• Matthias (9/5): Ich komme gerne wieder in dieses Hotel wenn ich zukünftig in Bangkok bin. - Es gab ein umfassendes Frühstück bei dem man kostenfrei auch Eiergerichte bestellen konnte, z. B. auch Egg-Benedikt usw. Besonders gut war der Service, dass der check-out zur selben Zeit ist, wie der Check-in, das bedeutet, wenn sie um 17 Uhr anreisen und check-in machen, müssen sie bei der Abreise auch erst bis 17 Uhr den Check-out machen. Dies war der Hauptgrund, dass ich meinen Urlaub überhaupt in diesem Hotel verbracht habe, Der angebotene Shuttleservice, z. B. zu dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr, ist zeitlich nicht ausreichend vorhanden.

• Georgia (9/5): Fantastically comfortable hideaway in Bangkok - We had the most wonderful stay as part of our honeymoon. Staff were incredibly kind, and our room was upgraded and with a congratulatory honeymoon cake on arrival which was a beautiful touch. The room itself was so spacious, clean and incredibly comfortable - lots of storage space, a desk area, and the drip coffee machine was a great feature. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were so helpful. Pool was comfortable and everything was just easy - there is even a dedicated delivery station near the lobby if you have something dropped off by Grab, it’s all been thought through very carefully to make it so comfortable for guests. We loved the location (we chose Sathorn very specifically to be near family), and it’s an easy walk to nearby restaurants, massage salons etc, and there is a 7-Eleven that is 240m away for any everyday items you might need. It is a bit of a stroll to the nearest metro if you’re adjusting to the heat/humidity, but we didn’t mind as we knew there was the hotel shuttle every 2hrs from 11am, or we could easily get a Grab if the weather was tricky. The only thing we noticed and it was minor, was that the shower could probably use a bit of a refresh in the sealing/grout. That being said, it didn’t bother us at all, and you could tell it was very clean.

Not a big issue but hotel not near anything in particular. About 30 mins from airport and an easy tube journey or cab into the sites. Worked perfectly for us.

• David (9/5): Bueno hotel para descansar e ideal si tu vuelo de regreso sale por la tarde o de madrugada - Habitación amplia y cómoda. Muy buen desayuno y piscina grande y muy bonita. El hotel está en una zona muy tranquila y permite estancias de 24 horas algo que, si tu vuelo sale por la tarde o de madrugada, se agradece enormemente (si, por ejemplo, entras a las 20:00h sales a las 20:00h del último día). El personal, como en toda Tailandia, extremadamente amable. Aunque había obras en las instalaciones no influyeron en absoluto en el descanso. En la virtud de su ubicación podría estar también su mayor defecto. Está un poco alejado de estaciones de transporte público por lo que es imprescindible tirar de Grab/Bolt para desplazarte (el hotel dispone de un tuk-tuk gratuíto. No es especialmente barato en comparación con otras opciones también de calidad y con mejor ubicación aunque las dimensiones de las habitaciones, la piscina, la tranquilidad y la calidad del desayuno justifican el precio.

Instalaciones antiguas, necesitan renovación hace tiempo. La limpieza es mediocre. El personal del hotel es de promedio muy joven y algunos con pocas ganas de trabajar y mal humor. Deben trabajar por el mínimo salario o sin salario y eso se nota en el trato que repercute en el cliente, excepto algun caso en particular. La cama poco cómoda por el colchón viejo hundido. El desayuno muchisima cantidad y opciones y muy baja calidad.

We have enjoyed it all - from food at the restaurant to the toiletries in the hotel room. Members of the staff were friendly and helpful. Kur die Rezeption hatte es am Ende drauf. - Sehr schöner Baustil, man fühlt sich überhaupt nicht wie in einer Großstadt. Total ruhig und sehr schön. Die Suite ist sehr groß und luxuriös. Ein wenig gebraucht natürlich, dennoch sehr schön. Der Service ging eigentlich garnicht. Alles musste man mehrfach erfragen und das Personal auffordern seinen Wünschen nachzukommen. Sehr seltsam: beim Frühstück noch nicht einmal Getränke Service.

