• Kati (7/5): Basic stay - Close to everywhere you need to get to. The service was a bit dull, they didn’t want to help you with your questions. That makes you run around the city to get answers. Room super grey, but had everything you need for a one night stay.

I had a meal on Monday night and waitress arrived with the bill because she closed the Shift, I suggest for next time she asks if a customer want something else before closure.

• Pooneh (3/5): unclean room due to lots of bugs/insects coming out of blocked toilet and no windows inside the room - only had breakfast included There were a lot of flies and bugs inside of the room coming out of the toilet as the toilet was not working properly and was getting blocked. Really bad service.

• Andrea (4/5): Wouldn’t recommend unless you have to be near the ferry. - The location was good for the ferry. Staff were not really interested. They wouldn’t let us in our room until after 3pm even though it was ready beforehand. The rooms don’t have any proper windows they are frosted and it smelt of damp and was very tired. Breakfast was awful long queue and poor offerings. Wouldn’t recommend or stay again.

• Ivana (7/5): - It was way too expensive for what you get. Our room on the ground floor doesn't have a window, just a glass in the wall. The sink was separated from the rest of the bathroom. We needed a private parking and be close to the city center, and this place was the only one available. For breakfast they serve eggs with meat, which doesn't fit all, but you cannot ask for an alternative without meat.

• Casper (6/5): Disappointing Room for the Price - The friendly staff. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was included. I was very disappointed with the room, which was not cheap for Mexican standards. First of all the floor was not really clean. Then there were no plug sockets next to the bed to charge your electronic devices. The room looks more like a cheap 2 star hotel room. There were also no bedside lamps or switch to turn the lights on or off from the bed. No window to the outside. All in all, very disappointing.

The window overlooking the hallway goes from floor to ceiling and lets in light all night. La ventana que da al pasillo deja pasar la luz toda la noche y es difícil conciliar el sueño con tanta luz entrando por la ventana.

Y la señorita que nos atendió fue muy amable siempre en todo momento nos ayudó ya que teníamos a mi mamá internada y llegó días posteriores ala habitación y nos apoyó con cambio de cuarto y en lo que requeríamos. La habitación bien pero es muy pobre la extracción en los baños y.me di cuenta por qué estuve en dos habitaciones. • Holger (8/5): Für den Preis unschlagbar - gute Lage, unweit der Promenade und die Altstadt gleich nebenan. Eigentlich ruhiges Hotel. Allerdings gehen die Zimmer nach innen zum Pool und sind lediglich durch eine Glasscheibe von den Gängen getrennt, so daß man jedes Geräusch vor dem Zimmer hört. trotzdem war es ziemlich ruhig. Zimmer waren sauber und wurden täglich gereinigt. Frühstück war etwas dürftig. Für den Preis insgesamt aber alles sehr gut.

They also start playing music at 8:00 am. Bring earplugs.

• Daniel (2/5): Schimmel im Zimmer - Lage gut - in der Nähe zum Bootsanleger Richtung Belize. Personal war nett. Frühstück war sehr basic. Das Zimmer roch sehr stark nach Schimmel! Zimmer 9. Am Anfang haben wir gedacht es wäre ein anderer Geruch, in der Nacht haben wir dann aber ein starkes Kratzen in der Lunge gespürt, das erst wieder nach dem Verlassen des Zimmers verschwand. In der Früh haben wir gesehen, dass manche Papierkärtchen im Zimmer auch komplett mit Schimmel befallen waren. Wären wir mehr als eine Nacht geblieben hätten wir es nicht ausgehalten.

Comfortable rooms, beds, with a Smart TV, fridge. you could hear some noise from outside but wasn’t too bad. The bathrooms felt cold/basic, the gym equipment was very outdated and not working properly

Para mí que iba sola estuvo excelente porque llegaba a muchos lados caminando, entre 10 y 15 min, consideren que hace muchísimo calor. Que hubo días que no había agua caliente, hasta se terminaba el agua si movía la llave hacia la caliente.

• Carolina (5/5): no aceptes la habitación C20 no tiene cortinas y en la noche siempre está iluminada la habitación. - El personal de limpieza amable, las instalaciones en general limpias llegamos temprano a la propiedad y la chica de recepción me mencionó que tenía un cargo adicional de $100 por hora, nosotros aceptamos el cargo, después nos dice que no había habitaciones disponibles, le pedí porfavor pregunte si hubiera alguna que estuvieran trabajando para saber en cuanto tiempo podíamos regresar, y acto seguido había una habitación disponible. esta habitación no cuenta con cortina y solo tiene dos ventanas a lo largo de la parte superior de la pared que da al pasillo, por lo que en la noche no pude descansar porque la luz entra y no queda obscuro el cuarto.
