Adam (2/5): - Paid for 6 nights. Left after 1 night. The room smelled of sewage or drains and was extremely dirty with long hair and scum in the drains. Other dirt all around the room. Staff were very dismissive of the issue when reported and assistant manager was rude and disrespectful. Decided not to risk eating the breakfast. Whole property is run down compared to the pictures. The photos are not representative of the property. Others who had booked seemed to have similar issues as they were also trying to leave early when we left. Would definitely not recommend this hotel.

There was a large population of stray cats around the area and some were around the pool and garden but got the vibe that the staff viewed them as part of the hotel. When we arrived we were greeted with a sparkling wine and a really easy and helpful talk with recommendations and guides about how to get around the island. Our room was also upgraded to the superior floor which was such a lovely gesture and really made my sisters 30th birthday even more special. Thank you for such a wonderful stay

The hotel's breakfast was very good, we took advantage of the massage and sauna services, we were very pleased, the location was very good since we had a car, it was very close to both the Old Town and popular beaches by car. The whole team was very friendly and helpful, but we would especially like to thanks Nikos for his suggestions he shared with us and his pleasant conversation.
Wendy (10/5): - My sister ( aged 85 ) & myself had the most wonderful week at the hotel. Everything was exemplary. Immaculately clean ,fantastic friendly caring staff, absolutely delicious with enormous choice breakfast. The spa was great & our 2 lovely therapists were lovely. The gardens were gorgeous ( particularly fragrant with jasmine ) with beautiful trees & shrubs. The pool & pool bar was great & again the pool staff were terrific. The only things that were not so good was that the paved area around the swimming pool was dangerously slippery when wet. This also applied to the bathroom. The room we had was rather small & compact. Not much room for storing clothes , not many hangers. But on the whole very pleasant particularly with a balcony view of the garden. Ian (8/5): - My first stay at the hotel. I would return. The staff were exceptionally friendly & went out of their way to help. Generally, the hotel common parts as well as my room were of a high standard. The only noticeable deviation was the shower room, which was too small & dated. That said, the plumbing worked well.
Andri (10/5): - Excellent stay at the Tryp Wyndham Dassia. Staff were excellent. A perfect mixture of friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Special mention also to the domestic staff, who were so warm and friendly every morning, and kept the rooms spotlessly clean and hygienic. There is a pretty decent gym on the lower ground floor, and a spa also. The pool area was really beautiful and surrounded by lush green gardens with amazing flora and fruit trees! The location of the hotel was excellent, with the beach just across the road. There is a bus stop just outside that goes straight to Corfu Town and also Ipsos, the next resort up. There was also a very large supermarket in the vicinity that sold pretty much everthing you could think of. There are many restaurants nearby on the main road and also along the beach front. Dassia beach was beautiful and I would highly recommend both the resort and the hotel.

George (10/5): - The place is excellent and boutique-like. Very clean with excellent search and excellent staff all round. Externally there is a bit of a bad smell that comes from across the road - pity!
Carl Adam (8/5): - Very nice hotel with great service from the friendly staff at both the reception and dining areas. The facilities were great such as the swimming pool and sun beds near the pool, the spa which includes a jacuzzi but didn’t have time to use it. Although I do think they should open the use of the swimming pool much earlier than 10:30am and possibly keep it open later than 8pm as it isn’t too close to the hotel rooms. They have a secure car park which is useful if using a rental car instead of finding somewhere on the street to park and avoids possible accidents. The breakfast offered had a good variety of options and was offered from about 8:30am to 11am which is a good amount of time. Didn’t eat there for lunch or dinner but looked like they offered good options for both. The location is quiet and seems safe too although not too many options for other restaurants nearby. There is a beach nearby but I didn’t see the beach during daytime and there is a bar open late called Edem club which I recommend as went there on my last night. Eventhough they mucked my booking up with the wrong bed, they rectified this ASAP and offered 2 options, food or massage for free as an apology although they said they couldn’t do a partial refund - the massage was good though. Overall would recommend and would come again.

Laura (10/5): Great stay! - Honestly, I felt so at home and comfortable on our stay. We were there for 3 nights and we truly regretted not being there for longer! Staff are incredibly kind and attentive - every single staff member made us feel welcome, said hello and genuinely took interest in us and in our stay. The spa on offer is lovely and our massages were such great value for money - thank you to Argiro and her team! Breakfast was delicious and drinks always 10/10. Thank you!
Joanne (6/5): - The property photos were nicer than the actual property. While the beach was a short walk away, it was a very crowded beach and it is recommended that you book a lounger at one of the beach clubs. There are tavernas nearby for food so it’s convenient to find dining options. We were placed in a corner room where the utilities cupboard were so there were always cleaning products and brooms outside our door. The beds were comfortable and there was a convenient bus stop into old town so it wasn’t an unpleasant experience. It just wasn’t as nice as the photos so our expectations were higher.

