C’est réconfortant de pouvoir être sur de retrouver tous ce qu l’on souhaite à chaque passage: propreté, service, bon petit déjeuner, bonne isolation… et tout cela a un prix maitrisé.

Bien qu'il soit interdit de fumer dans les chambres, il continue à y avoir des malotrus qui contreviennent à la règle. J'ai eu une chambre avec une forte odeur de tabac froid. Je l'ai signalé à la réception qui m'a proposé de changer de chambres. M'étant déjà installé et étant pressé ce jour-là, j'ai décliné l'offre. Mais je tiens à partager ce "coup de gueule" contre les gens sans-gêne, qui pourrissent la vie des autres par leur égoïsme.
• ANA P (10/5): Bom custo-benefício. - O hotel foi melhor do que pensava. Não estava muito bem avaliado, mas resolvi arriscar. Achei muito simpático, estava todo decorado com motivo de Halloween e o pessoal foi bem agradável. É um pouco longe do centro, mas fica perto do metrô linha 11 e em menos de 20 minutos vc está no centro de Paris. Pode ser uma boa opção para quem busca economia. Bem bonitinho e moderno! Gostei!

• Nicklas Lykke (2/5): Rude staff - The worst hotel experience in my life. The staff was very snappy and rude. On the first day we asked for 2 extra pillows but the reception just looked weird at us and couldn’t understand why we would need that. He said that he would come up with them asap. One hour later and he came with only one pillow. The next day we were only given 1 towel but didn’t wanted to say anything given the past experience. In the last day we had 0 towels so we went down and asked for 2. Again we were met with a snappy attitude. The Wi-Fi was very bad and often you had to reconnect ( which took a very long time). At one time we accidentally stepped on wet floor and the cleaner shouted at us. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone.

• BESNIER (8/5): - La situation de l'hôtel est pratique, à proximité du bvd périphérique, quand on arrive en voiture, et près de la station de métro Porte des Lilas, desservie par les lignes 11 et 3bis. Propreté impeccable de la chambre. Le personnel à l'accueil est très serviable. Alors qu'il y avait un problème de réglage du chauffage dans ma chambre, il m'a été immédiatement proposé de changer de chambre.

• Xenia (8/5): Glabelement déçue, surtout absence (!!) de sommier - J'ai logé dans une chambre avec deux lits jumeaux. Il n'y avait pas de sommier (!!!) les matelas étaient placés sur une planche de contreplaqué ! Très étonnant pour un hôtel vu les prix pratiqués. On dirait un bricolage pour une cabane dans les bois ou la jungle de Calais. La chambre était côté périphérique, on entendait le bruit (qualité de vitrage insuffisant et pas d'effort pour mettre les usagers dans des chambres côtés Lilas/non périphérique lorsque possible). Enfin le matin j'ai finalement voulu prendre le petit déjeuner (pas choisi au départ) mais l'employé de l'hotel me l'a refusé vu que je ne l'avais pas demandé la veille. Etant préssée, je suis partie sans déjeuner, alors que l'employé aurait pu le noter sur sa liste t me faire payer le petit déjeuner au check-out tout simplement.

• Jessica (10/5): - Great hotel! In a calm neighborhood in the outskirts of Paris. Hotel was modern, spacious, clean, and had a friendly staff. Easy to get into Paris from the hotel, and surrounding neighborhood was also fun to explore. Highly recommend if you want to visit Paris but not deal with the hustle and bustle.
• Kristina (8/5): Great stay and good location - I really enjoyed this hotel as it had everything I needed. The lobby was very cute, there’s a bar, microwave, coffee and snack machine. It was clean and comfortable and I would happily come back!
• Andre (4/5): - This hotel is more of a hostel. The staff was kind and tried to be helpful at times but spoke limited English/Spanish and it was difficult to communicate with them at times. The hotel room was very small, it did not have a fridge, no telephone in the room (every time you needed something, you had to go downstairs to the front desk), we had to ask for towels because there wasn't any in the room, AND the bathroom in our room smelled like cigarette smoke, as if the previous guests smoked in the bathroom and the smell lingered. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the closest metro station and it took about 45 minutes to get to the city center. There is other forms of transportation, like bus and tram but if you're trying to get to the center of the city, the metro is what you want to use.

(Métro a 400m et bus a 150m) Mais quartier sûr et propre, donc ceci compense largement. Idéal après une journée intense de marche et de visite. On y est tranquille.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Decent budget hotel. - A nicely kept property. Area is dull and ugly, and the room was always too hot, but the price was cheap and it was totally worth it. Breakfast was fine.

Staff were pleasant, although we were disappointed to be informed at check in that the parking was in fact not free and off-site. This was a big let down as we specifically chose a hotel a little outside the city to ensure free parking and from the looks on the faces of several guests arriving shortly after us, this was a common review of the place. I wouldn’t stay again but it’s fine for a bed for the night.

