• Nagendra (8/5): Very good - It's such a quiet and beautiful place to stay, quite far from the central point of Munnar, but you will love the experience. It offers minimal luxury, but the staff, including Seenu and the helper Ali, will take great care of you. The food feels just like home-cooked meals. For a calm and exotic experience, visit this place.
• Patil (4/5): Unprofessional staff, not well kept rooms, amazing view yet uncomfortable stay especially during night. Unfortunate stay - The view and size of the rooms. One of the worst stays in recent years. The property has tremendous potential and seems attractive from the outside. Yet the hotel is deserted, even eerie at late nights. It’s uncomfortable even in the rooms. We upgraded to the suite to feel comfortable yet it wasn’t satisfactory. The fancy pictures don’t do justice to the actual room. The entire property is being managed by 1 staff who isn’t even trained well. The manager wasn’t available the entire duration of our stay and coordinated with us via phone. The owners are in the US and I guess aren’t aware the way the hotel is being managed. Can be a turn around if the management focuses on professional staff, hygiene and upkeeping of the property. Has the potential to be one of the best hotels in munnar

• Anu (8/5): Nice room at high altitude, away from hustle and bustle of Munnar. - Very caring hosts, sorted everything out via WhatsApp. Great if you want long walks around the tea plantations or have your own transport to get around to different tourist destinations. Not possible to pay by international credit card. Some of the bedding could be fresher (ie smelly pillow).

• Ruchi (1/5): A very unpleasant stay with a super unpleasant ending. - Rosewood ceilings The staff. Seenu Kuttan was very unhelpful and finally when we were leaving he got together the local taxi drivers, who wouldn’t let us leave till we paid them off with a lot of money. It was scary and very threatening. Basil the property manager was also no help. We came to know from local friends that Seenu also got us followed when we went to the city, which was a violation of our privacy and creepy.

• Dilul (4/5): Disappointing - Well ,can't admit the location is stunning covered with tea plantation and mountain views. We were blessed with fog throughout oru stay and no wonder how they got the name misty. There are couple of things that didn't meet our expectations: 1. The room itself looked pretty dark , and the curtain seemed to be very old , I woud say looked dusty . The TV was not working as the power line had issues. 2. Did request bath towels and other amenities as they have only left one of each , and honestly the towels had stain on them !!!! 3. The food seems to be over pricy , but it's subjective to the management

• Neha (8/5): Book it for location if you are getting good deal . Not at par with luxury stay - The location is exceptional. Staff is good and very helpful. Food was good too. View is exceptional!! The description clearly says , air conditioned suite which is clear lie. The suite or villa do not have any air conditioning. Hot water— don’t know where to start. Only first one bucket we got as proper hot water . After that tried waiting for half an hour but zero hot water after first one bucket . Despite of the location is good and exceptional , the resort is not with any amenities to be charged as same as luxurious stay. Paying almost 11k for just view is not called value for money.

• Annapurna (4/5): It was not worth the money. - Location The blanket was directly. The resort staff help to arrange Jeep ride for the tea plantation, but he first confused us with 3 different price for the ride. When we asked the reason, he was not ready to explain. End of it I felt we were forced to be fooled by his trick. We ended up paying 1000rupees extra. He could have told us, it was his service charge to book the jeep or some proper explanation. Jeep driver also got less money, it’s not fair for us and also the driver. Highly NOT recommended this resort because of their tricks on us.

• Suvarna (6/5): Pleasant - Great location, right on the highway. Scenic getaways nearby. Most major attractions in Munnar are accessible from here, and it lives up to its name - the mornings and evenings are Misty 😊 The staff wasn't the most pleasant. Linen didn't seem fresh, there are limited options for food unless you order in advance. The amenities don't justify the cost here, but to be fair, we also traveled in peak season.

• Deepak (7/5): Good - Rooms were good, Food was great, Friendly and helpful staff. Location is good as there are some beautiful places that you can see around the resort. Exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working in both the rooms and the resort maintenance didn't fix it during our stay. This was a little annoying. They should manage these issues promptly.