Om/när jag återvänder till Bangkok så kommer jag med stor sannolikhet att bo här igen. Vänlig och hjälpsam personal. På frukosten ordnar de varierande och goda veganska alternativ. Ett litet gym finns och jag har använt det flera gånger. Fin pool och gröna och lummmiga omgivningar. Det är svårt att tro att en bor mitt i Bangkok. Närheten till Lumphini park är toppen och det är smidigt att ta BTS och tunnelbana vart du vill. Det är en bit att gå, men hotellets lilla "taxi-tuktuk" går med jämna mellanrum till Lumphini. • Laurence (9/5): Rare low-rise oasis, old-school luxury - Rare for Bangkok this is a low-rise hotel around a central pool and large garden. Rooms are super well designed and equipped. Service was attentive and we ate well at the on-site cafe/restaurant a couple of times. Breakfast buffet taken on the upstairs balcony was a real treat. Well off the main roads, so a long walk to anything through relatively quiet neighbourhood but without many footpaths.

• Bernd (10/5): - Das Hotel erwies sich als ausgezeichnete Wahl für unseren dreitägigen Aufenthalt in Bangkok. Besonders angenehm war die Möglichkeit einer 24‑Stunden‑Zimmerbuchung ab dem Check‑in, die uns einen entspannten Aufbruch zu unserem Mitternachtsflug nach Deutschland ermöglichte. Das Zimmer war äußerst geräumig, hervorragend ausgestattet und sehr ruhig, sodass keine Wünsche offenblieben. Auch das vielfältige und qualitativ hochwertige Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen. Im Restaurant wurden wir kulinarisch auf hohem Niveau verwöhnt. Ebenso überzeugte uns der gepflegte Gartenbereich mit seinem großzügigen Pool. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell, die Atmosphäre angenehm und einladend. Leider endete unser Aufenthalt bereits nach drei Nächten – wir wären gern länger geblieben. Schade, dass es im Hotel keine Kosmetik- (z.B. Maniküre, Pediküre) und Massage-Angebote gab.
• mj19753 (10/5): kindly hotel - The best part about Yusathon Bangkok was the kindness of the staff. Everyone smiled and greeted me making eye contact, which always made me feel good. I wanted the best balcony view, but I didn't like the assigned room. When I told the staff what I felt bad about it, they changed it to the room I wanted. I was touched by the way they handled it without any hassle. Thank you.
• Moran (10/5): Perfect - A beautiful, peaceful, and pastoral hotel. The wonderful staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. Everything is just a short ride away, and there’s a 2-minute walk to a 7-Eleven, along with many excellent Thai restaurants in the surrounding area. The hotel itself has a Michelin Guide restaurant upstairs, and my husband and I left the dinner feeling absolutely on cloud nine. The food was incredible and the entire experience was unforgettable. This was my fourth visit to Bangkok, and although I’ve stayed at some very good hotels before, this place was truly love at first sight. I have no doubt whatsoever that it will become my go-to hotel every time I visit the city. ✨

• Nina (10/5): - You book the room for 24 hours which is very convenient when you have an early flight. Reception even extended our stay for 1,5 hours as we checked in earlier than expected. Thank you for that! Breakfast is incredible! Absolutely nothing. Would have loved to stay a bit longer

• 86vvip (6/5): I really hope your service improves. - I visit this hotel every year during the holiday period and always enjoy my stay. Having visited many times, I have a lot of experience with this hotel. However, a few days before this visit, I sent an email to the hotel in advance. My reservation was for a **Deluxe Room**, and I specifically requested a room on the **west side**. I even received a positive reply confirming my request. Unfortunately, when I checked in on the day of arrival, the request had not been reflected at all. Since I prefer a west-facing room, I asked if my room could be changed on any available day during my stay. However, throughout my **7-night stay**, I was very disappointed that the front desk staff did not properly follow up on or confirm my request. I had sent an email beforehand and also made the request again at check-in, but my request seemed to be ignored. Every year, I look forward to enjoying the sunlight at this hotel, yet this time my request was not considered. Additionally, I dined at the **Library Restaurant**. I ordered the **salmon steak**, and while the food itself was excellent, the black plate it was served on was covered with a noticeable layer of dust. It is unfortunate that neither the chef nor the server checked the condition of the plate before serving the dish.

Dieses Mal bekamen wir ein Zimmer mit Stockigem Geruch wir liesen die Balkontür offen sobald sie schlossen war, war der Geruch wieder da. Wir wechselten dann das Zimmer, da in der gebuchten Klasse keine anderes Zimmer frei wahren wurden wir Down gegradet. In diesem Zimmer war die Klimaanlage defekt und blies mit 21°C auf uns nieder. Nach 2 Nächten war ich Krank und war froh dass wir gehen konnten.
