- I (10/5): 旅の疲れを癒すサードプレイス - アメニティや設備、クリンネス、全てよかったのですが、何よりも寝る時の部屋がとても暗いので、ぐっすり寝られたことです。しっかりと旅の疲れをとることが出来ました。 空港からも近い上にコンビニも近くにある点や追加のアメニティもフロントにまとめられており、お風呂も大きいため、湯船にお湯を溜められます。利便性や環境面が特に大正解でした。希望すれば朝食も食べられるそうです。 強いて言うなら、部屋にWi-FiのQRがあったら嬉しかったです。（エレベーター内にQRはありました）

Some staff’s English is smth to be desired. The walls in the room 343 were a bit scratched, with some markings and spots.

Jinak je to typický korporátní hotel - neosobní profesionální přístup. Na jednu noc před odletem dobrá volba. Měli jsme dvoulůžkový pokoj, ale postel je velmi úzká, pokrývka společná.

The hotel is also very close to the train station. There are 2 FamilyMart stores and 1 Seven eleven close by. There was no closet in our room. I didn't mind too much, but it would have helped our clothes to not get wrinkly in our luggage.

The smell was so strong that it was practically impossible to breathe comfortably. In addition, the room was extremely hot and the air conditioning was not working properly. The curtains could not be opened either. We went down to reception to report these issues, and that was when we realised that we had apparently booked a smoking room. We explained that we were travelling with a small child who suffers from asthma, that this had been a genuine mistake, and that we did not even realise smoking rooms were still permitted in hotels. We politely asked whether it would be possible to move to a non-smoking room, as spending the night in such conditions was extremely unpleasant and inappropriate for a child. Unfortunately, the staff at reception were not very helpful. One employee came upstairs to explain how the air conditioning worked, but during the lift ride he spoke to me in a very rude manner, saying that the situation was entirely my fault for booking a smoking room. I told him that he was speaking to me disrespectfully, and although he apologised afterwards, no solution was offered and we were forced to spend several hours trying to rest in a room where the smell of tobacco made it almost impossible to breathe before our long flight. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing, especially considering we were travelling with a young child with asthma.
