Great buffet breakfast with lots of choices to suit all tastes. Minibar fridge didn't keep drinks cold enough.

They made takeaway breakfast for us when we had early morning tours booked. 1. Shower over bathtub only. Bathtub slippery. Shower on side of bathtub badly designed as water sprayed everywhere. 2. Lack of drawers or cupboards. Room only had very high open shelving which was only suitable for use by very tall people.

Có cả đầu cắm usb để sạc điện thoại Vẫn là vấn đề khi dùng món nóng làm món ăn chính tại buffet sáng rất bất tiện , vì phải tự bưng bê món nóng . Có khi đi cùng trẻ em lại phi đi đi lại lại bưng bê nhiều lần , dễ xảy ra trường hợp xấu va chạm bổng hay đổ rất nguy hiểm. Việc này nên bố trí nhân viên phục vụ tại buffet sáng hổ trợ cho khách hành sẽ tiện lợi và an toàn hơn

Sau khi bếp chuẩn bị xong lại báo khách tự đến nơi lấy thì quá bất tiện . vì món nóng và mọi người di chuyển lựa chọn món hay đi qua lại nên dễ bất cẩn đổ ảnh hưởng khách hàng , nên khách sạn có thể sắp xếp nhân viên phục vụ nhà hàng đem trực tiếp lại bàn cho khách những món ăn nóng có nước súp như vậy sẽ tiện hơn

Das Personal ist perfekt, kann man sich auch für sich Zuhause wünschen ;-) Wir empfehlen das Hotel eingeschränkt weiter.

She helped us book our bus trip back to HCMC and recommended a great tour guide Lin to show us around. The breakfast was delicious with so many things to choose from. The room was very clean. We had to cut our day short due to airline conflict and the sheets and towels smelled like mildew

- Mai (9/5): Nice view and good location. - Booked a room with two beds and a river view on the 7th floor for one night. I enjoyed the view and the hotel is walkable to the areas I wanted to visit. Compared to the TTC in Hue the A/C system is newer & silent, and the bathroom hot water is better. The staff at front desk and reception were especially nice. We were given welcome drinks and also drinks when we were waiting for our taxi after check-out. Breakfast was passable. The breakfast at TTC Hue was better with more local specialties. I want to give kudos to the person cooking the eggs for cooking the fried eggs yolks not too hard like other places I encountered in Vietnam. The yolks were the perfect balance between soft on top and only a little cooked on the bottom. Our room was located on the 7th floor and directly underneath the balcony area of the restaurant on the 8th floor. I heard chairs and tables scrapping throughout the day during meal times. If you stay at rooms 701, 702 or 703 you will not be bothered by this as the restaurant outside seating is not directly above these rooms. I provided feedback to the reception about this during check-out but not sure if they have added cushioning to the chair and table legs to dampen the sound yet or not. If you are concerned mention it at check-in. The coffee at breakfast is awful, but there is Highlands just right outside the hotel. No ceiling lights in our room.

It was great, it just didn't wow me as much as some other places I have stayed at during this holiday. The breakfast and restaurant generally was a little lackluster, I recommend eating out for dinner.

Mình đã ở đây rất nhiều lần Đợt này mình đặt 3 phòng và toàn bộ khăn tắm, mền gối đều rất hôi, tựa như mùi mồ hôi hoặc giặt bị ẩm không khô. Rất khó chịu không thoải mái khi lau người và nằm.

They arranged our boat and private guide to the Floating Market. Well worth it. The karaoke from the river boats can be very loud but stops around 10 pm then it’s very quiet. No problems sleeping.

L'hôtel nous a même fourni un petit dèj à emporter car l'excursion réservée auprès de "Mint Travel" débutait à 5h45, et ils ont gardé nos valises toute la journée et les ont remises à notre chauffeur pendant que nous faisions du vélo dans les rizières. On aurait aimé rester plus à cet hôel pour profiter aussi de ses équipements salle de sport et piscine...

- Roger (10/5): - With balcony rooms right on the waterfront to watch the river traffic go by, TTC is an excellent business hotel. Our king riverfront was very spacious with a great bed, tub and shower, fridge, and lots of hanging space, which was suspended from the ceiling so as not to take up floor space. The large balcony chairs and table made for a great take out eating spot in the evening as we watched the town parade by numerous neon boats. Staff are super kind. And a good spa gives an excellent massage. Didn't use the pool, but it looked fine. Workout room beside. Breakfast is huge but pretty skimpy for vegetarians. The karaoke bar down the block keeps it cranking until just before 10.

L'inconvénient de l'avantage, les bateaux sont bruyants lorsqu'ils appellent les touristes avec leurs sirènes, mais ce n'est pas vraiment un souci.

- Anthony (8/5): - Location of hotel was excellent. Balcony facing the river was a stand out, especially with TET celebrations. Staff were friendly and accommoding, especially as we arrived very early in the morning. Good breakfast. The bath located beneath the shower was difficult and a bit dangerous to get in and out of as it was high sided and not secured properly. Water from the shower ran down the back of the bathtub and across the bathroom floor, making it slippery and dangerous. No proper shower screen, only a curtain. Bar fridge didn't keep anything cold. Chairs on the balcony were very uncomfortable.

- Jimmi (4/5): Langt under middel - Manglende service ved modtagelsen. Vi stod efterfølgende fra betaling og modtaget værelses kort og viste ikke hvor vi skulle gå hen. Ingen præsentation af værelset. Vi havde bestilt et af deres bedste værelser og så var der nul service ! Værelset med udsigt var med flodudsigt, her var høje bot- horns larm fra skibene som lå lige nedenfor kajen vi havde udsigt til. Ud over det var der generelt meget larm i området, og der var først nogenlunde roligt efter 11:00 om aftenen. For at være et 5 stjernet hotel er det under alt kritik. Ville vurder hotellet til et 3 stjernet og ikke mere.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Tks Thu introduced tour for us to go to floating market in the morning, it's very nice. Everything is very good!!

Emplacement idéal car il est à quelques pas de marche des animations du soir, sans les contraintes du bruit. A proximité du baladoir et du pont piétonnier qui enjambe le fleuve. Tous les membres du personnel sont chaleureux et bienveillants. La chambre que nous avons choisie donne face au fleuve. Magnifique vue. La literie est très confortable, Les sanitaires très propres. TV chaînes françaises . Mini bar, chaussons, peignoirs, serviette piscine, tout est pensé pour le bien être. Petit déjeuner incroyable : plus de 50 plats ! Espaces communs : piscine propre et agréable, spa, salle de sport, etc... Un restaurant sur le toit offre une vue dégagée. Nous ne l'avons pas testé.
