• Andreas Matthias (10/5): Very nice staff, quiet facility, perfect location - The staff is VERY friendly and helpful, they were all so lovely! :)) We also got a free room upgrade to a bigger room with a balcony and a big bathroom, which was very cool. The bathroom has all the amenities you need for a stay, and the room service gives you fresh water if you need some. You can also rent scooters there for 11-15$ (depending on the scooter), they have a (during our stay quiet) restaurant and bar, and the pool is also not busy with plenty of space. It was very quiet at night, no bugs/mosquitoes, and all in all a very pleasant stay! The location is perfect - close enough to the City Centre/Pub Street to only walk few minutes, but far enough to not have noise at night. If you are a long and light sleeper you might need some earplugs in the morning before noon, as a nearby school has a lot of very happy (and a bit loud) kids - but my partner slept through it all, and it gets very quiet again at noon. :)

My room at the back was clean, comfortable, quiet and had a good sized balcony. Great location, short walk from everything you need but far enough from the noise of pub street not to hear it.

The location is great, WiFi is also very good. It has a nice place to sit around the pool and it’s quiet and clean in the rooms.

The location is great also, Siem Reap doesn't really feel like a big city and this place is quite centrally located. I mostly just walked everywhere I wanted to go and didn't even really need tuktuks or taxis. Only to get to and from the airport. Would stay again It was a little cumbersome to not have an elevator when moving bags up and down, the staff is willing to help with the bags though but I felt a bit bad to let them carry my packs. Other than that it was a bit loud at night, since it is close to pub street, but I got used to it quite quickly

• Milou (8/5): - Prima kamer. Gunstige locatie op loopafstand van Pub Street. Er liggen badhanddoeken die je kan gebruiken voor bij het zwembad! Tot een uur of 12 uur is het heerlijk zonnig bij het zwembad, daarna helaas schaduw. Veel gerechten op het menu waren niet beschikbaar bij het restaurant.

Courteous staff. Did not try restaurant or pool. All amenities nearby, including restaurants and shops and 7-11. Easy to get anywhere if you use Grab app. They probably used photoshop for pictures. Hotel not as glossy as shown online but still a good bargain.

• Kennet (8/5): Value for money suite in SR - They have everything better than in the pictures and we got upgraded into a suite room so its all good for us. The air-conditioner turned the room very much comfortable cold which is a relief after walking around sweltering hot SR. Its low season so its understood that the lighting during night time is not always on since we arrived very late (10:45pm) and there is no elevator - however the concierge took his way out to bring up some of our suitcase and he was really nice. To sum up, they compensate for whatever it is that seemed a lack.

• Alisa (4/5): Would be quite ok despite the shower but the bars on the windows spoils the stay - Quite ok swimming pool, but I prefer big ones. The staff did not talk to me or advice what to see or asked if I need any help. Great location, good AC, good tooth brush, comfy bed, quite clean room (but not the walls) and clean bed linnen. The bars on the window!!! Makes you feel like in prison. Impossible to open. And no fire alarm. No socets near the bed and none in the bathroom. It total 5 socets in the room, only 2 works. The shower is typical asian style, absolutely hate them. Everything is wet after taking a shower. The hairdryer is a joke, doesnt dry hair at all and has short cable. Dirty walls. Mind that the hostel is in front of the school. There are better options in Siem Reap for that price.

• Kelsey (10/5): Smiley staff and peaceful pool! - We were in need of a peaceful tucked away place and this spot provided. The pool was so clean and relaxing, the staff was so kind and smiley and helpful with laundry and booking buses, the food at the restaurant was well priced and filling. The big bonus for me was that the staff refilled everything in the room each day, shampoo, coffee, waters, TP, fresh towels, etc. That was a huge treat! Would definitely stay here again. The price was a bit higher because of Khmer new year so not sure the normal price but either way was worth it! Also if you’re not keen on people going in your room then might ask for a don’t disturb card. But for us it was great 10/10 :-)

Breakfast was delicious with many healthy varieties of options, including an omlet bar. On the days that we had to leave the hotel super early, they had Breakfast boxes to go, which was so convenient! We also had a massage service upon our arrival and it was one of the best massages we've ever had. • Swen (10/5): Relaxing and comfortable with friendly staff. - Very nice hotel with everything you need to relax after a day’s activity. Rooms are as described and clean. Friendly staff helps with questions and bookings. Highly recommend it.
• Susan (5/5): Helpful staff but noisy hotel - Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and hotel were generally very clean The room was very noisy due to noise carrying from Pub Street. The pillows had sweat marks on them. The staff found us better ones.

• Rory (10/5): Perfect stay in Siem Reap - I’m really happy with my choice to stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, employees were super friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Additionally, the room was always cleaned upon return from our daily tours. Loved the morning breakfast and the breakfast crew was always working hard to provide excellent service. Will definitely stay again when in Siem Reap

• David (10/5): A fabulous find in the centre of Siem Reap - Everything! The concept of the hotel is so thoughtful. The employees are extremely friendly. I loved the interior of the rooms. The pool is spacious and the hotel is super central yet very quiet. We had an amazing stay and would 100% come back!
• 孔 (10/5): Great place to stay if exploring Seim Reap - We had a very good stay at Siem Reap Comfort for 5 days. The staff are very sweet and attentive, and would greet us with cool towelettes when we’d come in from the temples dusty and tired. After spending long days at the Angkor temple complex, the sheltered pool and garden are a lovely place to wind down, cool down and relax by. The room was clean, spacious and looked exactly as advertised on booking.com. They provide reusable water bottles that you can take to the temples which was a nice touch. It’s very centrally located, and easy walk to pub street, the river or various markets.
• Sona (7/5): Good - Very friendly and helpful staff, good location close to the city centre Mosquitos in the room, loud music outside after midnight
