At breakfast on Saturday there were 4-5 kids that were loud. One child went into the area where the food was and was blowing his nose. His mom sat on the opposite side of the room as the kids. As a result I didn't go down today for breakfast.

I didn’t like my bed it seem like it was broken in the middle and also I went in the fridge and I see leftover food in the fridge and I just started wondering is anything clean In the room clean

The hotel parking garage is very expensive but the hotel is attached to the convention center parking garage and they have plenty of spaces and allow overnight parking for a fraction of what you would pay at hotel.

No staff is in the front desk. Anyone can come in and go out with no problem. Other than that, hotel is in good area, seems safe, restaurants close by, and shops nearby.

Theyre always willing to make your breakfast complete. They were out of oatmeal but offered to make my toddler her own special bowl. How sweet! We will definitely stay when we are in town

• James (7/5): Great location, good spacious rooms and an indoor pool that we enjoyed. - The spaciousness of the rooms. Room 118 had a terrible musty smell. And literally gave me a headache. I took medicine to be able to sleep in that room. Also the lighting in the bathroom is really poor.
• Joshua (2/5): - We were impressed when we first arrived — the hotel looked immaculate, and we expected the same level of cleanliness in our room. Unfortunately, once inside, we noticed dog hair in several areas: the floor corners, couch pillows, and even the countertop near the bathroom. The carpet felt a bit sticky, and it was evident the air filter hadn’t been changed in a while. Also, the cabinet under the bathroom had fell off the hinges upon opening. Since it was late and we were exhausted from traveling, we decided to let it go for the night and just get some rest. The next morning, we mentioned it to the front desk, because aside from the room itself, the hotel was clearly well maintained. Chrystal, the manager, was kind and professional. She apologized sincerely and told us this wasn’t up to their usual standards. She said she’d apply a complimentary night’s stay to my Marriott account, even though we had booked through Expedia, which I really appreciated. I gave her my account info and left feeling heard and valued. It’s been two weeks and the points haven’t shown up yet, though when I called, I was told it could take up to 14 business days — so we’re still waiting and hopeful. Chrystal’s customer service was excellent, and I trust the room has since been addressed. My review is based solely on the room’s cleanliness, and I’ll gladly update it once the points are applied.
• Artavius (1/5): I asked for a refund & left - Rooms were nice They gave me the wrong room with no notification that the room I booked wouldn’t be available I booked this room July 15th arrived on the 19th to discover the room I booked wasn’t available total disappointment!

• LaToya (6/5): - Overall my stay was fine. I was in Tyler for the Juneteenth festivities. My issue is the parking fee. The only time i have thought about paying for parking is when i booked a room in a city's downtown or strip area. I had to pay this time for other reasons but i will not return unless someone else is paying for parking. One night i had to sit in my car and wait for someone to move so i could be closer and the other night a lady was circling looking for a park. She asked me if i were leaving. Now if u paid to park u should have a guaranteed spot to park. There was a truck with a boat taking up spaces so i wonder did they pay for all those spots or just one. Anywho this is my experience and life cost so i budget. Thanks for the stay, breakfast and pool but i will go elsewhere.

Plenty of eating choices near by, ample parking, gas and shopping close also. Good full breakfast and great friendly staff . Starting to show its age especially in bathrooms and carpet needs cleaning as it stained the bottom of socks and feet brown when walking on it.
