- sandii (10/5): the Service is so attentive friendly and kind, food is great, ammenities are all you need - the Service is so attentive friendly and kind, we seemed to have a lot of requests on this stay including changing rooms, and nothing was to much trouble, we have stayed here a year ago and it seems to have got into a good groove now. Highly recommend for an affordable comfortable stay

Two chairs for two people would have been better. *We couldnt see where breakfast was available. Apparently every day but didn't appear to be in the restaurant. *We booked the hot tub but other people came during our time. There was no signage to advise of booking. *There were no teabags in our room.

Loved the morning coffee cart too. Fab coffee. Walls are quite thin so the noise travels between the rooms. We had a noisy group around us.

- Roslyn (9/5): Great getaway in Blackheath. - The room was very spacious and well equipped and very clean. We were surprised by the sports court, games room, hot tub. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at Blaq and enjoyed the coconut blossom cocktail at the beautiful bar. Cant wait to return nothing

There was also a surprise coffee brekie bar for those who dont need a full lunch or breakfast - a good surprise!! Not much. Will only get better as become more established.
