There were no amenities, no water, no phone, not even a closet. The internet was very slow and limited in what you were allowed to access: no Google, no Facebook, no NY Times, etc. Gmail accounts would not access. I canceled my stay and moved to different hotel in the first hour.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Extremely poor service. Lack of people to serve - Lack of information in English. No sign board indicating where the hotel is. Only one person at the reception with no phone to call, unless you ask for his mobile number. If you travel alone without a local guide. I don't recommend staying in the hotel. The price is extremely high, perhaps during the exhibition. In short. Hotel is not really for foreigners
- Darren (8/5): Okay, if no other options available. - The lobby is very nice and the hotel is EXTREMELY close to the Canton Fair. However, the inside of the room was pretty bad. All the cabinets were coming off the hinges. Two of the cabinets had peoples old soft drink cans left inside, the air conditioner was broken, etc. The apartment itself was pretty rough. Also, they will ask you for 200RMB deposit for a keycard. Be sure to use Credit card for deposit if you leave early in the morning for check out. They say someone will be there and they won't be.
- Carmel (2/5): Warning do not stay here - Warning do not stay here. Dirty, old with horrible staff. There are no amenities, it is noisy but the worst part is how filthy dirty it is, from the disgusting and smelly reception area, to the soap scum build up in the shower. Disgusting.

I get off the plane take a taxi and the driver has no idea where this place is apparently no one has heard of it. I finally made him stop and flag down a cop who called them and then drove us there. The place is not a hotel. Their customer service is non existent. They don't speak English everything they say is by using an app To translate which can take an hour. The room was full of roaches the moment I turned on the light I noticed them scrambling I didn't know what to do. I couldn't sleep at night. They had one room of toilet paper on there. The shower was filthy and disgusting. The water kept showing out the non working door. The repairs on the shower were horrible and very noticeable. They finally moved me to another room to spend the last night and the smell of that bed and the sheets was unbearable. This was my first trip to China and everything else about it was good except this "hotel apartment" it ruined everything for me. It reminded me of a hostel stay or a motel for that matter and it's not like it was cheap it was $200 a Night. Do yourself a favor stay at a hotel where the bed/room is clean and fresh and where they speak English.

- thonas ju (6/5): 이용후기 - 시설은 나쁘지 않으나, 전혀 관리가 안되어 시설 보수가 시급하고, 주변에 적절한 식당시설도 없어 주변 다른 호텔을 이용해야 한다. 예약 관리가 안 되어 숙소를 2중 배당 받아 현재 사용중인 손님과 트러블 생길뻔 했다. 혼자서 전시회를 보기에는 나쁘지 않으나, 접대나 가족여행을 위한 숙소로는 적절치 않다.

- kacie (8/5): very close to the exhibition site - hopefully my review is helpful for those who are attending exhibition! The location is perfect, it is within the walking distance to the exhibition site about 5 minutes or so. Not much to do around the area though. not even decent restaurant. for dinner, we had to take the taxi to go out every night. Taxi drivers charges extra to get out of the town too. There is one convenient store nearby to get water and snacks. This hotel is a bit different. It is not a regular hotel but instead apartment complex mananged by a company. So, it might get you little confused. they required me cash deposit at the check-in. The beds in the room were very comfy and heavenly. However, our 2 bed room suite was small with only 1 bathroom. It was more like a studio with 1 bed in the room and the other bed in the living room lol cleaning service was great every morning though. For business purpose only, i would suggest this hotel to friends
- Norman (8/5): Very good hotel - The room is large and spacious. Sofa and work desk plus a kitchen area. The kitchen area had cooker, microwave and washing machine though the washing machine was not working, which was a shame, so I cannot give hotel 5 stars. Otherwise I would say very good hotel. I shall stay here every time when visiting for an exhibition. Hotel is very close to exhibition center so it ideal location if attending. There are fast food court close by for lunch. For actual restaurants, you'll need to take a taxi ride. Internet connection was good.

- sunny (2/5): WORST hotel ever !!! - This is by far the worst hotel i ever stayed. With average 200USD per night, this was what I got. First, by Expedia guaranty and also call ahead of time, the hotel had NO room for me when i arrived. They made me wait like an hour before they found me a room in the next door hotel. The next day when they told me my room was ready, I walked in the room with the cleaning lady still working on it. After I walked in the room, I found out lots of things was broken or in bad condition. First, half of the light bulb was not working. (I had to change the light bulbs myself after waiting for the maintenance guy that never show up.) Now, the wall paper is falling apart. The floor had a hole on it. The towels had holes. The sofa had stains. The door and cabinets is all in bad shape. Even the sink was falling apart. How about the service? A guy walked into my room in the middle of night and told me the hotel employee gave him the key to my room and thought this was an empty room. What the worst part is.....the hotel employee who gave him the key was the same guy who bought me a light bulb 10 mins ago so I could replace myself. I been changing four rooms in the course of two weeks staying. All the rooms were the same bad condition. Ohh....Did I mention the smell?

