- From_Toronto_To (2/5): My reservation was cancelled without my knowledge. - I made a reservation at this ITC hotel in February 2026 for a family trip. About a week ago, I logged into the website to show my wife our reservation. To my surprise, my reservation had been canceled. After several emails and a phone call to ITC reservations they refused to reinstate my reservation, even though it was cancelled without my knowledge. I was not looking for a special discount. All I requested was that my reservation be reinstated, instead they offered me a new reservation for which the price was nearly 40% higher. This is unacceptable. Had I not checked I would have shown up at the hotel with my family with no room to check-in to. If you are making a reservation at this hotel, I strongly caution you that your booking may be cancelled at any time.

- MohitDewan (6/5): Beautiful Property, Disappointing Service & Overpriced Dining - We stayed at ITC Jodhpur from 3rd to 7th February, booking two rooms. The property itself is beautiful — very spacious and clean with well-maintained lawns, a great activity area for kids, excellent restaurants and bars, and good quality food. The rooms and bathrooms are well-sized with tasteful décor, and overall the hotel infrastructure is impressive. However, the experience was impacted by multiple service and process issues. At check-in, despite being a Gold member eligible for upgrades, I was initially denied a room category upgrade and only received it after insisting on written clarification. Although we had made 100% advance payment through the ITC app, we were asked to pay again at check-in, and it took time for the team to verify the payment. Room service was slow — even a simple ice bucket request required reminders and took 30–40 minutes. Housekeeping frequently missed replenishing essentials like drinking water, towels, foot mats, and tea/coffee sachets. Used utensils were left in corridors for 10–12 hours. On the third day of our four-night stay, both room key cards stopped working as the system showed us checked out, requiring another visit to reception. At checkout, we were again asked to make full payment, and the team had to refer to screenshots of our payment confirmation emails. Food prices are extremely expensive. A simple dal was priced upwards of ₹500 and a can of Coke around ₹300 plus taxes. My advice would be to book a package that includes breakfast and at least one additional meal to avoid very high dining bills. Overall, ITC Jodhpur is a lovely property with great facilities, but the experience was significantly let down by service lapses and weak internal processes.

Be surrounded with birds , flowers and enjoy yum dishes rustled up by the team. Has great restaurant options along with a vintage touch bar ! Pool table and Foos ball table to burn some calories while food or drink is being prepared . Hi-Tea served in Kulhad every evening and traditional rajasthani performances in the evening keep guests enthralled . Swimming pool to take a dip or just lounge to enjoy the winter sun . F&B and Housekeeping make regular occasions special with a dessert tray and Indian snacks jar in the room . Great place to bring in special occasions like the new year !
- niladrimitra (10/5): Sprawling property on the outskirts of Jodhpur - I had a two night stay at stay at the hotel during the year end. We arrived late in the evening and were welcomed very warmly by all the staff members. A whole entourage came to drop us off at our villa. I was travelling with my family and we had booked their 2 bedroom villa with private sit-out and pool. There are only 2 such villas in the property, and each of these villas come equipped with all modern amenities and luxury indulges, along with a personal butler. The villa was extremely spacious with two equal sized bedrooms and a large sitting cum dining hall. There was a private sit-out area by the pool, and another shared sit-out with the adjoining villa. The layout of the two villas felt perfect for weddings and other such events as the property itself was sprawling, with ample open space to host large events. The other rooms were in the main building block. The service and behaviour of the staff was really nice during our stay. The property was running in full occupancy, however, each staff member took their time to greet every guest with a smile. The gentleman assigned to our villa was Mr. Shashank, and he took very good care of us. He was available 24x7 and his demeanour was especially wonderful. We took advantage of the large dining table in our room and only ordered IRD for dinner on both days. While the Indian selections in their menu were excellent, the same could not be said for the continental and oriental dishes we tried. Breakfasts were just alright and there was nothing to note or highlight. Overall, we had a nice and comfortable stay. One thing that the hotel has to work on during the winters is to install air purifiers in the rooms, or at least in the drawing/dining hall in the villas. Our dining hall was filled with a smoky smell throughout the evening owing to the pollution and large glass aperture. Although, the issue was somewhat resolved by turning on the AC, but this option is less desirable in the winters when you are trying to keep the insides warm. That being said, I would not mind visiting the property again in the near future, especially during warmer months to make full use of the villa.
- rahulajmera (8/5): Good hotel, but far from the city centre - ITC welcomhotel is a nice large property situated 15-20 minutes away from Jodhpur city. We stayed here during New Year 2026 and had a good experience. The rooms are spacious and have a bathtub. We recommend Garden facing rooms for a good view. The hotel also has a swimming pool, large lawns and kids play area, which can keep children busy. The restaurant also serves a good buffet with a decent spread. They also have a traditional Rajasthani restaurant. However, the overall experience and service in this hotel does not match upto 4/5 star standards. We paid almost double the average rates because of the peak season, but we did not find any value after paying so much. The staff & service is not very well refined or polished, although they're hospitable (Good hospitality is common all over Rajasthan).

