wanted staying here - staff was excellent
- Mues (9/5): -
- Jason (4/5): Ok but not sure we will be back. - The staff was amazing, the property was great, breakfast was good. We were on the second floor where they are doing construction and was never warned about anything. The staff off the construction company was staying in the rooms all around us and we're loud and the smell of Marijuana wes strong. I find it not a good look to have workers with the company name on the shirts being so casual about using drugs on the job. $12 per car per night is very odd when the parking lot next to it is free.

- Jason (9/5): Wonderful hotel in a wonderful location - The location was fantastic! The hotel was clean and comfortable. There was an issue with our first room and the front desk worked to quickly resolve the issue and move us to a new room. The breakfast is great and a real time saver to get the day started. We didn't travel with a pet but was put into a pet room. I didn't know the hotel even allowed pets My child is allergic to cats and after the 3rd night reacted with hives. But the staff worked quickly to move us to a new room.
- 54321Scott (10/5): Santa Claus - great stay thanks Nice to see Santa Claus come in his helicopter in front of the Inn. Great location to rest. and shopping, walking. Nice rooms clean and low noise. Nice help at front desk and great breakfast. Thanks
- Josh (10/5): -
- Juani (10/5): - It was clean and the staff was nice
- Sara (10/5): - Neat venue
- Shawn (10/5): - Breakfast was as good as you could ask for with quality food. Location was right across river from the best shopping spot in town. Excellent laundry room. Price was very reasonable. Would stay here again without looking for anything else.

- jimh398 (6/5): Nice location but concerns about Hilton - We are Hilton Honors and we were very disappointed due to two issues. The staff was friendly, great location, and fairly clean. Our issues were the surprise to learn that we were charged $12 a night for parking. Really? there was no competition for parking it was just a new greedy add-on that businesses are doing now. Second, we went out after checking in and decided to put on the TV. The TV was dark and hard to see hence, we called the front desk. A young techie came up and told us this was a problem in many rooms and we had two choices. One was to move to another room that hopefully didn't have the same issue as it was a problem in the whole hotel. No, we aren't moving at 9 pm. Second option was to try another TV. We tried another TV but it didn't help. No recourse, for either issue. Ergo, we are very disappointed as Honors members to have to deal with this service for a so called reputable organization with "high" standards.
- Juja80301 (10/5): Convenient to Old Mill District - Stayed two nights here on a quick visit to Bend. The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants of the Old Mill District and the Hayden Homes Amphitheater music venue. Would stay here again if in Bend.
- Kym (9/5): Loved it! - Two of the staff members stood out to us: the gentleman at the counter who was Russian I believe (I wish I got his name), who was very kind and helpful, and also, Kristi in housekeeping (?), and who was downstairs in the morning when we ate breakfast - she was a total sweetheart and very accommodating. I was a little surprised that for a king suite there was literally nowhere to put my toiletries other than next to the sink and there was nowhere to put our clothes in drawers. We lived out of our suitcases which we left open on the ottomans. Perhaps some shelving near the sink area and a dresser somewhere? Yes, there were drawers to the side of the TV, but they were big enough for maybe... some socks!
(Side note: thought it was a little weird for the desk to be smack in the middle of the room. Perhaps put it back on the wall and put the couch more near the bed? Weird layout.)
- Lillian (8/5): Excellant facility and high recommend staying at this property! - This property was very clean and everything was functioning. The fitness room was nice and pool area. The breakfast staff was very friendly and nice and the area was maintained and cleaned . The hot foods were different each day and there was a variety of choices overall. The front desk staff was informative and if they didn’t know, they found out. The location was nice if you like to walk across the river and shop and eat and watch a movie! What is not to like?
- Kath (10/5): It was great. - Great location, friendly staff, good amenities Nothing. It was great. I’d stay here again
- Becky (10/5): - Great
- Melinda (10/5): - Loved the breakfast and the noon checkout.
- Lorie (10/5): - Very clean!
- Dale (4/5): - This hotel is in a great location but otherwise is pretty shabby. I’m surprised it meets the Hampton Inn standards. Rooms are small and laid out weirdly with the tv on the side of the bed. The bed felt old, hard, and lumpy without any cushion on top. Linens were old and thin as were the towels. We could hear doors closing all over and an alarm from the room next door woke us at 6 am. It seems this place used to be a Super 8 style hotel that got new carpet and floor tiles to qualify for a Hampton Inn badge.
