The owner cooks good food and has n real big menu. Try Sun and Sand. The Chinese restaurant near Eden Villa. All of the above was nice and not pricy.

• moore (10/5): - Depuis mon arrivée, super bien accueilli une très bonne équipe, location de voiture sans stress ! bien content.De avoir la climatisation et frigo dans la chambre. Piscine très propre et côté restaurant petit déjeuner jusqu'à repas de soir au top ! Chambre refaite bien comme il le faut tout les matins. La plage a 5 minutes a pied et plan de petit commerce au tour de l'hôtel . Bureau de échange a même pas 1 minutes a pied. Je voyager tout seul et je me suis senti en sécurité pendant toute mon séjour.

The accommodation was nice äa bit older) but the staff and owner were very polite and helpful, and answered all our questions. The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable with private bathroom Street parking was available next to the apartment. Perfect for a one-night stay. We had booked the dinner and the dinner and breakfast were tasty and fantastic. They had 2 dogs in prop=erty whiuch were very friendly. The property has a pool and they ensure all is well and good on our side. We would definitely come back a bit older accommodation but other than that all was perfect

Grzyb na ścianach, pod prysznicem, basen to skansen. Mieliśmy wykupione 5 nocy, po jednej wyjechaliśmy. Byliśmy z małym dzieckiem a warunki tam panujące były tragiczne i nienadające się dla dziecka.

A la base nous n'avions pas pris la demi-pension mais finalement nous avons mangé tous les soirs car autour de cet établissement pas grand choix de restaurants. Le personnel est aux petits soins. EDEN VILLA est bien centré à deux pas du centre et la plage est à coté. mention très bien pour les filles employées ainsi que le serveur pour le repas du soir L'etablissement n'y est pour rien mais pas de bus pour se déplacer , il faut prendre des taxis collectifs et c'est un problème pour aller sur certains endroits .

Le personnel est tres gentil mais l hôtel est tres en dessous de la promesse faites sur votre présentation... c est une guesthouse tres moyenne en terme de confort et de charme... dommage avec un peu de entretien ca pourrait être pas mal.... Tout est en décrépitude....

• Bogdan (8/5): gut - Eden Villa in Belle Mare is located just a few minutes’ walk from the sea 🌊. The location is very good: nearby there are shops and a few restaurants. But honestly, you don’t really need them if you stay at Eden Villa, because everything you need is there. The breakfast and dinner were very delicious. Even in the afternoon, I had the chance to get something to eat – the kind staff were always happy to prepare something for me. I was especially happy that one of the staff members could speak German. The rooms were always clean, very cozy, and equipped with air conditioning. Overall, I really liked everything. One small thing was a bit unusual: there are many dogs in the streets. They don’t do anything bad, but the barking can sometimes be a little annoying. Still, it was a very nice stay – I would definitely recommend Eden Villa!

They have also cereal and Fruits. So far in my stay I don't have negatives to say. Actually they let me check inn earlier I landed early around 8:30 am, then from airport to Eden Villa Belle Mare roughly 1 hour to 1:30 Hours this hotel location was like 5 mins walk to belle mare beach. This beach area is so beautiful not much stones and corals White Sands beach. There is a lot excursions. 3 days I stay I enjoyed it

• Valérie (8/5): Hôtel tenu par une famille au grand cœur - La gentillesse du personnel et leur dévouement pour leurs clients. La propreté des chambres malgré la vétusté de l'hôtel. La chambre est faite chaque jour. Nous avions eu envie d'une pizza et le patron nous a confectionné avec amour, une pizza hawaïenne de folie qui n'était pas sur la carte, juste pour nous. Nous étions choqués par la qualité et par le geste de nous avoir personnalisé notre repas. Cet hôtel, comme beaucoup l'ont précis, aurait besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement mais venir à Éden villa c'est vous garantir un séjour où vous serez traités comme des rois avec respect et bienveillance. De plus, l'hôtel est super bien placé à 5 mn d'un plage de rêve aux eaux turquoises. Le petit chien Lucky est aussi un membre à part entière du personnel qui fait son travail de peluche de service. Adorable. Et le rhum offert par le patron à chaque fin de repas, trés apprécié. Ambiance familiale et décontractée. Hôtel à conseiller à ceux qui recherche un côté routes mais accueillant. Vous y rencontrerez une famille mauricienne qui fait de son mieux pour faire vivre ce lieu avec tout leur cœur. Nous avons apprécié le bal des chauves souris sous nos yeux quand nous étions installés sur la grande terrasse du haut avec les arbres en fleurs. Top. Dommage que la piscine ne soit pas opérationnelle pour y piquer une tête.

