- Daniel (10/5): - Das Essen war Weltklasse. Unglaublich große Auswahl an verschiedensten Speisen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und ruhig.
- Hans Werner (4/5): - Auf der Durchreise für 1 Nacht. Positiv: Qualität des Speiseangebot war sehr gut, PP zur Genüge vorhanden, Personal freundlich. Negativ: Check In, umständlich, Wartezeit - bis wir von einem Mitarbeiter einen Tisch zugewiesen erhalten haben - ca. 10 Minuten, der Waschbecken Wasserhahn (Zimmer 101) Ist soweit blockiert, dass nur eine Volldruckeinstellung möglich ist, ein absolutes Novum für uns war auf der Rechnung die automatische Tip-Verrechnung. Somit war unsere Handtip Abgabe ein Doppe-Tip! Das Check Out Prozedere war eine Zumutung. Wartezeit beinahe 15 Minuten, da sich die einzige Rezeption Angestellte in einer endlosen Diskussion mit anderen Abreisenden (inkl. Sonder Wünschen für Gruppenreservationen verstrickte). Die Person im Hinterraum fand es nicht nötig einen Kurzeinsatz, für einen Kurz Chech Out inkl. Rechnungs Erstellung bei uns zu realisieren. Umso ärgerlicher für uns, da noch eine fünfstündige Autoweiterfahrt bevor stand. Hier besteht sicher noch Verbesserung Potential. MfG. H.W. Maier
- Samuel (10/5): - Ruhiges Hotel, etwas außerhalb vom Ort. Ab zwei Übernachtungen ist die Gondelkarte für St. Johann inklusive.
- camilla (10/5): Riktigt fint hotell - Helt fantastiskt hotell, bra service. Vi hade halvpension vilket vi kan rekommenderas- jättefin buffé, med variation varje kväll. Riktigt fin frukost. Fabulös utsikt över bergen. Nära in till byn Sankt Johann, en promenad på ca 15min. Finns cyckeluthyrning på hotellet. Obs den är stängd på söndagar.

- Rüdiger (10/5): - Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war wirklich super, auch das Abendessen war sehr vielfältig. Den Saunabereich haben wir sehr genossen. Die Zimmer waren nachts sehr warm und ein lüften war leider nicht möglich, da starker Güllegeruch von den Wiesen rein kam. Leider war an einer Nacht eine Party bei der nebenan befindlichen Rockbar, welche bis 4 Uhr morgens anhielt. Aber das Hotel an sich ist sehr schick und modern eingerichtet.

- Stefan (8/5): - Das Hotel ist ruhig am Ortsrand und direkt am Skihang gelegen. Vom Zimmer hatten wir einen herrlichen Blick auf die Berge. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Das Zimmer war groß und das Bad sauber. Der Wellness/Spa Bereich ist schön groß und bietet viele Möglichkeiten. Sehr schön ist auch der kleine Spielplatz direkt am Hotel. Außerdem gibt es genügend kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel. Was uns sehr verwundert hat, ist das Verhalten einiger Hotelgäste. So haben wir nach dem Ein-Checken auf dem Zimmer festgestellt, dass es nur Bademäntel für uns Erwachsene gab, aber keine für die Kinder. Auf unsere Rückfrage, sagte uns das Personal, dass sie kaum noch Kinder-Bademäntel haben, weil die ständig gestohlen werden... Im Sauna Bereich lag eine benutzte Pampers Windel einfach so auf dem Fussboden. Obwohl dies nicht erlaubt ist laut Hotel, sind morgens trotzdem Hotelgäste mit Badelatschen zum Frühstück gekommen. Am zweiten Abend war der Pool quasi nicht benutzbar, weil Kinder von allen Richtungen in den Pool gesprungen sind und die Eltern waren offensichtlich nicht da. Ein paar Verbesserungsvorschläge: - Für die Kinder gab es jeden Abend Fischstäbchen mit Pommes oder Nudeln mit Tomaten/Bolognese Sauce. Ein bisschen mehr Abwechslung wäre toll. - Wir fanden es im Zimmer sehr warm und es gibt keine Möglichkeit, die Temperatur / Klimatisierung im Zimmer zu regeln. - Wir machen oft in Österreich Urlaub und im Sentido gab es zum ersten Mal kein Abschiedsgeschenk

- Simone (8/5): - Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Es gab eine sehr große Auswahl beim Frühstück und Abendessen. Auch der Wellnessbereich war sauber und wir konnten zwischen verschiedenen Saunen wählen. Punktabzug gibt es leider für die Sauberkeit des Zimmers. Es lagen kleine Glasscherben auf dem Boden, in die meine Begleitung getreten ist. Nachdem wir aber an der Rezeption Bescheid gegeben hatten, wurde unser Zimmer nochmal gereinigt und alles war gut.