- ARAM (6/5): 전시장에 가까운 호텔 - 하나의 빌딩 속에 여러개의 호텔이름을 사용하고 있는 것 같습니다. 작년에도 이 호텔에 머물렀습니다만, 호텔 이름이 달라 다른 호텔인줄 알았는데 같은 호텔이더군요 금번에는 체크인을 1층이 아닌 24층에서 하였습니다. 1층, 24층, 44층 각각의 카운터가 있고 호텔이름을 다르고 사용하고 있었습니다. 체크인을 하기 위해서 24층으로 이동해야 한다는 것과(이 호텔은 본인 룸이 있는 층으로만 이동 가능합니다.) 24층으로 가기 위해서는 1층으로 가서 안내원이 24층을 눌러 줘야 한다는 것(청소 하시는 분께 요청하셔도 24층으로 눌러 줍니다.) 외에는 모든 점이 동일합니다. 도어키를 반복해서 사용해서 그런지 도어키가 가끔 작동이 잘 되지 않으며 작동이 안될 경우에는 24층에서 다시 한번 더 체크 하시면 됩니다. 1. 전자렌지가 있는 콘도 스타일의 호텔입니다. 2. 캔톤 전시장까지 도보로 5분거리라 박람회에 참가 하시는 분들에게는 편리합니다. 3. 호텔 뒤, 아래 지하에 편의점과 간단히 먹을 수 있는 점포가 있습니다. 4. 본 호텔과 주변에 큰 식당이 없으므로 다른 주변 호텔의 식당을 이용하시거나 지하철로 4코스 정도 가시면 도심으로 이동 가능합니다.
- T (8/5): 交易会場に行くには最高の立地 - 駅からすぐ、部屋は広くてキッチン付き、ホテルではなくコンドミニアムなのでホテル並みのサービスを期待しなければ快適に過ごせる。ベッドメイクとタオルは毎日替えてくれる。シーツは泊まっている間は替えない。欧米人や中東系の宿泊が多いせいか枕に加齢臭⁉️のような匂いが染み付いているのでバスタオルを巻いてベッドにもバスタオルをひいて寝た。ファブリーズを持って来ていたので良かったです。

The telephone/inter comm line was dead, I cannot call room service for any kind of help. For each and every small little thing, I have to go from 44th floor to delp desk which was at 24th floor. 4. The bed Cover and Pillow cover were dirty and pale yellow in color. I have to ask the lady at the reception help desk to get it changed. After an hour she came herself to change it. When I asked her why she is doing her self. She said that they are running out of staff. Over all experience was very terrible.

- Mohamed (2/5): Everything went horribly wrong - We couldn't find the hotel because they had the wrong phone number on their website. The staff speaks 0 English. the hotel is in terrible condition. The showers are dirty and the bathrooms and towels smell bad. Half the lights were not working properly in the room. the breakfast was tasteless. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS!
- juan (6/5): I went to cantin fair. For that is an excellent. - Cool corporate room, its an apartment more than hotel. Close to the expo, comfortable. Not more to ask.

- KUANMING (2/5): Room is NOT cleaned, bad sanitation with cockroach - Terrible stay ever, there were many cockroaches in the room probably due the kitchen in the room. Table / floor was never cleanned during our stay, and even in this dirty dinning table status while we checked in. I guess the everyday cleaning wasn't there except making the bed and changing towels. This hotel was even rented from another hotel that we can't really find it's name outside the building. Hotel check-in lobby was acctually inside another room located on 24th floor of "Another" hotel.
- youngsu (8/5): 보리무역센터 싱이 인터네셔널 - 호텔 데스크가 24층에 있는데 카드 없이는 갈 수 없어서 불편했고, 나머진 대체로 만족 전시장 주변이고 거주지역이 아닌 관계로 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리에서 식사 해결 하기 불편함
- Verified traveler (6/5): 整體不錯,唯獨是客人要坐貨梯! - 房間不錯乾淨,環境清靜及觀景好. 不好的地方是讓客人坐貨梯才能到到服務台退房,這點感覺十分差. 建議可以多發一張咭,好讓客人可以坐客梯到服務台退房,或直接到地下服務台退房. PS.貨梯是用來倒垃圾用的,後樓梯又黑又不乾淨:(
