• Simone (10/5): Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wiederkommen! - Das Frühstück war vielseitig. Es gab es auf der Dachterrasse mit herrlichen Blick auf das Viktor-Emanuels-Monument. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels perfekt. Da das Hotel zentral ist, ist es manchmal sehr laut. Uns hat es nicht gestört und für den Schlaf liegen für jeden Gast Ohrstöpsel bereit.

The air conditioning was good. Really close to the coloseum. Breakfast on the terrace was beautiful. Coffee was great. Fresh apple and orange juice available using a machine. Weather was beautiful which made the view pretty awesome too Small issue with noise from the street in the morning. Might be an issue if you're a light sleeper. Didn't really bother us too much

• esra (1/5): Yaşadığımız en kötü otel deneyimlerinden biriydi, sadece konumu için kalınmaya değmez civardaki başka otellere bakılabil - Konumu gerçekten çok iyiydi otelden önemli turistik yerlere yürüyerek çok kolay ulaştık. Civarda popüler restaurantlar da vardı Odamız çok tozluydu, kumaş yatak başlığında saçlar vardı, havlular çok sararmıştı kirli gibi hissettiriyordu. Temizlik açısından hiç rahat edemedik. Kahvaltısı çok kötüydü birkaç şarküteri, kötü yapılmış yumurta ve tek çeşit ekmek dışında neredeyse hiç bir şey yoktu karnımızı zar zor doyurmayı başardık. Odamız arka taraftaki havalandırma boşluğuna bakıyordu ve sürekli yemek kokusu ve sinek girme ihtimali olduğu için camı açamadık oda hücre gibi oluyor camı açamayınca. Bir de son olarak banyonun odanın içinde olması ve cam bir bölmeyle ayrılması çok kötü, hem duş alırken odaya su akıyor, hem biri duş alırken diğer kişi odanın camını açmaya kalkarsa dışardaki binalardan duşun içindeki insan görülebiliyor, hem de banyodaki tüm sesler odanın içinde duyuluyor. Ayrıca banyonun nemi tüm odayı havasız yapıyor ama camı da açıp havalandıramıyorsunuz.

Lots of restaurants nearby. We would recommend this hotel. The shower and bath were open to the main bedroom. Needs a larger curtain that will block the view into the room and block water on the bathroom side. We made it all work, but it was a bit awkward.

• Martin (8/5): Lage top - Sie liegt sehr zentral. Forum Romanum liegt vor der Türe und das Kolosseum gleich daneben. Zum Petersdom geht man 25 Minuten. Man kommt an viele interessante Sehenswürdigkeiten in 20-30 Minuten zu Fuß hin. Die U-Bahn ist 10 Minuten entfernt. Das Frühstück ist nicht sehr reichhaltig. Es gibt nur Toastbrot. Das Frühstück ist auf der Dachterrasse. Wir waren Ende März da. Es hat da geregnet und es war kalter Wind. Es hat da durchgezogen wie Hechtsuppe. Ohne warmer Jacke hat man da gefroren.

Che è da mediocre affittacamere. La pulizia lascia davvero a desiderare, tanto che ho dovuto richiedere l'intervento. Il bagno era sporco.

Le restaurant accolé à l’hôtel est excellent avec un service top. L’horaire du petit déjeuner à 8h est un peu tard pour commencer la journée de visite. Aucune vue depuis la chambre.
• Alice (8/5): Piacevole soggiorno nella cittá eterna - La camera era abbastanza spaziosa e molto accogliente, abbiamo alloggiato al quarto piano. Letto grande e con un materasso davvero comodo. Bagno con dettagli raffinati e doccia molto ampia. Frigo bar super fornito, prodotti da bagno offerti di buona qualità e possibilità di prepararsi tè o caffè in camera. La colazione viene servita su una bella terrazza con vista sull'Altare della Patria e sui tetti di Roma, il buffet non é particolarmente vario, ma i prodotti offerti sono sempre freschi e di buona qualità. Un plauso allo staff che si occupava delle colazioni, sempre gentile, sorridente e premuroso. Ottima posizione rispetto al centro città e alle principali attrazioni. Insonorizzazione delle camere migliorabile. L'albergo si affaccia su una zona rumorosa e alla sera si sentono gli schiamazzi degli avventori dei locali sulla via. Al mattino spesso ci si sveglia al suono dei netturbini che raccolgono il vetro. Pulizia dei pavimenti non molto accurata.

La salle de bain est bien agencée, il y a suffisamment de place pour se préparer sans se sentir à l'étroit. Le personnel parfait, à l'écoute, très disponible, et très sympa! Ils gardent les bagages, avant le check in et après le check out si besoin . La Résidence est située à 2 rues du Colisée, à proximité de bonnes adresses. Emplacement au top! L'accès au métro ligne B est à 7 minutes à pied, donc facilité de déplacement dans la ville.

• Sławomir (10/5): Wspaniała wizyta - Bardzo fajny kameralny hotel w świetnej lokalizacji. Obsługa jest naprawdę miła i bardzo pomocna. Od początku czułem się tam bardzo mile widziany. Pokój który zajmowałem był czysty i bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Łóżko duże i wygodne. Wszystko było dokładnie tak jak w opisie. Taras na którym podawane są śniadania robi super wrażenie, jest tam piękny widok, a pani która tam pracuje tworzy bardzo miłą atmosferę. Restauracja przy hotelu również jest bardzo dobra, a pracownicy są bardzo sympatyczni. To był mój pierwszy raz w Rzymie i bardzo się cieszę że zdecydowałem się na pobyt właśnie w tym miejscu. The breakfast was good, with fresh orange juice. The room was just like on the photos. The noise from the street was disturbing, as the window in my room was not sufficiently isolated - I could understand what people were talking about on the street even with widows closed.