Snídaně dostatečná tzn. palačinky, omelety na přání, světlý a toastový chléb, sladké pečivo, arašídové máslo, dva druhy marmelády, Nutela, máslo, sýr, káva, čaj, mléko, kakao, ovoce (mango, banán, jablka, pomeranče) a cereálie do mléka. Můžete si zcela dobrovolně při snidani objednat večeři z jídelního lístku, mimochodem večeře byly výborné. Strávili jsme zde 4 noci a psy jsem neslyšel štěkat ani jednou. To jenom reaguji na předchozí recenzi. Atmosféru dolaďuje majitel (nebo šéf, nevim), který je velice ochotný a i vtipný. Kdykoliv bych se vrátil znovu. Váhal jsem s hodnocením mezi 9 a 10, z budou zachování objektivity dávám 9. Ale bylo to pěkné. Nic

L’hôtel est daté mais entretenu le mieux possible. Le gérant et son équipe font le maximum mais comment faire plus quand le propriétaire du lieu ne leur permet pas de rénover l’établissement.Quel dommage !Tout nos encouragements pour ces personnes authentiques et agréables...

Jednej nocy hotel wynajął przestrzeń restauracyjną grupie z zewnątrz (nie będącą gośćmi hotelu) na imprezę, przez bardzo głośną muzykę nie dało się spać. Po kilku skargach ostatecznie muzyka została wyłączona ale było to późno.
• Beate & Frank (8/5): Gute Basis zur Erkundung der Ostküste - Wir hatten 3 schöne Tage in Belle Mare. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Eden Villa liegt im Zentrum des Ortes und recht nahe am schönen, ruhigen Strand von Belle Mare, der allerdings an großen Abschnitten von Hotels belegt ist. Das Frühstück war gut, wir hatten auch ein leckeres Dinner auf Vorbestellung. Außerdem wurden Autos vermietet und Touren angeboten, z. B. zur Ile aux Cerfs. Von der Terrasse im Obergeschoss kann man am Abend viele Fledermäuse beobachten. Es gibt nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hat. Das Guesthouse ist recht einfach ausgestattet und könnte mal wieder renoviert werden, aber das hat unseren Urlaub nicht beeinträchtigt.

Ceux qu'il a dit est déjà faut il y a des témoins, d'autant plus qu'il est arrivé saoul!!!

There’s no hot water no blankets and you sleep with the cockroaches. The owner s a THIEF! It is so run down that even the homeless doesn’t deserve to stay there

• Frances (10/5): Lovely, relaxing stay and superb, dedicated team - We have stayed at Eden Villa a few times now and this is our third visit here. Vishal, Eliana, and the staff, Surika and Mammie, are exceptional - always so lovely, attentive and hospitable. Super helpful - they went out of their way to help with everything we needed including recommendation of tours, preparing my son's favourite dish for dinner on our last evening without charge and arranging a very late check-out until we left in the evening on our last day. We had a lovely stay. It was a pleasant, relaxing and a calm atmosphere, and on a previous occasion, they even organised a very sweet surprise gesture with a birthday cake on my birthday. They truly are a very lovely, warm, and dedicated team ❤️❤️and we love the cute doggie, Lucky ❤️❤️. Breakfast and dinner was delicious and full of abundance. My son loved the crispy chicken so much he had it everyday! 😆 Location-wise, perfect and just round the corner from the beach (about 5 mins walk). We will definitely come back again for sure, thank you very much for making our stay so lovely ❤️❤️

Cook would prepare for me special meals for my health condition. And Lina the chambermaid was a joy. Clearer communication about different menus, prices and promotions.

Good and one of the only options for Belle Mere, if you are not - Nice location and nice staff Bit run down, stayed in 3 other guest houses on Mauritius and all were slightly cheaper and all were smarter, better looked after, Eden was just a bit run down. Perfectly fine just not to the standard of other of the same price.

• Amrit (1/5): Nearly single-handledly ruined our experience in Mauritius; had to leave that place ASAP - The location was close enough to a lovely beach and not too difficult to find. Easily accessible by public transport but car struggled to get through that narrow road so walking is best. Where do we start here?! This is easily THE WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had in a paid hotel. The bald hosts were absolutely atrocious - 1 of them seemed welcoming, the other thought of himself to be the bodyguard of the place. Had no manners with guests and in general this place isn't a hotel. It felt like you were staying at someone's house and in the case of this host; your enemy's house.

• Keith (5/5): Mediocre stay. Won't be back here again. - Comfortable bed. Clean room. Great breakfast. Staff seem friendly. Pool in good shape. You basically need to speak French to stay here. The staff don't understand a word. We needed a translator. We arrived, and there was no electric kettle or hair dryer as mentioned in the room facilities. To try and communicate this to the staff was impossible. Eventually, through a translator, I could get the kettle and hair dryer for my wife. I was initially told that we need to pay 100 rupees extra for the kettle, which I thought was crazy. The building needs some work and is falling apart in some areas but nothing serious. The bathroom is old, and the access door to the pipes doesn't close properly. The area is 3 min from the beach, but we didn't feel safe on the walk to the main road at night.