We didn’t realise you had to book parking - we thought it came with the booking - but luckily the hotel have another parking site a few hundred yards away so we could still park securely

• Brian (10/5): Handy for Le Triton - I’ve stayed here a number of times before. It is very handy if you are attending a gig at the nearby ale Triton club. It’s very close to a metro station (but watch out for stations being shut due to renovation). There quite a few nice eateries around (including Le Triton - you get a discount if you eat there) as well as various supermarkets. Buffet breakfast available and bar is open in the evening.
• Verified traveler (2/5): - La persona en la registration no encontró mi reservación le mostré mi reservación y se hizo el bobo atendió otros huéspedes me dejo esperando por dos horas de 12.00 media noche a las dos de la mañana, me cobro por la habitación nuevamente, le mostré el comprobante de que estaba pago pero o lo acepto y me dijo que si ya lo tenía pago entonces en la tarjeta de credito no me cobrarían entonces le mostré que si me cobraron, me contestó que muy raro, no tenía idea de lo que hacía, dejé las cosas de esa forma asta el día siguiente bajé a recepción le esplique a la persona de recepción lo ocurrido con los propios documentos y los cargos extras se disculpó me dijo que no entendía porque la otra persona no vio mi reservación me rehén bolso el dinero y en fin pero que esto pase a la media noche??? Y fuere de eso que no le faciliten clave para el wi di y no colaboren fue supremamwnte desagradable

• Aleksandra (6/5): Our uncomfortable stay at Port de Liles - I stayed at B&b port the Liles with my daughter for 4 nights. The hotel was clean in general, but the only amenity in the room was a shower soap. You need to have your own toiletries. No other services, only vending machines. Our room had like a dog smell. The hotel is located by the highway, but is 10 minutes walking distance to the metro stop called Port the Liles. The bus stop is closer, but we had never use it, because of the hard to figure out schedule We walked from the metro always before midnight, because that is how we were adviced. The area was by the park, which was still open, so for sure is not safe to walk for single person. There is a Carefour store walking distance-6 minutes. There are not nice Parisienne caffes around, so we took Metro to Republic stop, that had a choice of caffes. There was something like outside patio, but nothing was there, just fence and concrete. Adding a little details: pictures, plants will make the area more cozy. We did not take any pictures of the area, because there are not picturesque at all. The service desk was Ok , but always busy.
• Brian (10/5): Handy for the Le Triton - Very convenient for attending gigs at Le Triton (who also give a discount to hotel guests in their restaurant) which is just up the road or at the Paris Philharmonic Hall which three stops in the tram from Porte des Lilas. Have stayed here before and have never been disappointed with the hotel.
• Pat (8/5): - The property is fairly new and very well maintained. It met our needs for the few days we were there. It was a rather small room with small beds and no other furniture. One pillow and one towel a day (no wash cloths) takes a bit of getting used to although they finally did give us a second pillow. The lack of a shower door was also very odd, but we managed. The breakfast for 6,85€ was perhaps the best part of the stay. Eggs and bacon were added to the traditional continental fare every day and it was well worth it.

Location good, about 3 - 5 mins walk to metro. If you do intend stay with this hotel, do remember bring own toothpaste, toothbrush, room slipper for the basic stuff

Breakfast was very basic, but for me as i'm a bread, tea and juice person it was good. I wasn't keen on the door lock being a code on a piece of paper. The walls are very thin, and the person in the room next to me was in and out letting the door slam which shook the whole wall. I couldn't sort the aircon. out so was quite warm, as opening the window wasn't really an option due to busy roads and traffic noise. I had a double room single person for 2 nights, not sure I'd want to stay longer or with my partner. The bed was comfortable.

• Verified traveler (10/5): An excellent 2 star hotel in Paris. - This is a two star hotel located in the outskirts of Paris but convenient to the Paris metro. It takes about twenty minutes to get downtown. The neighborhood is a typical city neighborhood, nothing exceptional. There is a grocery store about seven minutes away. The area is noisy - typical city. But the room is extremely quiet as long as the windows are closed. The rooms are basic and small - no tissues or refrigerator. There is about a half meter of clothes hanging space - no wardrobe or drawers. However, the plumbing works. The bed is extremely comfortable. The rooms are very clean. The walls are clean and intact - no crumbling walls or ceilings. The air conditioning and wifi work. The chambermaids are efficient and friendly as is the staff. I give it five stars (out of five). Don't go here if you want a spacious hotel room with chocolate on your pillows. But if your objective is to see Paris and have a good place to sleep, this may be the place for you. You have to decide if the price fits your budget.
