Maxim (10/5): - Authentic renovated 19th century villa. Really what you would imagine out of the place like this. 4 meter high ceilings, wooden furniture perfect for the interior. Lots of artefacts, pictures and similar stuff in the hallways - almost like in museum. Super friendly staff - cheers to everyone! The breakfast is "sweet", but enough to feel you for half a day - croissants and other bakery, bread with ham and cheese, müsli with joghurt, some fruits, coffee (German pre-cooked variation). They even have they own-brand packaged pasta that can be bought as a souvenir which stems from the villa's agricultural past (and present). A bit on outskirts - won't be too comfortable without the car, as Italy doesn't have pedestrian walkways in such places. So you would have to walk/run on the road.

rosemarijn (8/5): Kasteel ervaring als koning koningin en prinses - Het gebouw en de enorme tuin waren geweldig. Heerlijk door de oude kasteeltuin gewandeld. Een grote muur omringde het geheel dat was prettig met een kind van 1.5 jaar. Het voelde heel vrij dat je gewoon overal lekker mocht lopen en ontdekken. Dit was echt een groot plus punt. Het appartement had z'n charmes en de inrichting zoals vroeger. Ontbijt hebben we 3x bij de accommodatie gedaan. Dat was lekker en niet duur. Het restaurant voor het avondeten zit tegenover de accommodatie en is alleen van vrijdag t/m zondag avond open (na seizoen). Heel goed gegeten en het is heel mooi vanbinnen. Personeel allemaal heel vriendelijk. Ons appartement zat langs de doorgaande weg. In de reviews had ik dit gelezen maar dacht dat dit wel mee zou vallen. Maar dat doet het niet. De weg is druk en daardoor heel gehorig. Als je een kamer meer aan de achterkant zou hebben is dit minder storend denk ik. Wat wij ook miste in het appartement was een bankje om even te kunnen relaxen. De enige mogelijkheid tot zitten is aan de eettafel met houten stoelen. Maar het plaatje over het al gemeen een dikke 8! En een beleving opzich!

Bogdan (10/5): - An incredibly charming villa in the unrivaled Tuscany. A lot of pleasure, despite the short stay. I would happily stay here again. Be prepared that they will take a deposit of 50 euros from you (which is not stated on the booking form), which will be returned on the condition that you clean up after yourself (wash the dishes, take out the trash, clean up in general).

Aliaksandr (2/5): - Прекрасное месторасположение и завтрак. Ужасное отношение молодого человека при заселении. Грубый, пренебрежительный. Как будто я к нему домой без приглашения поишла. Когда муж с ребенком пошли посмотреть парк внутри Виллы, побежал и выгнал с територии, так как мы жили просто в номере, а не в Апартаментах. Номер был на 3 этаже, стены и потолок облуплены везде муравьи. На вилле бронировали один день в номере и четыре дня в Апартаментах. С номера выехали в 9.30. Сказали сообщат во сколько можно въехать в Апартаменты, постараются пораньше убрать. Однако никто, ничего не сообщил. К сожалению ,по сравнению с прошлым годом отношение персонала и номер разочаровали.

Geen bar of andere faciliteiten, alleen restaurant savonds open aan overkant (niet op maandag).ligt niet in dorp, dus of zelf spullen voor op kamer kopen of savonds naar dorp. Gelegen langs erg drukke weg, maar prachtig park/tuin eromheen. 2 (harde) matrassen op 2 persoons bed waardoor je steeds in de gleuf in t midden rolt. Receptie niet altijd bemand in ochtend op tijden dat er wel iemand zou moeten zijn. Badkamer verouderd. maar voor 2 sterren prima verblijf.

Martina (9/5): - Velký prostorný vybavený apartmán, vlastně až skoro dům. Jedna ložnice se nacházela v patře. Kuchyň vybavená, pohodlně jsme uvařili. Aparmány se sice nacházejí hned podél cesty, ale celý prostor je ohraničený velkou bránou/zdí se samostatným pozemkem a velkou zahradou. Jen jsme projížděli, účel ubytování splnilo.

Jennifer (8/5): Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit kleineren Abstrichen - Das Hotel besticht durch sein schönes Ambiente, großzügige Zimmer und einen wirklich tollen Garten, in dem man wunderbar entspannen kann. Dank der guten Lage sind Pisa und Volterra schnell zu erreichen, und direkt gegenüber gibt es ein praktisches Restaurant. Besonders positiv sind das freundliche Personal und das Frühstück, das zwar einfach, aber ausreichend ist. Weniger angenehm waren die sehr harten Matratzen und schlechten Kissen sowie kleinere Ameisen im Zimmer. Auch wirkt das Haus stellenweise etwas museumsartig, und das Frühstück wird bei längerem Aufenthalt etwas eintönig, ein wenig Abwechslung wäre wünschenswert. Insgesamt aber ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit viel Charme.

Andrew (8/5): Good family stay - Nice place, good to have separate rooms for us and the kids but the sacrifice was no lounge / area to sit other than the dining table. Good service during the stay and the free to use bikes was a great way to get around the town.

Markus (8/5): Felt like prince & princess - Romantic, authentic ancient Palazzo Super friendly & helpfull staff … super yummy breakfast … best coffee we had while traveling Tuscany … very close to the most beautiful beach of coast of Tuscany. Missed some glasses/cups in the room. Maybe it’s time for a new mattress in room nr. 11.

giovanna (10/5): Come in una favola antica - FAVOLOSA !!! A Villa Graziani mi sembrava di essere diventata una principessa dell'800 coccolata da tutti. L'ambiente è rimasto quello antico, ma i servizi sono moderni. La colazione è ricca e varia, con buonissimi dolci fatti in casa, brioches, biscotti, yogurt, affettati e pane sia bianco che integrale e servita in una sala bellissima. Le camere sono pulitissime, grandi, arredate in stile, ma con i servizi moderni, frigo, tv e AC. Il giardino è uno spettacolo della natura, rigoglioso, curato, fresco. Per cenare basta attraversare la strada e si arriva all'enoteca ristorante Graziani che offre cibo e vini buonissimi,dal giusto rapporto prezzo qualità, pensavo di cenare solo una sera e invece ci sono andata per tutta la mia permanenza. Il personale, sia in sala che per le camere e i ragazzi della reception, è sempre pronto ad ogni richiesta, gentile, disponibile e sorridente, proprio come la proprietaria , Stefania, che si fa in quattro per i suoi ospiti, che siano dell'agriturismo o del ristorante. Il lavoro per gestire una struttura del genere è veramente tanto, ma loro lo fanno egregiamente e con passione. Sono potuta stare troppo poco e spero di avere un'altra occasione per tornare. Grazie a tutti 🥰 Niente, solo un po' lontano dalle spiagge per cui dovevo prendere l'auto.