- Sharon (10/5): Skiing in St Johann - We had an excellent stay at the Sentido. Location for skiing was perfect. Rooms were very bright and comfortable and extra pillows and a kettle were provided immediately upon request. All staff were fantastic. Although the spa area is amazing you need to be very comfortable with stripping off - not for us unfortunately so we therefore felt we missed out. Everyone was naked inside and out of the steam and sauna. I appreciate that this is the way, however, there was no option to stay in you bathers.

Das Essen war sehr sehr lecker, der Service im Restaurant ausgezeichnet. Vor allem der Restaurantleiter fiel uns absolut positiv auf. An der Rezeption könnte man etwas freundlicher sein. Das Schwimmbad war schön, allerdings könnten auch hier die Liegestühle bequemer sein.

We have come to this hotel the last 3 years for skiing and love it. This year there was a large corporate group staying at hotel, and were loud until the early hours of next day which was frustrating as family found it difficult to sleep until noise stopped. Not our normal experience and I’d say unusual for hotel.

- Martin (10/5): Tolles Hotel in guter Lage - Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Wir waren im neueren Teil des Hotels untergebracht, echt super. Service war sehr gut und immer bemüht auf die Wünsche einzugehen. Das Essen war sehr sehr gut und lecker. Der SPA-Bereich ist gut, vielleicht noch etwas ausbaufähig (Düfte in den Saunen), ggf. Aufgüsse. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Wir waren immer wieder auf Fahrradtour unterwegs, das Hotel hat dazu eine gute Ausgangslage.

Vous pensez avoir une chambre dans un 4 étoiles vous allez vous trouver dans un 3 étoiles. Vous réservez une chambre double faite attention aux nombres des personnes , Il nous ont fait payer 260€ de plus car nous n'avions pas fait attention au moment de confirmation que la chambre double était prévue pour une personne. Sinon très bon petit déjeuné .Wifi fonctionne par intermittence, Espace fitness les appareille vétuste et en panne , Pas de réfrigérateur ni cafetière dans la chambre , Encore moins un simple fauteille . Les chaise en bois sans housse ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix demandé .

Staff friendly and food (buffet style) offered a reasonable choice for dinner and breakfast. We had a junior suite (501) on the exec level. It was nice with a large balcony and floor to ceiling windows. When sitting on your bed, a nice view across the roof of the hotel to the mountain opposite the ski slope. Bed super comfy and soft good quality robes too. Now to the small points worth noting: Didn’t have nice complimentary toiletries which you come to expect in a 4 star hotel. Only squeezy wall mounted bottle. Also no air con that we could discern. Not a problem for us as cool outside but I can imagine it getting stifling in the summer. Didn’t really think the extra for exec level worth it. The complimentary things were limited in the lounge and the mini only stocks soft drinks and a couple of beers. Being high is nice but we were on 5th floor and our balcony looked out across the roof top of the 4th floor and the car park. Didn’t try the other amenities of the hotel which could have warranted the price we paid for the room.

- Marius (10/5): Modernes Hotel mit hervorragendem Essen - Die Zimmer waren absolut sauber, geräumig und ansprechend modern gestaltet. Der Blick auf die Berge und über St. Johann war toll. Der Service war immer ausgesprochen höflich, zuvorkommend und gästeorientiert. Sowohl das Frühstücks- wie auch das Abendbuffet waren hervorragend. Das Frühstück bot eine riesige Auswahl von gebackenen Eiern bis hin zu frisch zubereiteten Smoothies. Das Abendessen steht unter wechselnden Mottos und selbst bei identischem Motto werden die Gerichte variiert. Einige Speisen werden frisch vor den Augen zubereitet. Ich empfehle unbedingt die Halbpension zu buchen, denn das Essen war hervorragend. Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen, was der Erholung dienlich ist, leider ist ein abendlicher Fußmarsch in das Dorfzentrum dafür für meinen Geschmack jedoch zu lang. Einziger Kritikpunkt war die Buchung des Zimmers auf der "Executive-Etage". Dieses wird beworben mit ganztägigem Kaffee- und Teeangebot, inkludierter Minibar, Wein und kleineren Snacks am Nachmittag. Leider wurde der Teekocher am Nachmittag abgeschaltet, sodass man diesen immer wieder neu anschalten musste, auch das Teewasser wurde nur einmal täglich befüllt. Die Kaffeemaschine war an einem Morgen komplett auseinander gebaut, sodass man sich keinen Kaffee aufs Zimmer holen konnte. Die inkludierte Mini-Bar wurde täglich mit 4 kleinen Wasser und anderen Getränken aufgefüllt, ein weiteres Auffüllen nur gegen Aufpreis - wo ist das inkludiert? Empfehlung: Nicht Executive buchen, spart Geld, Hotel sonst top!

Will definitely be returning. Location was excellent for exploring the Tirol and was always a pleasure to come back at the end of a day.
- Julia (10/5): Sehr schönes Hotel. - Wir hatten auch einen Tag an dem es regnete. Wir verbrachten dann den Tag im Hotel. Ist kein Problem, da das Hotel einen Fitnessraum, eine Sauna und ein Schwimmbad hat. Richtig super.
