- Adam (10/5): - The hotel and our room were excellent first class very modern decor like a brand new hotel
- Alister (8/5): Always a great stay - I've stayed many times here, always enjoyed it. The food is good, it's clean, comfy and has everything you'd need. My one gripe - shower waa too weak.
- Barry (10/5): Business stay - Service excellent...food fantastic...rooms very comfortable...what else can i say??
- Bob (10/5): - Great rooms breakfast was awesome
- john (8/5): 👌👌👌👌 - Very good. The only down side to my stay was there could be a bit more variety in the breakfast like adding some pudding and mushrooms , otherwise a lovely friendly hotel.
- andrew (10/5): - Perfect position for travelling around the area. Lovely food, friendly staff.
- Alister (10/5): - Spacious and comfortable room let down by a weak shower. Big car park. Fantastic staff. Nice bar and good food but the main reason I like staying here? The breakfast! Simply put, it's the best in Ireland!!
- Kayleigh (10/5): - Lisa on the front desk was lovely and helpful.
The room was really nice. Newly refurbished.
We had a meal at the restaurant and this was really good as well.
Overall a really good nights stay!
- Ruth (10/5): - Hotel was just lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Would def stay here again.
- Tristan (10/5): - Couldnt fault any aspect of my one night stay.
Facilities and the room clean and well presented.
Staff friendly and professional.
I would recommend.
- robert (10/5): - Liked it all
- Mary (10/5): - The staff make the hotel; friendly welcoming and courteous
- Lynn (10/5): - Staff courteous, pollute and friendly - very welcoming. Room was very clean and had all that we needed plus more, eg coffee machine plus a kettle, hair dryer, biscuits. Menus etc. Breakfast was cooked beautifully, was worth the visit just for the breakfast and service
- Alister (10/5): Great stay - Hotel is easy to find and has plenty parking, including EV charging. Rooms comfy and functional with decent shower. Nice bar and good food. The best thing about the place - the breakfast! Without doubt one of the nicest cooked breakfasts I've ever had and I travel a LOT!
- Thomas (8/5): Would Certainly Stay again - A little dated looking but very clean, good food and friendly staff
- Gregory (10/5): A diamond in the rough!! - A lovely wee family run hotel. Very good decor and we will definitely return. The food was excellent i have to say, the best cooked breakfast I've ever had in a hotel in Ireland, north or south. I high recommend this hotel, my wife and I loved it.
- Ann-Marie (8/5): - Food in bar restaurant was beautiful rooms were small but clean and tidy road very busy even in evening time with buses and lorries
- shaw (10/5): - the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.
- Theresa (8/5): A good hotel - Check-in was simple. We had our passports and Covid passes ready for inspection, which made it simple.
The bedroom was good, though on entering, it was cold. A phone call to reception remedied this, as a very pleasant young lad arrived immediately with an electric radiator and an apology as he said he had forgotten to turn on the radiator in the bedroom. In a few minutes, room was warm!
The bed was comfortable and clean, with extra pillows available. The bathroom also was spotlessly clean.
A tip for anyone who is a light sleeper - the rooms at the front of the hotel look out unto the main street, so the sound of the traffic can be quite loud.
We didn't eat lunch or dinner at the Valley, but we did have breakfast. This is the only failing we found during our one night stay. There was good fresh fruit, and the wheaten bread was lovely, but the cooked breakfast was quite poor. The microwaved scrambled eggs particularly were not at all appetising to look at, nor eat.
This was unfortunate as we had enjoyed our stay until then.
- Robin (10/5): Really Excellent - We stayed at the Valley Hotel while attending a local wedding. It was really excellent and I couldn’t have criticised it at all. It is a 3* hotel but it exceeded my expectations and the staff were lovely and we had a really nice cooked breakfast each morning. It had that local friendly family feeling that is lost sometimes in the bigger hotels.
- Derek (10/5): My stay in the Valley Hotel Fivemiletown - I had a great stay in the hote staff were very friendly and helpful my room was clean and comfortable the great coffee machine was a bonus I slept well in a comfortable bed I'm good to have hotel with opening Windows I will definitely stay again stay again.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Friendly people good parking and good food and clean
- Thomas (8/5): - Food was excellent. Room spotless but a little dated. Shower could have been more powerful.
Would definitely return
- Stuart (10/5): Fabulous family run friendly hotel - One of my favourite hotels to visit such a nice clean hotel with fantastic service and hospitality. Excellent!
