Lucía (10/5): Friendly and fresh refurbished motel - Well designed, great breakfast. Active room is spacious and fun, it has a TRX, light weights, a yoga mat,… and a kettle to make tea, and place to leave your clothes. Great location between Malpensa Airport and Como/the mountains. No table in the room Location is only ok if you travel by car, it is a motel.

Lucía (10/5): Wonderful place to stay when you are on the road - Very nicely refurbished, with a large common space. Our room had everything we needed. Breakfast was great. The team at the reception and breakfast were super friendly and helpful. Parking downstairs. A kettle would have been fantastic.

Les oreillers trop mous (mais c'est une constante dans la plupart des hôtels de cette gamme), à changer pour des oreillers à mémoire forme.

Jean-Pierre (5/5): - J’ai souligné que la climatisation et la ventilation des espaces communs, mais surtout de notre chambre, étaient totalement inexistantes. La réponse était particulièrement vague, mais à ma pression, on a trouvé un prétexte pour une révision du système prévue dans quelques jours. Aucune excuse. J’avais choisi l’option petit-déjeuner inclus. Malheureusement, la machine à café était en panne, ça peut arriver. On nous a proposé un café qui s’est avéré complètement froid (étrange pour une machine DeLonghi Alicia conçue pour le garder au chaud). À la réception, j’ai ensuite annulé les petits-déjeuners pour les deux autres jours pour deux personnes. La seule réduction obtenue était inférieure à 5 euros pour l’équivalent de quatre petits-déjeuners non pris. Honteux.

Michael (9/5): - Unkomplizierter check in und check out, durchweg sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr schöner Gemeinschaftsbereich / Aufenthaltsraum. Ausreichende Parkmöglichkeiten. Generell fühlt man sich wie zuhause. Supermarkt und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Der Teppichboden in den Zimmern sollte ersetzt werden.

Carmine (10/5): Rispetta le aspettative, colazione top, ottimo qualità prezzo! Le camere ristrutturate sono molto comode e accoglienti. - Parzialmente ristrutturata, riesce a soddisfare le diverse esigenze, ha un’ala classica hotel e una tipo motel con la possibilità di parcheggiare l’auto davanti la camera. Molto comodo. Ha inoltre il garage sotterraneo. Nulla durante la mia permanenza