The staff is really polite and humble. Special mention to a couple of people who were really helpful and kind with us during our stay. Mr Praveen. , Mr Nishchhal, Mr Akshat were really nice and helpful. Its a nice place to come and stay with your family and friends.
- TooshMan (10/5): Great Amenities, Lovely Large Property - Stayed here in Dec 2025 during a wedding celebration. Rooms are large and well appointed. Lots of nifty details that make it a positive experience. Balcony was a positive in the cool weather. The main restaurant had a scrumptious buffet and covered all the usual angles. Room service was punctual and efficient. Other food at the wedding venues was also very good. Service overall was a big positive. They did a quick turnaround for ironing wedding clothes, which was awesome. The hotel has large lawn areas and banquet rooms in multiple locations which make it an ideal location for events like weddings or conferences. I would recommend staying here, or booking the hotel for an event.

The entire staff at the Welcome Cafe was very accommodating, and the food was good. Our room was clean and comfortable. We used the laundry service, and our clothes were returned quickly and well-cleaned. The premises were beautiful. Located just outside the city, it is a calmer location while still offering quick access to the city center.

Right from the start, the hospitality stood out — special thanks to Jitendra at the reception, who helped us with an early check-in and made the process seamless. The property truly lives up to its 5-star standards. Every corner is spotless and well-maintained, reflecting the brand’s attention to detail. The dining experience at Chinkara was exceptional. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with so much variety that you can’t leave without a full stomach! Another highlight was the pool area, which is the largest in this category in Jodhpur. The thoughtful design includes three sections: a dedicated pool for small kids where they can enjoy safely, and a main pool divided into zones of 3 ft and 4 ft depth — perfect for both adults and children. We also appreciated the constant supervision by the pool staff, ensuring safety for everyone, especially the kids. Overall, ITC Welcome Jodhpur gave us a stay filled with comfort, luxury, and memorable moments. Kudos to Team ITC for making our trip so special!

- chandreshwarm2023 (6/5): Beautiful Property & Great Hospitality ,”Front Desk Needs Serious Improvement” - Welcomhotel by ITC, Jodhpur, is a stunning property spread over 11 acres. The design inspired by the Blackbuck is unique, the pools are large, the rooms spacious, and the location peaceful on the outskirts with lovely views. Dinner and breakfast offered a huge variety and were delicious. Hospitality from restaurant and housekeeping staff was excellent – special thanks to Mohan (Room Service), Divanshu (Bar), Archana (Restaurant), Akshat (Restaurant Manager), Bornitaa, and Chote Ram, who made our stay memorable. However, the front desk was a major letdown. We waited 10 minutes at the porch with luggage and no one came to assist. At check-in, despite prior confirmation for early arrival, we had to wait an hour, and the staff member at the desk (blue blazer, spectacles) was visibly unhappy, unprofessional, and showed no basic courtesy or warmth. ITC is known for its hospitality, and such indifference at the reception is unacceptable. Everything else was excellent, but the front desk needs urgent improvement.

The property has its own charm, and while some aspects were wonderful, others left me expecting more from the ITC brand. Why to Stay Here? • The property is spread across 11 acres, surrounded by lush green gardens, offering many peaceful corners to sit and relax. • Facilities include a large swimming pool, beautiful restaurants, and a well-equipped gym. • The “Blackbuck” theme across the property is unique and admirable, symbolizing love and respect for animals. • Rooms are modern, spacious, and comfortable. I had a lovely pool view, and the room was decorated for my birthday with a cake – a thoughtful gesture. • Dining experience was excellent: • Special thanks to Akshat (Restaurant Manager) for being warm, attentive, and ensuring a delightful dinner and breakfast. • Archana and Bornita were outstanding in their hospitality. • The food was delicious with a wide variety, especially the local desserts which are a must-try. • Breakfast was lavish with everything tasting perfect. • Divanshu crafted wonderful cocktails, while Mohan at room service and Chote Ram at the door added to the warmth of the stay. What Fell Short: • The front desk experience was disappointing. The staff member in charge (in blazer) was professional, but lacked warmth and hospitality. In hospitality, professionalism is important, but warmth is what makes guests feel truly welcome. • This was the first ITC property I have stayed at with no welcome ritual, evening activity, or music. I have stayed in more than 10 ITC and ITC-affiliated hotels, and usually, there’s something that showcases the cultural essence of the location. Here, that special ITC touch was missing, which was disheartening, especially since it was my birthday trip. • The location is far from the city, which makes commuting difficult. Cabs rarely come here, and if they do, they charge almost double. Returning from the city is a real challenge unless you book through the hotel itself. Overall: The property is beautiful, food is exceptional, and the service by restaurant and housekeeping staff was truly memorable. However, the lack of cultural experiences, weak front desk hospitality, and distance from the city made this stay feel average compared to the high standards I usually associate with ITC hotels. ✨ Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ (3/5) Recommended for those looking for a relaxing stay within the property, but not ideal if you want to experience cultural activities or explore the city with ease.

