Bring your own cleaning supplies because they don't believe in it if you have dogs even if dogs are not in room. They are exceptionally rude as hell management is they worst. Oh and they would prefer to talk to your children over speaking with you about problems and they are theives.. please for the love of God go else where. The only good thing is Scott the maintenance guy. Zero freaking stars for this place. If your not sleeping with one of the employees better buckle up cuz your stay will be hell

Then the manager in the front office is very childish for the job she has. And the grounds keeper called the law on me to get me arrested on some bullcrap charge.

We were not told we would have to take out our own garbage, but there are signs around that said to do so otherwise we’d be charged a fee. Weird. - brucepY6141OL (2/5): Unfortunate stay and billing disaster with proof - To begin with the reservation call center is staffed by personnel that booked my stay completely incorrect. It took 2 calls to correct it in the timeframe of 30 minutes. They promised to correct the mistake and remove the incorrect reservation but billed me twice on two separate times for incorrect amounts. I was promised a refund for over billing but it was only partially done. The general manager supported me on this and I have documented texts to support my statements. Now I have been told that I am not welcome again, trust me that is no problem. If I could give them a negative rating I most certainly would.

- Flyer14141691231 (2/5): They don’t plow the driveway until people get stuck in it - Don’t stay here in the winter if you have any place important to be. The hotel Manager employs her husband to plow the driveway “conflict of interest “. They only plow the driveway when people start to get stuck and have to remove themselves out of their own pocket. Last winter there was a blizzard coming. The manager, Letty, assured me that the driveway would be plowed. That morning I told her I had trouble getting out of the driveway. She once again assured me that the driveway would be plowed. That afternoon I came home from work there were pick up trucks stuck in the driveway. I was told that the snow cat broke down and they would have to get someone else to plow it. Meanwhile, I was unable to spend the night in the room that I was paying for and my dogs were stuck up in the hotel because the driveway was not plowed. My dogs spent 36 hours stuck in the hotel alone. I had called Letty the manager several times, she told me it was a blizzard there was nothing she could do. In the same breath she actually told me that she was not paying $1900 for somebody to come plow during a blizzard. So there was something she could do, it just was too expensive and she didn’t want to do it! This is a very bad way to run a business
- Gary (6/5): Be aware, great service, terrible location - If needing an actual nights sleep don’t go. Not the hotels fault but location is terrible next to Highway and noisy
- Tony (4/5): - The room was a furnace, the bed was a temporary fold out on a temporary frame. The bath/shower would only switch half way between bath or shower so pressure was so low I could hardly tell I was getting wet. Dogs in othe rooms could be heard barking throughout the day and night. Noise levels outside the room wike me up repeatedly throughout both nights.
- Prissynolachick (8/5): Travel nurses extended stay - I was on a travel nurse assignment and had to find something quick. They offered $388 a week then after a month $294. I had a mixup with that price once they randomly did a price increase while I was in that transition. The staff worked with me and I ended up paying $287 a week. I didnt like that we only got a set of towels then have to exchange them. They change your bedding every two weeks. I didnt want anyone in my room since I had stuff everywhere and wanted my privacy. A new housekeeper came in but I spoke to the front desk and everything was okay. Mind you I stayed here for 13 weeks. I kept looking for other places to move to but I purchased so much food for the freezer I coudnt leave that amenity to go to a mini fridge at the buffalo lodge. My other options were short term rentals but didnt want the credit check with the apartments. I came across other places but this one was just easier. Staff was great when available. Mail here sucks. Post office lost my package twice. Just a tidbit. Overall 4/5 just because of the couple of issues I had.
- Chad (6/5): - Check in was a breeze and Jossy (I think that’s how you spell her name) was so kind and helpful. The hallway had a bad smell, but it was tolerable in the room, although it still could have smelled better. The kitchenette in the room was dingy, but since I was just staying the one night and had no plans of cooking, I didn’t bother complaining about it. In the morning it was difficult to sleep in because of housekeeping staff communicating back and forth loudly in the hallway. Roughly 20 minutes before the checkout time of 11:00 am someone banged on my door to make sure I was leaving on time. I felt that was very rude. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone that I know because of that.
- Tina (2/5): - I checked in to a room and the air didn’t work, so I was promptly moved to another room (good), but the new room was so filthy, I literally cleaned the room before I could do anything. I had to wipe what looks like weeks of thisck dust off all surfaces, had to clean off first remotes and phone that was thick with crud, it’s an extended stay with a kitchen, but not one dish or utensil was provided, the place doesn’t even have an ice machine. My room STUNK! The shower barely drizzled water and I was told they were waiting for a part to fix it. After a couple days, I asked again and was told the same thing. I suggested I go to the hardware store myself and get the part because they were too short staffed to go. At that time I was told that they just needed CLR and a wire brush to clean it. I confirmed that I was waiting days for a good shower just because they didn’t have CLR. I suggested that the manager pick some up on her way into work. That wasn’t going to work either, so I then said I would go get the supplies and was reimbursed. The toilet flusher handle was broken, but was replaced the next day. However, had an issue with the toilet overflowing and water running out and spilled on not the floor outside of the bathroom. Staff did come right away at that time and vac’d up the water. I would definitely suggest paying a few dollars more and staying any another site.

