- Alan (8/5): - En general, Hotel El Dorado Hermosillo es una opción decente para una estancia corta. Las habitaciones y la alberca están limpias y el hotel ofrece transporte tanto al aeropuerto (a solo 10 minutos) como al consulado americano, lo cual es muy conveniente. El desayuno está incluido, es grande y gratis (de 6:30 a 9:30 am), pero no tenía mucho sabor: café, jugo de naranja, chilaquiles, huevos, frijoles, y una ensalada diferente cada día (nopales o calabazas), además de opciones más ligeras como cereal. Las instalaciones ya muestran algo de desgaste, pero nada grave que afecte la experiencia. Hay algunos detalles a considerar: el ruido de los carros en la avenida puede ser molesto por la noche, el gimnasio necesita mejor limpieza y mantenimiento, y el personal de recepción en el turno nocturno no parece estar muy motivado. A pesar de esos puntos, mi experiencia fue buena en general. Ideal si buscas un lugar práctico y con servicios útiles para viajeros.

The staff is really nice and I love that they offer free transportation to the airport and also the US consulate. The food at the restaurant was really good and again the attention from the staff was awesome. Everyone was really nice.

- Araceli (8/5): My trip to Hermosillo - Hotel is excellent for the price I was very please except for the check in day the concierge was not kind at all he didn't greet customers he didn't smile or gave any instructions on how to access the restaurant or the pool not even the room we were assigned. The room was very clean big enough for 2 people. Free airport shuttle, free breakfasts which is not that great but hey! is free, the food restaurant is not that great, but is good if you don't feel like going somewhere else, the servers ane even management are not friendly they look tired or sad, anyways the oly person that was very polite was the young man who gave us a lift to the aeropuerto very nice personality and kindness

There were kids in the hallway talking very early about 6am. I left my cellphone in my room and when I got back I notice that my phone had 15 times unsuccessfully to log in, someone came in when I was not there.