Le personnel est formidable, aussi bien à l’accueil qu’au ménage et au petit déjeuner. Chambre très propre et bien équipée. Excellente adresse, je recommande ! Point négatif : l’isolation phonique. Nous avons vite compris pourquoi il y avait des bouchons d’oreilles sur la table de nuit ! Seul bémol, mais pas des moindres.

• Jack (10/5): Fantastic accommodation, clean/spacious rooms, location is great. Will be staying again on return to Roma - The property is perfectly located for the Colosseum/Forum and restaurants. Hidden just around the corner makes it feel safe and a nice retreat whilst also being so close to the hustle and bustle. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like- the road outside the window at times could be noisy, but that’s not an issue with the hotel
• Roman (8/5): Kann ich jedem Weiter empfehlen der Rom für paar Tage erkunden will. - Die Lage des Hotels war hervorragend. Es ist so ziemlich alles sehenswürdige zu Fuß erreichbar und die Metro "Cavour" nicht weit entfernt. Das Buffet auf der Dachterrase war schlicht und gut für einen tollen Start in den sighteeing Tag und für den ein oder anderen Bonus bedanke ich mich herzlichst. Das Restaurante neben dem Hotel ist super. Nette angestellte und guter Service. Aber die Pizzeria daneben täuscht gerne mal nach 8pm warme Pizzen vor wenn man sie "take away" nimmt. Aufpassen und nicht reinlegen lassen.

Each and every staff member we interacted with was always willing to go above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. From check-in to check-out, breakfast/options, finding a pastry dish my wife learned about for a staff member at another hotel in Rome we stayed at before moving to this location which is a 8-10 min walk to the colosseum and forum. The only thing is the bed could be more comfortable and the neighborhood noise but beyond that there is nothing else we did not like. The noise comes with the neighborhood, but the hotel does provide ear plugs to help drown out the sound.

We traveled to Vanice for a day and was able to leave our luggage and they placed it in our room upon return. The hotel is in working distance to the colosseum, forum other major attractions. Nothing. The staff is the difference maker at this place. Breakfast is okay with good selection for your dietary needs. There is also a restaurant attached to the building with a discount for hotel guest.

Zimmer etwas kleiner als aufgrund der Fotos vorgestellt. Dusche (Badwanne?) mit hoher Wand zum drübersteigen etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Zimmer sehr hellhörig/Wände sehr dünn und leider Straßenlärm (Müllabfuhr) in den frühen Morgenstunden sehr laut. Dafür kann das Quartier nichts, aber die Fenster enthalten auch keinen Schallschutz.

• Danil (9/5): - Everything was excellent! A wonderful place with very friendly staff. The location is perfect, with plenty of attractions and restaurants nearby. The only downside was some constant noise, possibly from a restaurant vent humming throughout the day, which made it a bit uncomfortable.
• Terézia&György (9/5): Szívesen visszatérnénk ide. - Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés, igazi római utcában, éttermek, boltok és egy kis piac közel, házon belül is étterem és utcára kiszolgáló büfé. Korábban is becsekkolhattunk, érkezéskor és távozáskor is megőrizték a poggyászunkat. Segítettek egy taxirendelésben is. Szobaszéf, minibár, üdvözlő üveg pezsgő. Udvari szobánk volt, nem volt zajos. Szokatlanul jó wifi. A tetőteraszon nagyon hangulatos, nagyon jó reggeli. Ugyanitt esténként bár. Naponta gondos takarítás. Tényleges recepció nincs, de a szomszédban napközben ott voltak, hívásra rögtön jöttek. Egy szekrény vagy legalább néhány polc jó lett volna.

• Evdokia (6/5): - Μείναμε πολύ ικανοποιημένοι από το προσωπικό, ήταν ευγενικοί, ειδικά η Σαμπρίνα που φρόντισε να μας δώσει λύση και πληροφορίες σε ότι της ζητήσαμε με το πιο εξαιρετικό χαμόγελο. Δεν μας άρεσε η κατάσταση που βρισκόταν οι εγκαταστάσεις, η καθαριότητα και η κατάσταση των σεντονιων, πετσετών του καταλύματος.
• karl (10/5): Ein Hotel, das indivudell und dennoch zentral gelegen ist, indem man sich von Anfang an wohl fühlt. - Die zentrale Lage des Hotels, in einer Seitengasse der Via Cavour gelegen, ist ein riesiger Vorteil. Man kann alle Ausflüge grundsätzlich zu Fuß erledigen - der Petersdom, die Engelsburg und die vatikanischen Museen sind zu Fuß für schwere Geher schon eine Herausforderung - Jedenfalls ist die U-Bahn-Station Colosseum nur etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Für Frühschläfer - wenn man um 20 Uhr Nachtruhe pflegen möchte - ist es vermutlich zu laut, obwohl Ohropax gratis im Zimmer aufliegen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist genau nach unserem Geschmack gewesen. Viel Obst, aber auch Schinken und Käse, Rührei und Speck, Gebäck und Toast und man frühstückt auf der Dachterrasse im 4.Stock - Wow. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit.
