I asked for 2 glass for my drink, then provided with 2 different and not properly clean and i refused to have them...poor customer service for a room that your paying over 200 $ per night..never will come back here!

The mini fridge in the room was so old and dysfunctional that it was buzzing super loudly all day/night.

• JUNLIANG (8/5): Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a good value. - The room was overall very good—clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was especially quiet, which made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and provided great service throughout the stay. One area for improvement would be maintenance. Some door locks felt a bit loose or slightly damaged, and a few light fixtures were not securely fixed. Strengthening these would make the experience even better.

However, this time we came during March Break meaning that there were a lot of other families in the facilities... which is good but we were woken up by some late night go-getters.

The Costco customers were leaving the carts in the middle of the road. It's not the hotels responsibility but you should be aware it's happening. Maybe let the city know. It was bad.

• Mathew (8/5): This is where we stay in Markham… 2nd stay - Very friendly staff. Rooms were very clean. I like the bathroom layout and shampoo, body wash dispensers. Breakfast and dining room was great. I didn’t like the price but seems like a trend with hotels and the parking was congested.
