• ignbima_m (10/5): Good stay - Overall a good stay with Aston Solo. My check-in and check-out process was handled by Mba Amanda, she really helpful and made my process really fast and seamless. I ordered their Sup Buntut, it taste amazing. My room service was handled by Mas Radit or Raditya if I'm not mistaken... He also do a proper and good job. The bathroom, their shower were running good. It's a good stay overall

The pool was very good to have as well, and the personal did a great job to accommodate our needs! I felt very welcomed here, definitely will come again if opportunity arrises. All went fine!

I am totally not satisfied.

That small gesture instantly made me feel valued and cared for. While waiting for the check-in process, I observed the lobby around me. It was lively yet peaceful — a few families chatting happily, business travelers working quietly on their laptops, and couples relaxing on the soft couches. The space was well-lit and tastefully designed, blending modern décor with a touch of traditional warmth. The background music played softly, making the entire ambiance feel both cozy and professional. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. Within just a few minutes, I received my key card along with a clear explanation about the hotel’s facilities — breakfast time, gym access, swimming pool area, and in-room services. The receptionist spoke with genuine politeness, ending with, “If you need any assistance at all, please just dial ‘0’ — our staff will be happy to help you anytime.” A bellboy came over with a friendly smile and offered to take my luggage. As we walked through the hallway, he chatted lightly about the hotel — mentioning that the pool area was one of the most popular spots for guests to relax, especially during sunset. His friendliness made the short trip to my room even more pleasant. When he opened the door to my room, I was immediately impressed. The air smelled fresh and clean, and the soft lighting gave the space a warm, peaceful feeling. A large window filled the room with natural light, gently illuminating the tidy furniture. There was a neatly arranged desk, a comfortable chair, and a large bed covered in crisp white linens. Everything seemed thoughtfully prepared. • NOVI (8/5): - Non-smoking hotel, decent price, good location and close to the convenient store. Friendly staffs upon check-in and check-out. Room was clean and comfy with standard amenities. The hotel provides coffee/tea corner on the ground floor, outside the lobby area enable guests to smoke after breakfast since the restaurant on the 6th floor are non-smoking. At restaurant, the guests may enjoy herbal drinks or jamu. The jamu also ready for sale in a botol. The swimming pool should be open after breakfast to keep the area clean and dry.

• herubw (10/5): Not recommended for smokers - This is my third stay at this hotel, for three nights for business. The room was clean and fragrant. The culinary delights were authentic Indonesian. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient. Parking is limited. Smoking areas are only available in the front and corner of the lobby. Therefore, smokers are advised not to stay at this hotel. The SPPD sheets are stamped and signed by the hotel staff only for the number of guests. So, even if you add one extra SPPD sheet as a backup in case of a typo, it still won't be stamped and signed by the hotel staff. If this happens again, I will call the hotel manager and reprimand him. FYI, there are many other hotels around the Aston Hotel with similar standards and better service. Thank you.

All is good and satisfying. - The breakfast menu is excellent, the staff are all friendly, and the music band is great. Our favorite activity is renting bikes from hotel and riding during Car Free Day, just near the hotel. There is a discrepancy between the information on Booking.com and the reality regarding bike rentals. The app states it's free, but in reality, we had to pay.