- Sightsee54650013246 (8/5): Lovely peaceful resort welcome by itc - I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience overall. The staff was very helpful and made sure any changes I required were done promptly and as needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making my stay very relaxing. The only issue I faced was that the room did not have a ceiling or wall fan—only an AC was available. While the AC worked well, sometimes a fan would have been more convenient. Apart from this, everything else was excellent, and I truly enjoyed my stay. Would definitely recommend this place and would love to return again.
- Fem_globetrotter (10/5): 3 wonderful days at Welcomehotel @Jodhpur - We had a wonderful stay at Welcomehotel by ITC. The hotel is quite huge with all facilities inhouse : swimming pool wiyh evening hi-tea, games room for kids and also daily activities in certain hours, cycles, snooker, foosball to name a few. The property is so well landscaped and beautiful that both morning and night walks bought different pleasures. They also have 2 stores with reasonably priced rajasthani clothes, jewellery and other things. We stayed here for three days and enjoyed our grand dinner at Sholla, the amazing buffet spread at Chinkara restaurant. In the end, I'd like to thank Naina for taking care of our needs during the entire stay.

- DebashishC32 (10/5): Quiet and Green ambience not far from the tourist attractions - We stayed for 3 nights in the Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Jodhpur. This was our first visit to Jodhpur. Since we wanted to relax in a quiet place to enjoy our vacation, the green lawns inside and the quiet green surroundings of the hotel were ideal for us. We had no difficulty in sightseeing, making several visits to the tourists spots in the city in our car, because those are all within half an hour drive from the hotel. There was also dorm for drivers where our driver could stay and get food at a reasonable price. Our room was very comfortable. The ambience of the restaurant was very pleasant. The buffet breakfast and buffet dinner offered wide range of items to choose from. Both the Veg and Non-veg Rajasthani Thalis were culinary delights for us. Last, but not the least, the staff at the reception and in the restaurant as well as the housekeeping staff were very polite and cordial. This stay will remain a very pleasant memory for the rest of our life.

The food is excellent, with a variety of well-prepared dishes to suit all tastes. The staff is extremely courteous and attentive, making the stay even more pleasant. The property itself is very big, beautifully designed, and well-maintained, offering a sense of grandeur. The swimming pool is large and inviting, perfect for relaxation. For families, there is also an arcade games section for kids, though at times only a couple of the games were working. Although the hotel is located a little outside the city, the peaceful environment more than makes up for the distance, making it a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay.
- mickeybUK (10/5): Great place to stay - On a recent tour my wife and I stated here for 2 nights. This was by far the best hotel on our tour. Large rooms, large bathrooms, very quiet, and super service and food. The staff were all outstanding, not a bad comment about anything. The restaurant serves locally produced food wherever possible. All in all a very comfortable and relaxing stay. I would definitely go back again. Unfortunately didn't have a chance to use the pools, but they did look inviting!

Great service! Property is rather remote so nothing around but quiet.

Large ,multiple lush green lawns, beautiful and specious rooms, well-behaved staff , good swimming 🏊♂️ pool , complementary high tea make it a wonderful hotel for staycation. The tasty food is another highlight of property. Wide spread breakfast, nice dinner with jodhpuri sweets transform experience to next level. Only point is it's bit away from city center. If you hv vehicle go for it blindly.

- Dimple (10/5): - It was an excellent experience staying in the villa. Large, beautiful rooms with huge bathrooms. The decent-size private swimming pool , outside patio and a lawn with chirping weaver-birds building their several nests added to the experience. The resort was pretty and calm. Both the restaurants, Sholla and Chinkaara have a great selection of authentic Rajasthani dishes with a modern twist and they create a delightful fusion. Chinkaara is a bit informal and has some mughlai and non-Indian options both at breakfast and dinner. Sholla has traditional Rajasthani menu served in a Royal caravan like ambience. The service was amazing.