- Diane (8/5): Reunion - I attended a reunion within the area of The Valley Hotel. Staff extremely helpful and friendly, breakfast was first class as was their home baked Guinness bread. My room was lovely although the heating didn't work in it. I didn't complain as I was warm enough but on checking out I mentioned it to the receptionist, she apologised profusely and handed me a £20 of voucher. Looking forward to staying here again.
- Joe (10/5): Another Night - Very friendly and helpful staff. Especially Louise on Reception.
- Anne (8/5): - Hotel was nice we had our evening meal and it was very good breakfast was excellent we even had Guinness bread
- George (6/5): Poor nights sleep - Had a very poor nights sleep due to room 101 facing unto main road due to heavy lorries and other traffic also wakened up due to noise at closing time also doors banging
Not a very happy guest also at breakfast I ordered tea I am still waiting as this was not served not a very good experience
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Stayed here for 7 nights recently on a work trip. The Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant was excellent with a great choice.
- Jeremy (8/5): Nice hotel and very friendly staff and food great - First time there and I definitely will go back
- Aerobird (6/5): Nice Hotel but too warm - Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Our room overlooked the Main Street and was quite noisy. It was also too warm. I didn't like the soap dispensers, although the shower over the bath was very good. There are good tea and coffee making facilities with biscuits. We did eat in the hotel and some of the courses in our party of 4 got mixed up. However, the staff were excellent in resolving the problem. Main courses were good but some of the starters need improving. For example, the chicken wings were covered in a batter. Not what I expected. The breakfasts in the morning were excellent. There was a lovely selection.
- Michelle (10/5): excelkent Value - First time in this area was pleasantly surprised staff could not be more helpful. Was on business wfi excellent and a lovely fresh cooked breakfast. Will definitely use this hotel again.
- Andrea (8/5): Lovely staff only an overnight stay. - Customer service was excellent from all staff we met. Only had an overnight stay to attend a function elsewhere, unfortunately we got stranded unable to get a taxi back to The Valley Hotel but the receptionist on duty went well above her duty and got us back to the hotel. Hotel room was clean and breakfast was excellent. Well done all.
- Phillip (10/5): Very nice clean hotel in a small town. - Nice family run hotel in small quiet town. Very nice restaurant and lovely breakfast. Room slightly small but very comfortable. Coffee machine in room is a nice touch. Would gladly stay again if in the area.
- Louise (10/5): Relaxing - My husband and I went to the Valley Hotel. Dinner and breakfast were excellant. Would definetly recommend
- Walt (10/5): The Valley Hotel is outstanding - Large room, oversized bed, nice bathroom & shower, espresso machine, excellent full Scottish breakfast, and great service make this a wonderful place to stay. The pub/restaurant is outstanding. The onsite family owner/managers make sure their guests are pleased. This is a really nice place to stay.
- siu yuen veronica (8/5): - We stay one night.
Buffet breadfast is very good and a bright and lovely dining area
Quiet and good sleep
Easy parking
- Verified traveler (8/5): Cosy stay - The staff were very welcoming. The breakfast on offer was top notch when the order was finally right. We did get concerned when returning from a wedding that staff knew we were attending that the hotel doors were locked. We were waiting for 5 minutes before the doors were opened for us.
I would recommend the hotel and would book again.
- John (6/5): Small town - Town was too small. With wisdom of hindsight we wished we had stayed at Enniskillen. Room was small, hot and noisy.
- ian (8/5): Pleasant rural retreat - Fivemiletown is a semi remote rural area. As such it is quiet, picturesque but limited facilities. However I did have dinner cooked by a Calabrian chef in the town. I was the sole diner!
The hotel is well presented, easy car parking and the room I had was spacious and comfortable without being opulent. Staff pleasant, professional and helpful.
- richard (10/5): Mr@mrs - Excellent
- Neil (8/5): - Not a business hotel, the breakfast was supposed to be at 7 but that was when the staff arrived.
Bar was very busy and lively.
The staff in the bar and restaurant were very friendly and helpful, as they stopped service at 9pm but they prepared a meal for me as I was going to be arriving late
- Verified traveler (4/5): Tea Jennie - We had a very disturbed night-we could hear a male voice below our room-101, this went on into the small hours! We could also hear traffic outside and there were only three teabags!
- Verified traveler (8/5): Valley Hotel - Great service at a family run hotel with excellent food and drink. Very good value stay.
