L’atmosfera e i servizi offerti permettono all’ospite di vivere momenti di totale relax, sentendosi al tempo stesso immerso nella vivace Marrakech. La struttura si trova in una posizione perfetta, nel cuore della Medina, a pochi passi da Piazza Jemaa el-Fnaa, e consente di raggiungere comodamente a piedi i principali monumenti della città. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente anche la colazione: ogni mattina diversa, sempre fresca, abbondante e preparata con grande cura. Abbiamo trovato l'acqua della piscina poco pulita.

's ochtends op dakterras ontbijten is geweldige start van de dag! 1 van de kamers was wat klein voor 2 personen die een apart bed nodig hebben. De foto's op de website vertekenen wel de grootte van zaken zoals een zwembad. Het zwembad is denk ik 2 meter breed en 8 meter lang. Er zijn drie ligbedden bij. De Spa is uitstekend.

Breakfast was nice, although the choices were a little repetitive after a few days. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The bathroom was a bit small, and the shower made the floor really wet, so a shower curtain or extra floor towels would be helpful.

Comme c’est un Riad, le bruit circule facilement dans l’espace central, alors quand des visiteurs parlent fort, ça se propage. Mais cela n’a pas été un grand enjeu.

• Anne (10/5): Awesome place to stay in Marrakech - The property was ideally located enabling us to reach by walk all the major sites to be discovered in Marrakech as well as the various souks and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. We felt secure all along thanks to a controlled access to the Riad. Also there is a spa at the underground level and we were able to be initiated to the hamman . It was a wonderful experience not to be missed. And if you don’t feel like going out for dinner you can eat on site at the rooftop restaurant: the menu is short meaning that is fresh and cooked on demand. Also the breakfast was really good, with some variation over the day helping not feeling bored . The picture of the pool is deceptive giving the impression that it is bigger than it actually is. But you are not in Marrakech to spend all day on a lounge chair.

We really liked the rooftop area and pool for relaxing! The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. Just to be aware that the riad is quite difficult to find the first time on Apple Maps. • Frida (10/5): The staff I have mentioned and the convenience etc of the property and ability to communicate with the Manager directly - The property is perfect for a short stay. Very easy access to the square (once you know, you know!). But for me the best part was Issame and Housni who were very helpful and made us feel very safe and looked after. Soumaya was also very helpful and sweet. She helped with local recommendations. Above and beyond it is their manner, very down to earth humble and utterly charming. I don’t want to say anything negative because they were so lovely and I had a great time. It gave me what we needed. A local, central clean, safe place to stay with lovely staff.

La chambre bien décorée, très calme. L'internet impeccable. Le petit-déjeûner copieux et absolument délicieux, servi avec le sourire. La salle de déjeuner en plein air était hyper agréable. Le petit bassin de bain permet de se rafraîchir et on peut relaxer à l'abri du soleil. J'ai pris un massage qui était de haute qualité. Je recommande! Rien! J'ai beaucoup aimé mon séjour de 4 nuits. Mon seul conseil: repérez sur le GPS comment vous y rendre a pied car il y a 3 tournants à prendre!

Le service est de grande qualité, avec une équipe attentive et agréable tout au long du séjour. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon, la bouteille d’eau mise à disposition dans la chambre est une attention appréciable, et les serviettes sont changées chaque jour. Nous avons rencontré un petit souci dans notre chambre, mais le propriétaire a été très réactif et a su répondre rapidement à nos attentes, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Nous avons passé trois nuits très agréables et recommandons ce riad sans hésitation.

L’emplacement est idéal, en plein cœur de la médina, à deux pas de la place Jemaa el-Fna, tout en restant calme et reposant. Le riad est très beau, parfaitement entretenu et agréable à vivre. Le personnel est attentionné et toujours disponible. Mention spéciale à Housni, qui nous a accompagnés tout au long du séjour avec des conseils précieux. La terrasse avec piscine est un vrai plus : nous en avons particulièrement profité l’après-midi lorsqu’il faisait très chaud. Je m’y suis sentie à l’aise, presque comme en famille. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter et le recommandons vivement.

Appena si varca la soglia, lasciandosi alle spalle le vie trafficate e caotiche della Medina, sembra di entrare in un altro mondo: un'oasi totalmente silenziosa, dal fascino tipico e suggestivo. La terrazza è semplicemente stupenda, perfetta per godersi dei momenti di relax. Un ringraziamento speciale va al personale, che si è dimostrato estremamente gentile e disponibile; abbiamo scambiato volentieri delle chiacchiere e ci siamo davvero divertiti con loro. Un grande valore aggiunto è anche la comodità della reception aperta 24 ore su 24. Assolutamente nulla, il soggiorno è stato impeccabile sotto ogni punto di vista.

• Luciana (8/5): Riad é bonito, com instalações conservadas e limpas, mas não é luxuoso. Funcionários extremamente educados e prestativos - Os funcionários são extremamente educados e atenciosos. Fazem tudo para nos ajudar. Fiquei num quarto muito pequeno e não foi possível fazer a troca porque o Riad estava cheio, mas os funcionários foram muito gentis e me ofereceram um hammam ou massagem no spa de cortesia pelo inconveniente. Foi um gesto cordial que me encantou. Café da manhã muito gostoso. O tamanho do meu quarto era muito pequeno. Ficou demasiadamente apertado, uma vez que estava com malas grandes. Os banheiros não têm box e espirra água pelo chão.

Voor €25 kreeg ik een driegangen diner dat super smaakte. De kamer was uitgerust met airco, een groot goed bed en een super nette badkamer. Alleen maar lof voor deze Riad. /

O staff muito simpático, acessível e disponível. A zona do terraço é linda, o jantar servido no mesmo foi ótimo e o pequeno almoço muito bom e completo.

• Chloé (10/5): - Un riad comme on se l'imagine avec la fontaine en son centre. Rooftop à deux étages pour y manger. Petit déjeuner copieux et très bon, avec des produits locaux (mention spéciale pour le Amlou). Le riad peut être difficile à trouver la première fois (ne pas hésiter à demander aux locaux qui nous ont très bien indiqué) mais son emplacement est parfait. Il est au coeur de la la médina et rend tout accessible facilement tout en étant au calme. Nous avons apprécié ce calme et cette sérénité qui se dégage le matin. • Viktoria (10/5): Der Aufenthalt im Hotel hat unser Erlebnis in Marrakesch perfekt abgerundet und dazu beigetragen, - Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das unglaublich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal-egal zu welcher Zeit, es war immer jemand da und hat sofort unterstützt. der Service war wirklich top! Das Zimmer war stehts picobello sauber, was mir sehr wichtig ist. Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt. In nur wenigen Minuten ist man mitten im Geschehen der Stadt. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war der begrenzte Stauraum im Zimmer. Für Kleidung und insbesondere für Badehandtücher gab es leider zu wenig Platz bzw. etwas unpraktisch war. Ansonsten gibt es aber nicht zu beanstanden .