- Joyce (10/5): Enjoyable - Large, comfortable room easy for my handicapped husband to move around. N/A
- BDH321 (4/5): Nickel and dime parking fee $12. - I have stayed here so many times I don’t even check other hotels. A good Hampton in a good location. Consistent. However they recently added a garbage fee for parking at $12 per day. Yes it was buried in the reservation when I went back and looked. Other hotels in the area are doing this now. I appreciate being up front and expect this behavior from some hotels but not a Hampton with a surface lot with no deck or scarce parking. This is a cash grab, a way to make the room rate appear $12 cheaper than it really is. I come here often. Fortunately there are plenty of other hotels around that don’t nickel and dime. I will reward them for their good behavior even if I have to pay more. Hampton Bend, if you read this and decide to change your ways, let me know.
- Diana (10/5): - I had a fantastic experience at the Hampton Inn! The staff provided excellent customer service—friendly, helpful, and attentive. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, making it easy to relax and feel at home. Everything was well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay with top-notch service.
- Heather (10/5): - Great stay! The man who checked me in was very nice and helpful and I think it was a less busy night so I got to pick what side of the building I wanted on which was super nice! The saltwater pool was great and the pool room had lots of windows in it which made it really nice and pretty. The location is nice. You can walk to concerts and the old mill district.
- Juan (8/5): - I like how quiet and safe of the building. Thanks.
- Diana (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was great. Everything about our stay was easy and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!
- Q8193LRpeggyb (10/5): A Quick Overnight in Bend - The absolute best thing about this hotel is the location. You are by the river, near the Amphitheater, close to shopping and dining options. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean, and the staff were all very polite. Overall a nice place to stay.
Downsides: the parking is limited. The room was clean, but needed some TLC. Quite a bit of wear and tear showing. The breakfast options were standard, but one tip: forget the lemon pepper on the potatoes. Too much of a powerful spice for a breakfast offering.
I would recommend this hotel to friends and family based on location and the pleasant staff.
- 444christynat (6/5): Disappointed - Ridiculous additional $12.00 parking fee! - We've been staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites in bend for years and have had nothing but great experiences due to the proximity to the hayden holmes amphitheater. Unfortunately, now they are charging a $12 parking fee per vehicle per day. No matter your reason for staying there. Even after their price gauging during local events, paying $388 for a one night stay, that wasn't enough. They feel the need to tack on an additional parking fee. This is absolutely ridiculous and unnecessary charge, I am beyond disappointed with the Hampton Inn & Suites in Bend, Oregon.
- Christyna (4/5): - Disappointed after price gouging, charging >$388.00 for a one stay during an local event. They now have an additional $12.00 parking fee per vehicle, per day. Absolutely ridiculous and will be staying at a more reasonable near by hotel in the future.
- Terri (10/5): -
- N882MKcraigs (6/5): For the money....they are chintzy. No value! - Our three nite stay (wife and I) was approximtely $1,100. In my opinion alot of money. I am disapointed because after the first nite we asked for additional coffee packets for the in room coffee maker. We had used the two packets that were provided for regular coffee. They gave us coffee for ONE cup of coffee. Additionally, the linens were susposed to be changed as printed within the room for the third nite...they were not changed. Chintzy.
- Forquer (10/5): -
- Rick (10/5): - Staff are excellent. Rochell and Maria were so helpful. They are why I come back.
- Cassondra (10/5): - It was a great experience from check in to check out.
- Justin (9/5): Stayed here for a concert, and our room was just outside the entrance. Can’t ask for a better location! - its proximity to Hayden Homes Ampitheater nothing
- Alena (9/5): -
- Sherrill (10/5): Great staff, Great room, Great Location! - Everything for the most part A bit expensive
- Krissa (10/5): - This is our go to when floating the Deschutes River! Love the area
- Verified traveler (6/5): Room with No View - The stay was fine. Our room was 229. The view was of a wall.
Now when you pay for a room, you should have a view. The room with the wall should have been discounted.
- Heather (10/5): - It was a great experience and so close to Hayden Amphitheater
- Steve (10/5): -
- Laura (10/5): - We stay at this location every year
- Andres (10/5): - Aside from the ridiculous fact they charge for parking as a paying hotel guest in Bend! this place is a gem.