Beach is about 4 mins walk across a fairly busy road which has a variety of shops and bars/restaurant. Hotel has a restaurant but staff can recommend alternative restaurants. The one on the beach is great. We would be very happy to stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location with a bus stop outside the hotel, that takes us to corfu town directly, and also having Dassia beach within a 5 min walk is a plus. Also there are excellent restaurants and cafes nearby and also some supermarkets all within walking distance. Can highly recommend!

Its Beautiful, its quiet and the beds and pillows are super comfortable. The staff is incredible, Nikos at the front is amazing!!!! All staff are attentive and helpful. The dining staff seem like they are there right when you need them. The breakfast is great! It has a wide variety spread of hot and cold foods, teas, juices, and more. Variety of resturants and shops are close by and the beach is literally across the street. There is a holiday booking spot right outside but one down the road as well, my suggestion, check both out for what your interested in. Thank you for our beautiful time in Corfu.
Jamie (10/5): Best hotel with amazing service! - This hotel is fabulous! The service was among the best I have experienced in 12 years of traveling in Europe. We arrived at 9am due to a very early flight from Germany. We had a very tired 7 year old and were not much better ourselves. We didn’t expect to be able to check in for many hours, but the host Nico gave us welcome drinks and offered the breakfast buffet to us as well. We changed and hung out on the beach, and they let us check in 4 hours early. The rest of our stay was just as wonderful. All staff were so kind and accommodating. Service at the restaurant was fabulous as well. We had a bottle of sparkling wine in our room, as well as candy and local liquor. The hotel is incredibly clean, close walking distance to great restaurants (try Anna’s! it is great!), and close to the beach. Hotel is very inexpensive, especially given the facility, location, and service. We would love to visit again.

Natalie Elsa (8/5): - As i solo traveller, i was conscious about staying somewhere that felt safe. The staff at this hotel did just that, with their professionalism, knowledge & support throughout. The head chef, Stella, and Nikos were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel like an extended part of the hotel family! The hotel itselt is lovely and clean, i was fortunately upgraded to a superior room which was lovely. The complimentary water was a lovely touch! The pool is quite small but there wasnt a shortage of loungers. I treated myself to a full body massage which was brilliant - highly recommended! Slight negative - not enough variation of dishes on the a'larcarte menu. All in all i would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Kira-Anne (8/5): - The staff at the Tryp were excellent - friendly, welcoming and first class in their service. We also loved the food - the breakfasts were some of the best we’ve had anywhere and their other meals also very good. The hotel is conveniently located across a main road from the beaches in Dassia and the views from the bay are stunning - some of the best we’ve seen across the world. The bay is also very family friendly wot generally warm, calm waters (unlike the west of the island), perfect for swimming and watersports. There is good reason why most of Dassia has been take over by one of the best hotels in Greece /Europe (the monstrous Ikos). It’s a great location. Our only reservations with the Tryp are the small, corporate rooms and location across a moderately busy road from the beach. We picked the hotel last minute and it served our purpose and made us very welcome.

Sylvia (10/5): - We loved everything about the TRYP Wyndham Corfu Dassia. Easy to get to the beach. It's a short walk across the street. Ipsos and Barbati beaches are easy to drive or take the bus to. Many nice perks compared to other comparable hotels we've stayed at in Greece. Good air conditioning,super clean property, AWESOME wifi...which was so important to us as we were on vacation but did still have meetings to complete. A big bonus compared to other spots.

Colum (10/5): - What a fantastic holiday all thanks to all the staff of this wonderful hotel. From the minute we walked in the door everything was perfect. It's been a long time since I have been somewhere where every member of staff went above and beyond to give us an exceptional experience. No member coild be faulted but a few went that extra mile. The barman at the pool bar and the evening main barman were just brilliant as was niko at breakfast. The lady that serviced our room to such a high standard always had time to say hello.

Lana (8/5): Good hotel, AMAZING service. - The hotel was nice. On Apple Maps, it shows it’s on the beach side of the street as opposed to opposite of the beach. So keep in mind it’s about 200m away from the beach. It’s an older hotel with sufficient updates. The eating area and pool area were updated and quite nice. Our room was the older model but super clean and nice. Bathroom a bit cramped but fine. Comfortable beds. Room size is average. Balcony was a good size. Breakfast was great. Good selection and fresh. What really impressed me was the service - it was honestly outstanding from the front desk to the food manager… everything was super professional and cheerful without being fake. Grounds were kept really well. However, I think it was overpriced for what it was, especially since it’s not on the beach.