Most front desk staff had difficulties with every extending reservation. They always seemed confused. Most of the staff was nice. Price was good for minimal services and a very basic room but noticed the price has gone up 60% since last reservation. Much nicer hotels with daily services close by so would no longer be worth staying here.

They told me they had rooms out of service but Expedia had no way for them to show them out of service. Because of this people kept reserving rooms, in fact when we called Expedia to get a refund an the representative btried to reserve a room for us at the same hotel, ridiculous.

- 252dawnj (10/5): Home away from home - Stayed here on and off (mostly on) from December 2017 to September 2018. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. If we come back out we'll definitely be staying with them again. And Mel rocks!

- softshell21 (4/5): Very Basic! - This establishment seems to cater mostly to long term workers in the area. We were the only couple we saw! We did have a good sleep, it was clean and very inexpensive! The outside is deceiving, the rooms are bare bones! First off ID had to be shown for all occupants to do a background check, have never even heard of that before! We also had to wait 5 minutes before anyone even showed up to the check in counter! The property is in an industrial area, not a restaurant in sight! There is only one pizza joint that even delivers here! Back to the room - bad pillows, no headboard in bed, no nightstand lamp, no facial tissues, no iron, no hair dryer, no hand towels! Even though it was a housekeeping unit, not an item in the cupboards or drawers, no cutlery, nothing! There is also no breakfast included! Upon conclusion, this is not a good choice for couples or families!
- Joe (6/5): Difficult check-in - We had just gotten off a 12 hour motorcycle ride and had difficulty finding a room at one of the more central Williston locations. We were happy to find a room and good rate at the WoodSpring Suites via Expedia. Rate was good, probably because it was right in the middle of a construction zone. Even without the construction the location is quite isolated. That's o, cuz all we needed was a place to sleep for one night, but the check-in was troublesome. The lady at the front desk seemed flustered even though we were the only ones checking in. Then she asked about the last four numbers on our credit card--they weren't the same as on her booking (the one expedia sent her). She wouldn't let us check-in. We had to call expedia. A very helpful expedia person, Rick I believe, said that the last four numbers would not match because since we paid up-front through expedia, they send a "virtual card" with the booking. He had to call her and explain this to her before she would let us in. Anyway, except for that the stay was mediocre (we were tired and so I'm probably making a big deal about this, but I did have to use my cell phone which being from out of country did cause some extra expense--she didn't offer to call expedia herself). There is nothing around here--you have to take a car to get something to eat.

My room was clean, cool and cozy on a humid august night. I've had zero issues and everyone else that was staying there seemed comfortable and at ease as well. Truly an exceptional establishment. Very well managed and maintained.

Exceptionally personable staff, and on our second night we took part in the 4th of July BBQ that they were hosting for the guests.