- Shaun (10/5): - Staff was great location was perfect for attending a concert
- Emily (2/5): Interrupted rest - Very disappointing stay. An hour before checkout, housekeeping banged on our door over and over, even though we were well within our checkout time. It startled and upset my husband and I. It completely ruined our last morning. We felt rushed, unwelcome, and disrespected, definitely not the relaxing experience we paid for.
- Vickie (10/5): - !
- Filip (10/5): - Incredible location. Right next to the entrance into the Hayden homes amphitheater. Lovely staff. Clean property. Excellent breakfast.
- Ryan (10/5): - Location is awesome Little spendy
- caron (10/5): - Very good location in Bend. The River, shopping and trails were great.
- Laurie (10/5): - Great location! Walkable to Hayden Homes ampitheater and to Riverbend Park and Old Mill District
- Thaddeus (10/5): - Great location and value…can’t beat the waffles
- Petra (10/5): -
- TempeBrisbane (8/5): Great location - We stayed here as we were attending a concert at Hayden Homes Amphitheatre. It was a great location, just a few minutes walk - and best of all, not fighting traffic at the end of the show.
That being send, on our second night there was another concert, and we could hear it until 10pm. So if you are staying here in the summer, be prepared for that.
The breakfast was a little disappointing - no variation between the days, and the hot food offerings were rubbery omelets and fatty sausage slices and bacon.
It is a short walk to the Old Mill District with all the shops and restaurants, and a short drive to downtown.
- shawn (10/5): - It was great and convenient for the concert venue
- Lyn D (8/5): Fun trip - Good location
- Alex (10/5): - Very clean and quiet! Short walk to Bend mill district for shopping and dining! Also near concert venue which we loved!
- Tuomo (2/5): -
- Mary (6/5): - Everthing is great except for the beds. I don’t mind ones that are firm but these were super firm to the point of being uncomfortable.
- shirley (10/5): - The staff is so considerate and nice!
- Sarah (10/5): - This is my favorite place to stay when I come to Bend. The staff is always amazing and helpful with whatever is needed. The rooms are always impeccably clean and comfortable. Love that I can walk everywhere in just a few minutes to get delicious food, coffee, ice cream etc. or shop for pretty much anything I want or need. Everything is right there.
- JD (9/5): Great stay - Excellent ocation, very clean, quiet room friendly & helpful staff, plenty of parking
- Burl (10/5): - If you’re not there to see a concert you probably won’t be happy how loud it can be during a show. Also they charged us $20 a night for parking. Love the location and breakfast. Nice big rooms.
- Anne (10/5): Exceptional Stay! - We loved our stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites. The breakfast was delicious; with new options each morning, the rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The location can't be beat, we were able to walk to shops and restaurants, float on the Deschutes, and didn't have to worry about parking or fighting traffic for the concert at Hayden- this hotel is right next to the venue. We will definitely be back!
- Christine (6/5): Would stay again if seeing a concert at Hayden - The morning staff was great, really helpful and friendly. The location to see a concert at The Hayden Ampitheater can't be beat, an easy walk. The afternoon staff wasn't friendly or very helpful. A heads-up about the 20-dollar parking would have been nice. Pillows were uncomfortable.
- Ron (7/5): - The location was great as it is next to the venue. The staff was always cheerful and helpful. The price was a little high and we had requested a river view room and they didn't accommodate. Toiletries were either out or low, toilet paper, lotion, shampoo. Had to ask housekeeping for more. Ice machine not working on our floor. No accommodation for guest parking as we were visiting family in the area.
- Joanne (10/5): - The bed was quite comfy and the complimentary breakfast was well presented & yummy. Enjoyed the firepit area. So close to our room & what a great place to meet other guests! Being next door to Hayden Homes Amphitheatre completed our birthday weekend. A convenient easy walk to & from our concert.. Bonus was getting to hear Sound Checks which was the icing on the Cake!
- Carl (10/5): It was delightful. - The location N/A
- Sara (8/5): - Great location. Lame $20/night parking fee.
- Scott (10/5): - No complaints. Location was perfect for the event I was attending. Can’t think of anything
- Yvette (9/5): Great overall stay. Consider offering cookies? - Location and cleanliness Breakfast could use a bit of an upgrade
- Jennifer (10/5): - Awesome place
