The pool had been closed since COVID— limited facilities on site.

- Jacqueline (4/5): Disappointed with our stay , definitely no more than a 3 star hotel . Won’t be staying again . - Loved the location , although we couldn’t see anything from our window except a wall Rock hard uncomfortable bed
Both latches broke on the window, we had to put cardboard in to stop the wind blowing in . Room was freezing they had not put the radiator on to warm it up before we arrived . Took 2hrs to warm the room .
Fuse box in the bedroom hummed loudly through the night .

- Anthony (9/5): If north Mayo is your destination, you should not be disappointed here. - I would always find it difficult to fault an Irish 3-star hotel that knows exactly what it is. It's a great location; just outside a small town, with sea views and nice outdoor areas. It is a big enough hotel, but nothing ever seems far away. It enjoys a good bar, very decent food and a bountiful breakfast. Best of all, the friendly staff create a "all-part-of-the-one-family" vibe. Any faults are trivial, and would require unfair expectations from a 3-star hotel in early spring.

- Carmel (10/5): - Staff were very friendly and accommodating. no fridge in the double room
- Harry (9/5): Great place to stay, friendly staff - Location and staff
- John (10/5): -
- Carol (9/5): - Good location with plenty of parking. Good value with decent breakfast included. Warm with a comfortable bed. Quiet room. Bedroom decor dated, with discoloured grout in the bathroom. Bedside lights didn't work.
- Wilson (10/5): Perfect - Just perfect for a getaway to Mayo. Nice easy clean room. Excellent breakfast.
- Rachael (8/5): Lovely hotel, great breakfast - I contacted the hotel to organise an earlier check in to get ready for a wedding that day. They were helpful in organising it. Breakfast was great. Thought it was good value for money. Hotel staff were lovely! It’s was a great location to the venue we had to go to. Overall happy with room size. Only downside was the mattress was too soft, our backs were sore and stiff next day. Also under the sink was mouldy and dirty. That was a bit off putting as to the cleanliness of the bathroom.
- joan (8/5): - It was fine Nil
- Siobhan (10/5): Loved it - Beautiful location, friendly staff
- Michael (8/5): Lovely stay in coastal Belmullet, Eire. - Very good location - close to our meeting place with our customer in lovely setting close to the coast. The room was both clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities. The restaurant was closed for our stay but despite this the breakfast was superb, very good choice and well-prepared. The bathroom was looking tired, but nonetheless very clean and tidy. There was a slight smell in the bathroom, probably from the shower curtain along the side of the bath which was a bit off-putting, but I consider this a minor issue.