Nicholas (10/5): Bice hotel, with great staff - The staff were terrific. All very customer focused from Reception, Waiting staff, Pool area and Cleaning and Maintenance. The hotel is relatively small, the pool area very private and relaxed. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice Sound was an issue, people going to their rooms late at night talking at full volume meant it carried all through the corridors. Dassia itself is a little disappointing, some small cosy restaurants but the beach area is small and dirty and the streets themselves could do with a clean uo.

Nikos greeted us on our arrival and assisted us with all our needs to make us comfortable after a very long journey . Andrea was always extremely engaging and full of tips and ideas. The facilities are clean and food of high standard. Highly recommend staying here if you visit Corfu .
Kiara (10/5): - What a delightful staffs and the hotel it’s perfect, absolutely spotless the staffs are so helpful/attentive and absolutely lovely. Everything you need is outside the hotel… taxi, bus to go to corfu town/old town the staff will help you with all the details and give you informations you need. There is a traveling guide outside the hotel for when you want to ride a horse in the beach to renting your own boat which we did and it was the best experience ever! Theres just so much more to do, I will recommend this hotel to everyone it’s just wonderful.

Nice room, everything you can think of was there. Lovely pool and garden area too! We took our 1 yr old and they were so accomodating to her needs.
Gwyneth Jane (10/5): - The staff were amazing. I don't think I've ever encounter such friendly and helpful staff. Andreas was a particular favourite. Public transport to get around the island was right outside the door and very convenient and easy to use. The property was clean and nice. It was nice to have an opening door and a balcony so as to not live in AC all the time. The only 'negative' was being at the front of the property facing onto the busy street. Since it was off-season and the hotel was not full it would have been preferable to have a room at the back that faced the pool and was a bit more quiet.

Staff are really welcoming and friendly and very helpful. Next door is a tourist agent which was amazing for excellent excursions. Highly recommended one of the best vip hotels with stayed with recommended by expedia.

Verified traveler (4/5): Terrible Experience - Terrible! Andreas at the front desk is wonderful, but that’s about it as far as wonderful goes. I was fooled by the pictures, which show the renovated public areas. My standard room was so outdated and old! These rooms have not been renovated. The g do loot was filthy with hard and a plastic clothing tag holder, which shows that the floor was never vacuumed or cleaned. I showed Andreas. He moved me to another room. Just as old and dated with faded stained burgundy blankets and a stain on my bed sheet. Again, I pointed this out to Andreas. Later, I see mildew between the shower tiles and in the corners of the shower. I wore flip flop shoes in the shower. To make things worse, I woke up with bites of some sort all over my neck and other body parts! This is unacceptable! The place is deceiving. These standard rooms have not been renovated at all. I’m very disappointed. Far from town and $40 one way to airport. They gave me a nice welcome bottle of Prosecco and other little gifts. I stayed outside drinking th
Cristopher (8/5): - Staff, service and food were top. Great pool with good pool bar. At the hotel you will find cars and scooters for rent as well as restaurants for food and supermarkets. The room we had was unfortunately small and noisy. Bathroom also relatively small.

Christine (10/5): Great services, friendly staff… - Greeted with Sparkling wine and personal explanation and services upon arrival. Great american breakfast with smoked salmon,.. Large garden and pretty pool area with parking lot behind. No access to public transportation that we are aware of, so one would need to have a car to stay here.. Services ware impeccable. Everyone including all the waiters and waitress were very attentive, all jumped immediately at any of our requests. Michael, our relationship manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, he gave us information and recommendations on beaches, restaurants, sites, activities, which all turned out excellent. Good Wi-Fi, average sized bathroom with enough countertop space for personal toiletries, enclosed shower. Strong air conditioning that blows directly at the bed. The hotel is very well run. Bravo to the management.

Marcelo (2/5): - Awful place. It’s summer in a Greek island, sunny days, and they close the pool at 6pm (sun sets after 9). Room service is never available, even during the day. Besides, the property is full with bees (I got a sting) and they don’t do anything about it. Important to mention: the floor on the rooms is very unsafe. I stepped on it with wet feet and immediately fell on the floor. My recommendation here is: stay out or this place. It’s a nightmare.

Alasdair (10/5): Lovely boutique hotel near the beach - We had a great time at Tryp Wyndham Dassia. When we arrived the staff were very friendly and offered us a welcome drink, they were always on hand for any questions throughout our stay. The room was clean and modern, housekeeping came everyday. Our only small negatives were the WiFi being patchy in the room (dropped intermittently - not enough for a FaceTime video conversation, but WiFi elsewhere throughout the property was great) and the size of the shower cubicle - it is small and plus sized guests may not find it too comfortable. The daily breakfast was fantastic and had lots of choice for all tastes, again all staff were super friendly and attentive. The hotel is 5 mins walk from the beach, 2 mins from a supermarket and surrounded by numerous tavernas & a few cocktail places - we found there was enough to choose from. The bus stops are also very close by which is handy for the number 7 bus to and from Corfu Town.
