- Dr. Roos Josef (6/5): Die Frühstücksbedienung ist eine Zauberfee - doch das Hotel ist intransparent. - Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse gut. Besonders die Dame, die alleine im Frühstücksraum bediente, war gewinnend nett, vorausschauend, sah sofort, ob was nachgefüllt werden muss, fragte nach, ob man noch was wünsche und bediente sehr schnell. Ihr Cappuccino war zudem ausgezeichnet. Wir kamen mit einem kleinen Hündchen - einem Maltipoo, der nicht haart und nicht sabbert. Auf den Informationen in Booking stand, man könne mit einem Hund kommen, nirgendwo jedoch, dass man zusätzlich dafür bezahlen muss. Als ich gebucht und bezahlt hatte, kam erst die Meldung, dass man für einen Hund 10 Euro bezahlen muss. Dies ist nicht transparent und ehrlich. Ich habe nichts dagegen, für einen Hunde 10 Euro zu bezahlen. Wenn dies jedoch erst dann mitgeteilt wird, nachdem man bezahlt hat, hat das für mich ein schaler Beigeschmack. Und es ist ein Grund, nicht wieder zu kommen.

- Matia (9/5): - Hotel in posizione di passaggio verso il lago di Iseo che dista pochi minuti. Buona colazione sia dolce che salata. Il ristorante dell'Hotel è aperto al pubblico e la qualità è molto alta, sia cucina che pizza. Camera spaziosa con bagno molto grande. Avevamo necessità di avere la camera presto e nonostante il check in previsto per le ore 14:00, alle ore 10:00 eravamo già in camera. Da migliorare l'insonorizzazione delle camere che rimane comunque a un livello accettabile.
